Real-Time System Parallel Testing Techniques for Weapon System Error Verification (무기체계 오류 검증을 위한 실시간 시스템 병렬시험 기법)

  • In this paper present the real-time system parallel testing techniques for weapon systems error verification. Previously field testing equipment in the military field was using the sequential testing method to maintain. This method could not check the error verification of interference. For this reason, in this paper propose the real-time system parallel testing techniques using an embedded module instead of the sequential testing techniques which is used in the weapon system error verification. Using the embedded module mounted switching control card conduct the parallel testing and then send the result to the PC. This method is possible to increase the reliability in the weapon system error verification.

  • We have investigated the electrical coupling in a 3D monolithic NOR gate structure using TCAD simulation. The electrical coupling of 3D monolithic NOR gate can be caused by the transistor located in the upper/lower or diagonal transistors. The drain current of the upper layer NMOSFET is the same when the voltage of PgateB is 0 V and 1 V. It has been confirmed that the electrical coupling in the diagonal direction does not affect the device characteristics.

  • Asynchronous sequential machines, or clockless logic circuits, have several advantages over synchronous machines such as fast operation speed, low power consumption, etc. In this paper, we propose a novel robust controller for input/output asynchronous sequential machines with uncertain state transitions. Due to model uncertainties or inner failures, the state transition function of the considered asynchronous machine is not completely known. In this study, we present a formulation to model this kind of asynchronous machines ana using generalized reachability matrices, we address the condition for the existence of an appropriate controller such that the closed-loop behavior matches that of a prescribed model. Based on the previous research results, we sketch design procedure of the proposed controller and analyze the stable-state operation of the closed-loop system.

  • 본 논문은 Grafcet[1]을 이용하여 고속전철 승강문 제어를 실행하기 위한 운영 모드에 대해 논의한다. 고속전철에 사용하는 승강문 제어 관련 동작 상태의 정의 및 제어 조건[2]을 인용하여 승강문 제어를 위한 기본 사양 및 운영자 요구사양을 정의한 다음, 열차편성을 1개의 동력차와 4개의 객차로 가정한 후, 이에 대한 승강문 운영 모드 관련 순차 프로그램을 Grafcet 을 이용하여 구성하였다.

  • 스마트홈은 기술 시스템, 자동화 프로세스, 원격 제어 기기 등을 아파트나 주택에서 사용하는 것을 말한다. 주요 목적은 가정에서 삶의 질과 편의성을 높이는 것이다. 현재의 스마트홈은 사용자의 원격 제어 방식을 사용하고 있다. 이러한 방식은 고정된 시간에만 스마트홈이 작동하도록 한다는 문제가 있었다. 연관분석과 순차분석을 통해 AI가 상황과 사용자의 취향을 학습한다면, 스스로 최적화된 패턴을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Fuzzy logic is used to represent qualitative knowledge and provides interpretability to a controlling system model in bioinformatics. This paper focuses on a bioinformatics data classification which is an important bioinformatics application. This paper reviews the two traditional controlling system models The sequence-based threshold controller have problems of optimal range decision for threshold readjustment and long processing time for optimal threshold induction. And the binary-based threshold controller does not guarantee for early system stability in the GPCR data classification for optimal threshold induction. To solve these problems, we proposes a fuzzy-based threshold controller for ART1 clustering in GPCR classification. We implement the proposed method and measure processing time by changing an induction recognition success rate and a classification threshold value. And, we compares the proposed method with the sequence-based threshold controller and the binary-based threshold controller The fuzzy-based threshold controller continuously readjusts threshold values with membership function of the previous recognition success rate. The fuzzy-based threshold controller keeps system stability and improves classification system efficiency in GPCR classification.

  • 본 연구에서는 고주파 유도가열을 위한 전원장치에 사용되는 인버터 시스템의 대용량, 고조파화를 실현하기 위한 고주파화 기술을 제안하였다. 부한 공진 인버터는 H형 전-브리지(Full-Bridge)로 구성하고 각 암당 IBGT를 2병렬로 조합하여 구성하고 부하는 직병열 공진회로로 구성한다. 스위칭 동작은 8개의 IGBT중 각 ARM당 2개씩 순차 제어하여 고속 대용량의 고주파 전력을 출력시킨다. 또한 스위칭은 스위치 턴온·오프시에 스위칭 손실을 줄이기 위해 ZVS(Zero-Voltage Switching) 기법을 도입한다. 제어는 고정주파수 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) 제어를 하여 전력변환 효율을 극대화한다.

Construction of Sequential Digital Systems over Finite Fields (유한체상의 순차디지털시스템 구성)

  • This paper presents a method of constructing the sequential digital systems over finite fields. We assign all elements in finite fields to digit codes using mathematical properties of finite fields. Also, we discuss the operational characteristics and properties of the building block T-gate which is used to implement the sequential digital systems over finite fields. Then, we implemented sequential digital systems without feed-back. The sequential digital systems without feed-back is constructed as following steps. First, we assign the states in state-transition diagram to state digit codes, then obtain the state function and predecessor table which is explaining the relationship between present states and previous states. Next, we obtained the next-state function from state function and predecessor table. Finally we realize the circuit using T-gate and decoder. The proposed method is more efficiency and systematic than previous method.

Development of a Programming System for Sequential Control Using a Graphic Organization Language (그래픽 조직 언어를 이용한 순차 제어용 프로그래밍 시스템 개발)

  • PLCs are vital components of modern automation systems, which have penetrated into almost every industry. Many industries have a demand for facilitation of PLC programming. In this study, a programning system for sequential control is developed on a personal computer. This programming system consists of two main parts, a GRAFCET editor and a GRAFCET compiler. The GRAFCET editor enables us to model an actual sequential process by a GRAFCET diagram. This GRAFCET editor is developed by the menu-driven method based on specific menus and graphic symbols. The GRAFCET compiler consists of two parts, a GRAFCET parser and a code generator. The possible errors in a drawn GRAFCET diagram are first checked by the GRAFCET parser which generates finally an intermediate code from a verified CRAFCET diagram. Then the intermediate code is converted into a control code of an actual sequential controller by the code generator. To show the usefulness of this programming system, this system is applied to a pneumatically controlled handling robot. For this robot, a Z-80 microprocessor is used as the actual sequential controller.
