최근 스마트 컴퓨팅 시대를 맞아 스마트 러닝 시스템에 대한 관심도가 급증하고 있다. 스마트 러닝의 개념은 크게 2가지로 스마트 단말기를 이용한 학습 방법과 학습을 위한 스마트 학습 기법으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 스마트 학습 기법은 학습자에게 좀 더 효율적이면서 학습의 효과를 증대시키기 위해 학습자의 성향과 학습자의 프로파일, 학습 상황 등을 인지하여 분석하고 적용할 수 있는 기법을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 학습자에게 스마트 러닝을 위한 스마트 학습 기법을 적용한 시스템 설계를 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하고 있는 스마트 러닝 시스템은 학습자에게 적합한 교수학습 모형을 자동으로 적용하여 학습의 효과를 극대화하고, 학습의 유형과 학습 패턴의 변화에 따라 시스템이 학습자에게 지능적으로 대처할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 교수학습 모형이 학습자에게 자동변화 되기 위해서는 학습자의 성향분석 그리고 형성평가, 사후평가 등의 데이터 분석을 수집하고 자동으로 분석하여 적용 할 수 있는 스마트 학습 에이전트(SSA:Smart Study Agent)가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SSA 설계를 기반으로 스마트 러닝 시스템의 필요성과 향후 연구 발전에 따른 이러닝(e-learning) 교육 혁신에 기여하고자 한다.

1990 년대 후반 이후 스마트 의류 연구는 기능성 및 인간 친화적인 측면으로의 접근 필요성이 증가됨에 따라 기능 및 사용자 중심의 연구로 진행되어 오고 있다. 이에 따라 최근 스마트 의류의 발달은 사용자 애플리케이션을 중심으로 세분화되어 개발되고 있다다변하는 의류 시장에서 스마트 의류 상품기획은 기존의 의류 상품기획과 같이 소비자 트렌드 중심의 경향과 함께 소비자의 특성을 파악하는 연구의 필요성이 대두되어 그 중요성은 날로 부상하고 있다. 그러나, 기존의 스마트 의류의 연구는 기능성, 사용성 기반의 연구자 중심의 개발이 이루어지고 있어, 소비자 중심, 마켓 중심의 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스마트 의류 기획에 있어 가장 밀접한 관련이 예상되는 의복 및 의복행동 라이프 스타일과 디지털 라이프 스타일을 중심으로 라이프 스타일의 유형을 분석하고, 라이프 스타일에 따른 스마트 의류 수용도와 인지도를 조사하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 추후 스마트 의류의 수요가 가장 높을 것으로 예상되는 20 대, 30 대를 중심으로 이루어졌으며, 라이프 스타일에 따른 스마트 의류의 수용도와 인지 여부 및 스마트 의류의 선호도를 조사하여 그 결과를 제시하였다.그 결과 소비자 라이프스타일은 유행추구형, 감각적 정보추구형, 실용적 기능추구형의 세 유형으로 도출되었으며, 유행추구형 집단이 스마트 의류에 대한 인지도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 유행추구형은 엔터테인먼트 의류군을 선호하였으며, 스마트 의류 속성 중 외관을 다른 집단에 비해 중시하는 경향을 보였다. 감각적 정보추구형은 감성교감의류 및 생체 신호 측정의류의 선호도 및 필요성을 높게 인지하고 있었으며, 실용적 기능 추구형은 생체 신호 측정의류 및 환경과의 상호작용 하는 의류에 대해 선호하는 경향을 나타내며, 스마트 의류의 필요성을 다른 집단에 비해 높게 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 스마트 의류의 인식 및 선호도 등 상품화에 실질적인 평가 자료를 제시함으로써, 추후 스마트 의류의 상용화에 있어 시장 가능성 및 상품화를 위한 스마트 의류 기획 방향을 제시한 것에 의의가 있다.

The aim of this study was to determine how to improve smart working in South Korea. Smart working has recently become a key issue in e-government and flexible working studies. Smart working can improve public servants' quality of life and job performance. However, institutional, managerial, and infrastructural conditions that support smart working must be implemented for smart working arrangements to be successful. Therefore, this study analyzed the impact of institutions, management, and infrastructure on the effectiveness of public servants working in smart working conditions. The results showed that institutional, managerial, and infrastructural factors have a significant impact on the effectiveness of civil servants working in smart working conditions. Institutional and infrastructural factors also influenced organizational effectiveness. These findings have implications for how to manage smart working in the public sector in South Korea.

2009년 11 월 KT의 애플사의 스마트폰인 아이폰(i-phone)의 국내 도입과 함께 촉발된 국내 스마트폰시장의 확산은 2010년 구글을 중심으로 삼성전자, SKT등 기존 대기업들의 갤럭시폰을 비롯한 OS기반의 스마트폰을 선보이면서 스마트폰 가업자가 2010년 말까지 약 600만병에 이를 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 스마트폰의 확대와 함께 2009년말 기업, 하나은행 등 일부 은행들이 처음 스마트폰뱅킹을 시작한 이례 2010년 상반기, 이미 국내 대부분의 시중은행들이 아이폰용 iOS를 비롯한 주요 스마트폰의 OS 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 스마트폰뱅킹 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 금융산업의 특성상, 금융거래의 신뢰성과 안정성 측면에서의 개인정보보호 및 금융정보안과 관련한 법규가 채 정비되지 않은 가운데 국내 은행들은 스마트폰뱅킹 출시경쟁에 치중한 나머지 보안 및 개인정보보호에 대한 대책수립은 미흡하며 정부당국의 정보보호관련 지침에 의존, 고객의 자발적인 주의에 호소하고 있는 설정이다. 이처럼 스마트폰뱅킹의 도입이 활발히 진행되면서 금융 서비스 혁신 등 기술적 편의성외에도 개인정보보호를 위한 보안 및 법적 안정성의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 은행의 스마트폰뱅킹 현황과 고객정보보호 및 관리에 대한 법률적 고찰과 규제환경 변화를 중심으로 국내 은행의 스마트폰뱅킹 도입에 따른 고객정보보호 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

To provide convenient life, we consider the situation of using the smart phone to control smart TV and PC in home and office. In this paper, we design the interworking platform between smart TV, smart phone and PC, and implement their applications. Our smart phone application controls the smart TV and PC, where our smart TV application communicates with the smart phone and PC can be booted by the login and password information given form our smart phone application. We hope that our platform design and application implementation will be contributed to be a foundation of interworking between various smart devices in the near-future real smart life.

Recently smart City has become a world-widely hot issue. Many cities have been trying to be smarter in solving urban problems. Different Countries and cities have adopted their own approaches. Accordingly, the concept of smart city is defined in diverse ways. This research emphasizes value creation of smart cities. For that purpose, thoughtful sensitivity, accuracy, and speed are critical components in planning smart cities. Among these, thoughtful sensitivity is the most important. Based on these components, policy should be conceived to develop road maps to replicate successful cases to other cities and regions for long-term innovation of regions. Such experiences will be a firm basis for competitiveness and prosperity of our cities.

This study was conducted to examine the relationships among smartphone use, mental health and physical health by focusing smartphone users' attitudes. For this purpose, 129 college students were asked to complete the questionnaires which contained measures of smartphone use, mental health and physical health. The results of data analysis showed that the positive correlations among smartphone use scores, physical and mental symptoms were significant. The importance of adaptive using smartphone for health was emphasized. Finally, limitations and suggestions of this study were discussed.

This study tried to confirm the promotion plan with competitive a Smart Work industry power analysis. We were the low so that consequently we did the industry type analysis with Smart Work industry support technique. We executed the depth interview with Smart Work expert of 40 persons for this. This study found the Smart Work 2.0 concept and recognition about the industry out. As results of a research, validity of Smart Work 2.0 concept appeared high and Smart Work industry classified 11 groups. With this products, We proposed activation policy for Smart Work industry.

Nowadays, the needs for linking smart devices are growing fast because of wide spread of smart devices such as smart TV, smart phones, smart pad and so on. This paper presents a game framework for linking smart TV and smart phones and proves its applicability by developing an example contents. The problem of connection between smart devices is basically a problem of connection between heterogeneous devices. The problem is that data transmission and reception between heterogeneous devices must be considered. Therefore, the core data is implemented by adopting the concept of cloud computing and storing it in a server, and in a smart TV, playing the game by using this data. The proposed framework could be applied to a lot of applications such as computer games.

최근 지하철이나 버스 등의 교통수단을 이용하기 위해 지불방식의 편리, 지연시간의 단축 등 효율성이 높은 비접촉식 카드를 많이 사용하고 있다. 이러한 비접촉식 스마트 카드를 인증하기 위해서는 스마트카드ID가 스마트카드 단말기 내부에 저장하고 있어야 하며, 스마트카드ID가 변경될 때마다 서버으로부터 전송받아 최신의 정보로 갱신되어야 한다. 교통시스템에서 사용되는 통신매체는 RS-485를 사용하여 38.5Kbps로 통신하고 있고, 그로인해 스마트카드ID를 전송할 때 시간이 많이 소모되고, 스마트카드ID를 전승하는 동안에는 스마트카드 단말기의 사용이 제한되고 있어 단말기가 사용되지 않는 시간에 전송하고 있다. 이러한 교통시스템의 환경에서 점점 더 많아지고 있는 대량의 데이터를 스마트카드 단말기에 빠르게 전송하기 위해 스마트카드ID의 특성을 이용한 인코딩 기법을 적용하여 스마트카드ID의 크기를 줄여 전송함으로써 전송시간을 줄이는 방법을 제안하였다.
