Standard Industrial classification is a key factor of technology spillover effect. It is the result of the empirical study that is the IC(industrial classification) which influences the technology spillover effect by way of interaction term, or moderating effect combing independent variables and moderators. As relatively high technology industry is more important than the low counterpart in R&D management system. And the result of the study says that Government should support SME's considering the IC moderating effect and different subsidies which is appropriated to the SME's IC(industrial classification). This way of Government subsidy will improve the efficiency of industrial policy effect of SME's.

일반적인 광섬유가 실리카로 만들어진 클래딩과 이보다 약간 굴절률이 높은 코어로 구성되어 있는 것과는 달리 광자결정 광섬유(photonic crystal fiber 또는 다공성 광섬유(holey fiber))는 코아와 클래딩이 순수 실리카로 구성되어 있다 클래딩의 효과를 주기 위해 광섬유 축을 따라서 규칙적인 공기구멍 다발을 형성하여 준다. 광자결정 광섬유는 특이한 광학적 특성 때문에 최근에 활발히 연구되어 지고 있다. 공기구멍의 구조를 조절함으로써 넓은 파장 영역에서 단일 모드로 진행하고(1), 아주 큰 분산을 갖게 할 수 lT고, hem 반경을 조절 할 수 있으며, 특이한 분산 특성과 이의 조절이 가능하다. This study aims to provide the fundamental data of an efficient grading system after identifying the mediate and moderating effects of self-participation regarding the impact of education service quality on student satisfaction. To achieve the purpose of the study, SPSS 18.0 statistic program was used to conduct the frequency, factor and correlation analysis while targeting 310 students majoring in food service and culinary arts & science in 2 and 4 year universities in Busan area. Specifically, the mediate and moderating effects of self-participation were examined in accordance with three-stage regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, respectively. The results of analyses suggested that there was the positive correlation between student satisfaction and education service quality, and the student satisfaction was correlated with self-participation in the entire variables, except for the welfare service. The self-participation didn't have any mediate effect, since the ratio of the student satisfaction to the education service quality with self-participation turned out to be p<0.01. The self-participation had moderating effects on student satisfaction, with the $R^2$ being increased by 0.032, from 0.537 to 0.569. However, it was only partial moderating effects because the self-participation, when along with laboratory environment, was not positively effective in terms of the statistic variables.

PVA필름은 휴대폰, 카메라폰, 컴퓨터모니터, LCD TV등 편광필름이 사용되는 TFT-LCD 제품에는 반드시 필요한 핵심부품으로, 최근 인조대리석 제조용 필름, 분리필름, 내(耐)산소투과성 포장필름 등에도 활용범위를 넓혀가고 있는 신소재이다. 그러나 PVA필름은 일본이 PVA특성조절기술을 갖고 있어 그동안 일본에서 전량 수입해 사용해 온 것이 현실. 지난 1990년 설립된 이래, 국내 최초로 순수국내 기술로 고온수용성 부직포를 개발하며, 생산해 온 (주)텍스테크(대표이사 신재균)가 폐 부직포를 재활용해 LCD용 폴리비닐알코올(PVA) 필름을 제조하는 기술을 개발, 업계의 주목을 끌고 있다. 신재균 사장을 만나 폐부직포를 이용한 PVA 필름제조 기술개발 경위와 기대효과를 들어보았다.

최근 시설재배에서는 염류 집적 및 토양전염성 병해충 등으로 인한 연작장해를 회피하기 위하여 수경재배로 전환하는 농가가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 우리나라의 수경재배면적은 '98년 23 ha에서 2000년 1,000 ha로 급속히 증가하고 있는데, 이중 약 12％는 담액수경이나 박막수경의 순수 수경재배 방식이 차지하고 있으나 대부분이 고형배지를 이용한 비순환방식이다. 배양액의 비순환방식은 토양이나 지하수의 오염이 염려되지만, 순환방식의 경우에는 배양액 성분의 조정이나 배양액의 소독 등재처리가 필요하여 농가에서는 기피하고 있는 실정이다. This study aims to investigate the effect of psychosocial aging on age integration and the moderating effect of Familism and Family solidarity. In particular, this study has significance for establishing a basis of practical and political intervention in family level for improving age integration. We employed data from the 'Ageing Society Awareness Investigation' funded by Korean National Research Foundation in 2014. Our analysis sample consisted of 702 adults who were from 40 to 90 years old. Also, this study conducted descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis by using STATA13. First of all, the lower psychosocial aging awareness is the higher age integration awareness. Familism and family solidarity were not a significant predictor for age integration. However, the interaction effects between familism as well as family solidarity and psychosocial aging ware statistically associated with age integration. That is to say that as psychosocial aging is negative, when decrease age integration, the net moderating effects of familism and family solidarity were found between age integration and psychosocial aging. Based on the results, this study provides implications that reinforcing family value and promoting interaction and solidarity with family members are positively contributed to age integration awareness at this point of negative psychosocial aging.

In this study, the effect of reformer gas(RG) on the performance development of the exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) was investigated numerically in $CH_4/air$ premixed flame. Typically EGR is used to reduce the flame temperature and NOx emission, whereas RG can be used to improve the flame stability, such as homing velocity. This competitive relationship is focused in this study. As a result, it can be identified that the adjustments of EGR and RG ratio can achieve the low NOx emission and the similar flame stability to pure $CH_4/air$ premixed flame simultaneously.

포유 동물의 중추 신경계에서 주 억제성 신경전달물질로 알려진 4-aminobutyrate(GABA) 대사에 관여하는 효소인 GABA transaminase (GhBA-T)와 Succinic semialdehyde reductase(SSR)를 각각 여러 가지 크로마토그래픽 방법을 사용하여 순수 분리 정제하였다 GABA-T는 subunit 분자량 50kDa을 가진 dimer이며 화학 변형(chemical modification), 흡광, 형광스펙트럼 연구에 의하면 cysteinyl잔기가 활성 부위에 존재하고 있음을 보여주었다 SSR은 2-mercaptoethanol이 존재하든 안하든 o-pthalaldehyde(OPA)에 의하여 효소 활성도가 상실되었으며 흡광 및 형광스펙트럼에 의하면 OPA가 효소의 활성 부위의 lysyl잔기와 반응하여 cysteinyl잔기와 함께 intermolecular cross-linking을 이루는 것을 알 수 있었다. 한편 SSR은 몇가지 anticonvulsant drug에 의하여 부분적인 저해 효과를 나타내었다.

The effects of sucrose solution on cell growth and berberine production were studied in Thalictrum rugosum cell cultures. Application of sucrose solution without any other components enhanced berberine accumulation significantly in spite of slower cell growth. At high sucrose concentration, cells became very compact and fourfold increase in specific berberine content was achieved. Optimum concentration of sucrose in plain water to maximize the productivity was found to be 8%. Time course experiment in 8% sucrose solution showed that more than 5 days were required to utilize the advantage of this system efficiently. Addition of vitamins, growth regulators, and inorganic salts into the solution was not effective in increasing berberine productivity.

The aim of this study was to develop a rapid and cheap bioassay of four lignans (schisandrin, schisandrin C, the gomisin A and gomisin N) isolated from Schizandra chinensis Baill on seed germination and seedling growth of the radish. Its structure was determined by analysis of MS and NMR spectroscopic data. Radish seeds immersed for 1 hr in the solutions of $10^{-5}M$, $10^{-6}M$ and $10^{-7}M$ of schisandrin, schisandrin C, gomisin A, and gomisin N, seed germination was observed with in 60 hr after all of the treatments. Also, the seeds were germinated faster compared to untreated controls. At early germination stage, 48 hr after the treatment of the lignans, the suppression of germination was observed from all treatments; the suppression due to schisandrin and gomisin A was the highest at the concentration of $10^{-6}M$. The level of suppression increased as the concentration increased in the treatment of schisandrin C and gomisin N. Percent germination of seed after 184 hr was increased 90% at all treatments. For the effects of lignan treatment on seedling growth in radish, the growth of hypocotyl was promoted by gomisin A and gomisin N at all concentrations. Root elongation was significantly promoted by schisandrin and gomisin N at $10^{-5}M$ and $10^{-6}M$, respectively. Fresh and dry weights of the seedlings were high at a low concentration of $10^{-7}M$, but significantly reduced by schisandrin C at a high concentration of $10^{-5}M$. The results of the germination activity and seedling growth of the lignans from S. chinensis suggest their potential use as natural growth regulators.
