이동통신기술의 발달과 스마트기기 이용의 확산은 업무 환경에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 고성능 연산장치와 기억장치가 내장된 스마트폰, 태블릿을 활용함으로써, 과거 사무실 안, 원격근무지 안 등으로 한정되어 있던 업무공간의 제한이 없어지고 언제 어디서나 효율적으로 업무를 처리하는 스마트워크가 가능해졌다. 최근 국내에서 스마트워크에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있으며, 서서히 스마트워크 시스템을 구축하고 있다. 하지만, 업무의 효율성을 높여주는 스마트워크 시스템에도 보안위협이 존재하며, 그에 대한 체계적인 분석과 대책이 현재까지 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트워크 환경의 보안 위협 요소와 보안 요구사항에 대해 고찰해보고, 그에 대한 대책을 논하여 본다.

The speed of technology development is increasing, and high-performance digital devices are spreading. Smart walks that can work effectively anytime and anywhere by being restricted from space and time in wired digital devices such as PC, System security design is needed to secure integrity and availability against various security threats such as physical threats such as lost, stolen and damaged terminals, technical threats such as theft, denial of service, and unauthorized access, compared with the wired environment. In this paper, we analyze smart work network system, wired / wireless link system, and digital smart device. We study security design method for smart work wired system and future wireless system which are used in present work. This study will be used as basic data for building a secure smart work.

스마트워크란 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 업무를 수행하는 유연한 근무형태를 말한다. 스마트워크 근무 유형에는 가정에서 본사 통신망을 접속해 업무를 수행하는 재택근무와 주거지 인근 원격사무실에 출근하는 스마트워크 센터 근무, 그리고 스마트폰 등을 이용해 현장에서 업무를 수행하는 이동근무가 있다. 스마트워크를 통하여 기업들은 업무 효율과 생산성 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 대도시 교통 혼잡을 줄이고 여성의 육아부담을 줄일 수 있어 정부에서 확대 지원하는 사업이다. 하지만 스마트워크의 특성상 원격으로 접속하여 업무를 처리하므로 공격자가 로그인 정보를 취득 시에는 위협이 존재한다. 또한 스마트워크 센터에서 사원 관리 취약성과 비인가자에 대한 접근이 용이하기 때문에 문제가 될 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 QR코드를 이용한 승인 인증 시스템을 제안하게 되었다.

This research proposes design and construction of Korean type SWC based on user oriented smart work system. To achieve this proposal, the research suggested improvements of related law, changes to working environment, and strengthening information security for users, stronger Korean ICT based; the study investigated for an efficient and suitable Korean type SWC by analyzing Korean government plans and foreign developed countries' cases. The user-oriented smart work service platform suggested in this study aims to offer a solution to national crisis and establish infrastructure to knowledge-industry and creative-industry by collaborative smart work environment of 'Context Awareness' and 'Tangible User Interface'. As a result, smart work suggests methods to produce creative work by IT workers and efficient work environment for better standing in world competition. In conclusion, Korean SWC system is proved to be superior in satisfaction rate at 75.41%, 20.18% higher than average score shown in 5 categories in 5 countries from USA, Japan, and EU's which was 55.23%.

시간과 장소에 제한 없이 편리하게 근무함으로써 업무 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 "스마트워크 활성화" 계획이 수립되어 추진중에 있다. 스마트워크 유형으로는 모바일 오피스, 홈 오피스, 스마트워크 센터 그리고 스마트 오피스로 구분될 수 있다. 이러한 스마트 근무 환경을 구축하기 위해서는 제약없는 정보 공유와 상호 협력이 가능하도록 원격 협업 시스템이 도입되어야 한다. 원격 협업에 가장 많이 활용되고 있는 영상회의 경우, 이미 상용화 제품이 널리 사용되고 있으나, 이기종 제품간 상호연동이 되지 않고 있어 이를 해결하고자 하는 표준화가 진행되고 있다. 또한, 영상회의 시스템은 실제 참가자들이 동일한 장소에 모여 회의를 하는 것처럼 실감적인 환경을 지원하기 위해 텔레프레즌스 시스템으로 발전하고 있는 추세다. ITU-T, IETF, IMTC 국제 표준화 단체에서는 여러 유형의 영상회의 또는 텔레프레즌스 시스템간 상호 연동성을 보장하기 위해 요구되는 연동 기술 표준을 개발하고 있다. 본 고에서는 ITU-T SG16 Q5, IETF CLUE 워킹그룹에서 진행중인 최신 표준화 동향을 소개한다. 또한, 공공 및 민간기관에 스마트워크 확산을 위해 이기종 영상회의 시스템간 연동이 가능한 국내 표준 개발이 진행되고 있는데, 주요 기술 이슈에 대한 동향을 소개하고자 한다.

There is increasing demand for enterprise smartwork system by a mobile device increases in these days. Therefore, it has been suggested in the technical platform of smartwork system. But,the research of the changeable smartwork system for quick and immediate correspondence of rapidly changing business affairs is insufficient. In this paper, we propose an adaptable mobile service architecture that can be based on the construction of flexible mobile smartwork system. This adaptable mobile service architecture is possible to dynamic service connecting the adaptable service in an existing smartwork system, and the core elements of the adaptable mobile service architecture propose 'Adaptable Service Manager', 'HotSpot', and 'Configurator'. We propose the dyanmic service processs that based on These core elements. Also, we verify the feasibility through case study that develop the project management mobile service that is usable in business of enterprise. Thus, this research provides the adaptable mobile service architecture that can provide the dynamic mobile service beyond the static mobile service of the existing smartwork system for the various change business of enterprise.

According to spread of Smart Work introduction to public organizations & commercial enterprises, its being more focused on how to implement Smart Work effectively. So far current Smart Work, mainly Mobile Office has emphasized the speed & efficiency of management. But future Smart Work, Smart Work 2.0 must focus on the creativity & innovation of companies & people. In order to do that, the new technology like Social networking & Cloud computing should be applied. This study suggests Smart Work 2.0 implementation methodology including critical successful factors & solutions of Smart Work implementation through referencing existing implementation methodology and case study.

본고에서는 SDR 네트워크를 위한 스마트 안테나 시스템의 표준화에 대하여 알아본다. 스마트 안테나 시스템이 SDR 네트워크에서 동작하기 위해서는 시스템의 개방성, 유연성, 상호 운용성 및 호환성이 보장되어야 한다. 이러한 특성을 위해서는 스마트 안테나 시스템이 소프트웨어 모듈로 잘게 나눠져 컴포넌트화 되어야 하고, 각 컴포넌트를 제어하기 위한 어플리케이션 프로그래밍 인터페이스(API)가 표준화 되어야 한다. 본고에서 제안하는 스마트 안테나API는 한양대학교 HY-SDR 연구센터에서 정의하여 SDR Forum의 공식 표준으로 승인되었으며, 현재 SDR Forum의 공식 표준화 기고 절차를 통해 Object Management Group (OMG)에 제출되어 표준화 작업 중에 있다.

ICT의 발달과 더불어 근로의 본질이 지식근로로 바뀌어 가고 있고, 따라서 시간과 장소에 구속되지 않고 좀더 자유롭게 ICT를 활용하여 업무를 수행하는 스마트워크가 확산되고 있다. 미래형 근로의 형태를 수용하고자 하는 스마트워크는 근무패러다임의 변화라서 정책적으로도 많은 변화가 요구되고 있다. 이러한 정책들의 근간 자료이자 현황과 변화의 추세를 파악하여야 하는데 이를 위해서는 스마트워크의 추진 정도, 또는 수준을 지속적으로 측정하는 지표 시스템이 필요하다. 이러한 측정 지표의 개발을 위해서는 복합적인 개념인 스마트워크를 좀더 정교하게 정의하고 이와 관련된 지표들을 총괄하는 프레임워크 도출이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내외에서 시행되고 있는 스마트워크 관련 조사들의 내용들과, 선행 학술 연구문헌들을 취합 분석하여 스마트워크의 개념을 정의하고 스마트워크의 수준을 측정하기 위한 기본 프레임워크를 제시하고 있다.
