스마트기기의 발달과 보급의 확산과 함께 모바일 인터넷 등 통신서비스 환경이 발전함에 따라 이러닝 환경의 고도화가 진행되면서 유비쿼터스러닝, 모바일러닝을 넘어 스마트 디바이스와 이러닝 연관 신기술이 융 복합된 새로운 형태의 교육 시스템인 스마트러닝으로 발전하고 있다. 하지만 현재 다양한 스마트 디바이스 기반의 스마트러닝 서비스를 통해 교육 콘텐츠를 학습자에게 제공하기 위해서는 기존 이러닝 콘텐츠의 구조 개선이 불가피한 상황이며 콘텐츠의 재사용 가능성, 접근성, 상호운용성, 항구성 및 질적 수월성의 향상을 위한 스마트러닝 표준화가 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 이러닝 콘텐츠를 통한 스마트러닝을 구현하기 위한 방안으로 EPUB 3.0 표준을 활용한 스마트러닝 솔루션을 제안하고자 한다.

The results indicate that direction of online reviews have a significant effect on both information reliability and product attitude. In addition, consumers' shopping experience also shows a moderating effect between the direction of online reviews and the dependent variables. Furthermore, product type also shows a moderating effect on the information reliability, yet not on the product attitude. In clarify the relationship between the satisfaction and success of smart-learning smart learning and learner analyzes the main factors that affect the learning flow results, The smart learning variety of properties, personalization, complexity affects the learning flow variety, personalization, ubiquity affects the interaction, It was analyzed by a useful impact on the learner interactivity and immersive learning outcomes. This gives the implications of the smart learning attributes are important in order to maximize the learning experience for smart learning.

This study proposes the "Smart Learning" as a next generation for e-Learning, and focuses on developing policy for smart learning industry. Especially, this study's purpose is proposing a political agenda for smart learning industry as a knowledge-based industry. This study process for the realization of this purpose is belows: first, analyzing status of industry and policy in decades, second, finding problems and solutions, and finally, proposing the core subjects focused on practical value. And this study also focuses on the development of new policy suitable characteristics of the smart learning.

This article is exploring on the concept and realization conditions of 'Smart Learning' including the problems about e-Learning, such as its low learning effectiveness and the weak profitability of its industry. Smart-Learning has been increasing with the growth of smartphone usage. Looking at previous research, this study established the concept of smart learning, current understanding of smart learning and the requirements for smart learning. Subsequently, It was established a concept of SNS, reviewing future education, self-directed learning by using social network, and suggests policies of vitalizing smart-learning by using SNS. In order to use SNS in smart learning, first it is proposed the need for smart learning laws and institutions, particularly with young people considering their emotions in order to expand what is proposed. secondly, the need for SNS usage to be socially and culturally relevant. third and finally, the need for strengthening information security with co-operation from the government.

최근 스마트 컴퓨팅 시대를 맞아 스마트 러닝 시스템에 대한 관심도가 급증하고 있다. 스마트 러닝의 개념은 크게 2가지로 스마트 단말기를 이용한 학습 방법과 학습을 위한 스마트 학습 기법으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 스마트 학습 기법은 학습자에게 좀 더 효율적이면서 학습의 효과를 증대시키기 위해 학습자의 성향과 학습자의 프로파일, 학습 상황 등을 인지하여 분석하고 적용할 수 있는 기법을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 학습자에게 스마트 러닝을 위한 스마트 학습 기법을 적용한 시스템 설계를 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하고 있는 스마트 러닝 시스템은 학습자에게 적합한 교수학습 모형을 자동으로 적용하여 학습의 효과를 극대화하고, 학습의 유형과 학습 패턴의 변화에 따라 시스템이 학습자에게 지능적으로 대처할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 교수학습 모형이 학습자에게 자동변화 되기 위해서는 학습자의 성향분석 그리고 형성평가, 사후평가 등의 데이터 분석을 수집하고 자동으로 분석하여 적용 할 수 있는 스마트 학습 에이전트(SSA:Smart Study Agent)가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SSA 설계를 기반으로 스마트 러닝 시스템의 필요성과 향후 연구 발전에 따른 이러닝(e-learning) 교육 혁신에 기여하고자 한다.

최근 스마트기기 보급의 확산과 이러닝 환경의 고도화로 이러닝 산업의 패러디임이 변화하면서 스마트 디바이스를 통한 학습형태의 스마트러닝이 주목받고 있다. 이처럼 스마트러닝이 부각되면서 기존의 이러닝 콘텐츠를 스마트 디바이스 환경에서도 제공 받고자 하는 사용자들의 요구가 증가하고 있지만 현재 기존 PC기반으로 구현된 이러닝 콘텐츠를 스마트기기에 적용하는데 있어 다양한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 특히 가장 근본적인 문제는 표준에 기인한다고 할 수 있으며 이를 해결하기 위해서는 콘텐츠에 대한 표준화가 필수적인 요소로 작용한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 최근 국내에서 전자책 및 디지털교과서 개발에 표준으로 자리잡고 있는 EPUB 3.0을 준용하여 기존 이러닝 콘텐츠의 데이터 포맷을 변경하고 표준화된 형태로 다양한 스마트 디바이스에 적용이 가능한 디지털교과서 솔루션을 설계하였다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze students' perception of smart learning focusing on its definitions, roles and values in distance higher education. In the online survey, 1,950 students of 'A' open university were participated. The results show that the students viewed the smart learning to be more 'absorbing', 'interactive' and 'collaborative' than the existing e-learning, as it compiles their experiences into learning. However, the respondents' perceptions of smart learning varied among different age groups: more students in their 40s and 50s responded that smart learning was 'customized', 'humanlike', 'interactive', 'comfortable', 'stable', 'familiar', 'unstressful', and 'practical' than students in their 20s and 30s, and they tend to view the main feature of smart learning to be the compilation of learner experiences.

최근 스마트기기가 널리 보급되고 소셜네트워크 서비스가 확산되면서, 스마트 기기 및 소셜미디어를 활용함으로서 학습에서 상호작용을 극대화한 교육환경으로 스마트러닝이 크게 부각되고 있다. 그리고 스마트러닝 콘텐츠 및 환경의 확산으로 PC 위주에서 스마트폰 등으로 이러닝 콘텐츠의 사용환경이 확장됨에 따라 콘텐츠 저작의 경제성과 효율성 등을 고려하게 되었으며, 하나의 콘텐츠를 다양한 환경에서 활용 가능하도록 하고 있다. 그러나 기존 PC기반의 콘텐츠를 스마트기기에 적용함에 있어 여러 가지 문제가 발생하는데 이 문제들을 해결하는 방안으로 먼저 콘텐츠에 대한 표준화가 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자책 표준화를 활용한 효율적인 스마트러닝 기법을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper derives the strategic implications of smart learning as a sophisticated alternative to e-learning through the convergence approach of e-learning and Bigdata based on the practices of developed countries. To this, this paper derives e-Learning status and challenges issues in Korea, and then, analyzes the convergence case of e-learning and data science in major foreign advanced companies and universities. In addition, this study conducts an awareness survey on Bigdata applied for employees of e-learning companies, and then derives a strategic alternative to the Bigdata convergence-based smart learning effectiveness in the industry with the analysis of the survey data.
