하서(河西) 김인후(金麟厚) 문집 판본 연구 (Study on Hasu(河西) kim in-hu(金麟厚)'s edition of the collected works)

  • 본고에서는 하서 문집으로 간행된 판본들을 조사하면서, 각 판본의 현존 상황과 특이사항을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 초간본 "하서집(河西集)"은 1568년(선조(宣祖)) 1)에 간행되었으나 현재 완본(完本)이 전하지 않는 상황에서 고대 만송문고본이 유일본으로, 중간본과 삼간본 모두에 빠진 저작 총 19수를 수록하고 있었다. 중간본은 1686년(숙종(肅宗)) 12)에 "하서선생집(河西先生集)"이 간행되었고, 규장각 소장본을 대상으로 삼간본과 대조하여 살펴본 결과, 중간본에 수록되었다가 삼간본에서 빠진 하서의 저작 1수가 수록되어 있고, 하서의 사위인 양자징(梁子?)이 찬(撰) 한 "가상(家狀)"을 수록하지 않았다. 또 중간본에서 삼간본으로 재간행하면서 작품 수가 추가되고 제목이 달라진 경우도 있어 대표적인 예로 하서가 종성에 유배되어 있던 미암에게 보낸 시 "봉기유미암종산적소(奉寄柳眉巖鍾山謫所)"가 중간본에는 10수가 수록되었는데 삼간본에서 "봉화유미암종산적소(奉和柳眉巖鍾山謫所)"로 제목이 바뀌고, "봉기유미암종산적소(奉寄柳眉巖鍾山謫所)"란 제목에는 중간본에서 "봉기유미암종산적소(奉寄柳眉巖鍾山謫所)"에 들어 있던 작품과 전혀 다른 4수의 새로운 시를 수록하여 놓은 것을 발견하였다. 삼간본은 1802년(순조(純祖)) 2)에 연보(年譜)를 붙여 "하서선생전집(河西先生全集)"으로 간행하여 일명 전집본이라고도 하며 현재 한국문집총간 33권 "하서전집(河西全集)"의 저본이 된다. 현대에 들어와 1916년(병진(丙辰))에 속편 초간본 "하서전집속편(河西全集續編)" 이 간행되었고, 1940년(경진(庚辰))에 속편 중간본 "하서선생속집(河西先生續集)" 이 간행되었다. 1980년에 삼간본과 속편 초 중간본 등을 합본해 하서선생기념사업회에서 영인본을 내고 1987년에 그 국역본을 냈으나, 다시 1993년에 필암서원에서 영인본과 국역본이 동시에 나왔다. 이들 삼간본과 속편 초 중간본, 그리고 영인본들은 이전 판본들과 달리 하서의 연보를 수록하고 있어 그 안에서 하서의 문집에는 수록되지 않은 습유 저작을 다수 발견할 수 있었다.

  • 도시 전체가 화재에 취약한 구조를 가지고 있었던 조선시대 화재는 많은 재산피해와 인명피해를 가져왔지만, 다른 한편으로 화재를 예방하고 피해를 최소화하기 위한 다양한 정책과 계획수법, 기술과 시설들이 발달하는 계기가 되었다. 본 연구는 화재와 관련한 정책, 계획, 건축, 구조물 시설물 등을 중심으로 조선시대 전반에 걸쳐 이루어진 금화시책의 흐름을 파악하고자 하는 목적을 지니고 있다. 조선시대의 금화시책은 그 목적에 따라 화재예방을 위한 비보풍습(裨補風習)과 비화(備火)시책, 화재 확산을 막기 위한 경계(境界)시책, 화재를 끄기 위한 멸화(滅火)시책, 구화(救火)시책 등으로 구분된다. 조선시대에 이루어진 금화시책은 크게 3단계로 구분된다. 먼저 태종대로부터 문종대에 이르는 시기로, 이 시기에는 행정 및 사법체제 정비, 금화행정, 금화계획, 금화사업, 금화기구 개발 등 다양한 측면에서 금화정책이 시행되고 있다. 제2단계는 기와를 공급하는 관아가 소멸되는 단종대부터 현종대에 이르는 시기로, 부분적인 금화사업을 중심으로 금화정책이 진행되고 있다. 제3단계는 숙종대부터 순종대에 이르는 시기로 금화사업보다는 금화기구 개발을 중심으로 금화정책이 진행되고 있다.

파종기 이동에 따른 콩의 Isoflavone 함량 변화 (Isoflavone Contents of Soybean according to Different Planting Dates)

  • 본실험은 조생종인 하대두형 및 중국수집종 콩과 중숙${\sim}$만숙종의 국내 육성 종과의 isoflavone 함량변이를 비교하며, 파종기 이동 및 콩의 생육단계별 생육기간에 따른 isoflavone함량의 차이를 분석하고자 수행하였으며, 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 전체 isoflavone함량은 파종기 이동에 관련 없이 국내 수집종이 하대두형 및 중국수집 종에 비하여 놓았으며, 하대 두형콩과 중국수집 종과 비슷한 함량 분포를 나타냈다. 2. 파종기이동에 따른 총 isoflavone 함량은 파종기를 늦게 할수록 하대두형, 중국수집종 및 국내육성종 모두에서 증가하는 경향 이었다. 3. 콩의 개화기${\sim}$성숙기의 기간 및 생육일수가 길어질수록 isoflavone 함량도 높아지는 경향을 나타냈으며, 통계적으로도 부합되었다. 4. 콩의 isoflavone 함량은 입중이 무거울수록 함량이 낮아 졌으며, 상관계수는 4월${\sim}$5월 파종구에서 각각 -0.57, -0.51 및 -0.38로 분석되었다.

24절기를 활용한 마을축제 연계 방안 (A Connection Planning of the Village Festivals with the 24 Seasonal Divisions of the Year)

  • In this study, seasonal customs are analyze the appropriate festival for each 24 seasonal divisions of the year. Recover the intrinsic value of the festival and selected the target villages and each village should investigate elements of the festival. The village were sought activation of a rural village by setting the festive season. (1) 24 seasonal divisions of the year festival is a small town festival, the festival's program is based on the experience-oriented. Based on period seasonal customs and season plays are set up 24 seasonal divisions of the year festival's program. (2) Survey area is the rural tourism village carried seven villages at Cheongju-si in Chungcheongbuk-do. (3) 24 seasonal divisions of the year festival establish as possible to the festival program is based on 24 seasonal divisions of the yearfestival seasonal customs, seven villages were set on the festival. on the season sesipung through the festive season as possible to the festival program was set up, seven villages were set on the festival. The first standard, festivals and events that are currently made. Second,now ongoing in the village is experience program and a 24 seasonal divisions of the year seasonal customs resource. (4) As a result, each period of the festival was set in the village. (5) By festival setting recover intrinsic value of the festival by taking advantage of 24 seasonal divisions of the year. The common interests of the rural town of experience, the rising interest in each town and village festivals activation of the network can be achieved.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the rural housewives' recognition and practice on environmental preservation. The subjects of this study were 300 rural housewives living in Chung-buk province. Questionaires were distributed to them during a week from August $25^{th}$ to August $31^{th}$ in 1995. Major findings were as follows: 1. The saved water quite well in washing their faces and the dishes compared with urban housewives, but they did not save water so well in using the lavatory. They used synthetic detergent, one of water pollutants, more often than natural soaps in shampooing and laundering. In addition, they did not use a measuring cup. It resulted in the waste of detergent and aggravation of water pollution. 2. Food waste was disposed of properly, but used batteries were not collected separately. A disposable vinyl bag was more commonly used than a reusable shopping basket. The reason for not using a shopping basket was bothering or uncustomary. Since most of them did not know refillable products of goods with environmental mark, they did not use those. Therefore, housewives should be educated in order to prevent soil pollution. 3. The use of spry-type pesticide and hair treatment, one of air pollutants, was wide-spread among them. They hardly recognized and practiced saving of electric power when they used household electric appliances. 4. The major source of environmental knowledge was mass media like TV of radio. Many of them did not know the practical ways to solve the environmental education program. In conclusion, low level of recognition and practice of rural housewives on environmental preservation indicated that a systematic environmental education program should be developed and implemented.

쌀된장분말을 첨가한 쿠키의 품질특성 (Quality Characteristics on Cookies Added with Soybean Paste Powder)

  • 쌀된장의 식품소재로서의 이용 가능성을 알아보기 위해 쌀된장 첨가량을 달리하여 쿠키를 제조한 후 품질특성을 조사하였다. 쿠키의 명도는 74.14에서 62.83로 감소하였으며 적색도는 6.30에서 11.14로 증가하였고 쿠키의 경도는 쌀된장 분말 0%에서 7%로 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 426.29에서 829.29 g로 증가하였다. 관능검사 결과 색, 향, 텍스쳐, 전제적인 품질은 쌀된장 분말 5% 첨가시 가장 우수하였다. 쌀된장 분말 쿠키의 일반성분 분석결과 수분함량은 2.4~2.7%, 조단백질 함량은 6.8~7.5%, 조지방 함량은 22.6~27.3%, 조섬유 함량은 0.8~5.5%, 조회분 함량은 0.5~1.1%의 범위를 나타내었다.

조선 숙종조 탐라순력도를 통해 본 상급 관원복식 (High Government Officials' Costumes as Illustrated in Tamna Sullyeokdo at the Era of King Sukjong of the Joseon Dynasty)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate costumes worn by high government officials which are illustrated in Tamna Sullyeokdo at the era of King Sukjong of the Joseon Dynasty. The findings of the study are as fellows: 1. Tamna Sullyeokdo showed that Moksa wore an simplified version of Jobok at a congratulatory ceremony. They wore Sibok at such events as examinations, Yeonhyang or Jinsang. Particularly at Yeonhyang, Samo was decorated with some red flowers. The officials wore Yungbok when they were participated in military training, hunting or arrow shooting competitions. They wore Pyeonbok when they go on a trip 2. Pangwan wore Sibok when they took an examination. They wore Yungbok during military training while they wore Pyeonbok during Tamseung. 3. Hyeongam wore Sangbok at a congratulatory ceremony. When they take part in military training, examinations, Yeonhyang or Jinsang, those officials wore Sibok. They also wore Yungbok during military training, Yeonhyang or Jinsang. They wore Jurip decorated with some red flowers during Yeonhyang. And they wore Pyeonbok when they were inspecting military training of Seongjeonggun. 4. Gungwan wore Yungbok at every events. They wore Jurip decorated with Hosu and Jeonrip on their head, and wore Cheolrik during military drills, arrow shooting competitions, examinations, Jinsang, or Tamseung. They wore Jeonip decored with red flowers during Yeonhyang. During regular military trainings, those officials wore Jeonrip decorated with Sangmo on their head and wore Cheolrik and Jeonbok. During Tamseung, they wore Jeonrip decorated with Sangmo on their head and wore Jeonbok with Jungchimak or a set of Jeogori and Baji.

황기청국장의 향기특성 (Aroma Characteristic of Chungkukjang with Astragalus membranaceus)

  • 황기가 청국장 향기성분에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 청국장과 황기청국장을 제조하여 향기성분을 SDE, headspace, SPME 추출한 후 GC/MS로 정성하였다. 추출방법별 정성된 화합물의 수는 총 30개로 SDE 23개, headspace 6개, SPME 7개로 나타났다. 추출물을 관능기별로 구분하면 ketone류 6개, alcohol류 8개, heterocylic 화합물 3개, aldehyde류 3개, hydrocarbone류 6개, 기타 화합물 5개로 분류할 수 있다. 청국장의 주요향기성분으로 SDE 추출물은 3-hydroxy-2-butane, 2-furanmethanol, 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol과 4-vinylphenol이었으며 headspace 추출물은 2,3-butanedione, 3-hydroxy-2-butane, ethanol, 2,6-dimethyl pyrazine과 acetic acid, SPME 추출물은 acetone, ethanol, 2,5-dimethyl pazine, tetrameyl pyrazine과 acetic acid이었다. 청국장의 특징적인 향기성분인 2,5-dimethyl pyrazine과 2,6-dimethyl pyrazine, tetramethyl pyrazine 함량은 청국장이 황기청국장에 비해 높게 나타내었다.

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate how the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival, a rural festival, affects the farmers of the local farms in Cheongju. Based on grounded theory, this study analyzed the objective using a qualitative research program, the Nvivo11 program. The data was collected through in depth interviews from 13 farmers who participated in the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival, and were also residents of Chungcheungbuk-do. The roles of the local festival expected by farmers, were the sale of local agricultural products, local public relations, regional revitalization, a sense of pride as a farmer, exchange of business ideas for sales of agricultural products, and a line of direct communication between farmers and consumers. The farmers who participated in the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival insisted that sales should rise. The results showed that the farmers who participated in the festival felt socially and psychologically stable while participating. The programs at the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival include a concert, hands on involvement, and agricultural sales, which have a direct influence on both sales and attracting visitors during the local festival. Farmers who participated in the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival asked for the improvement of the overall operation of the festival, including the problems with the admission tickets, parking, arrangement of facilities, festival venue, time, and etc. The suggested improvements for the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival focused on the quality certification system of agricultural products, as well as the organic farming of products, thereby to gain trust from the consumers.

조선 숙종조 탐라순력도를 통해 본 하급관원 복식 (Low-Level Officials' Costumes as Illustrated in Tamna-Sullyeokdo at the Era of King Sukjong of the Joseon Dynasty)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the dress and its ornaments of low-level officials shown in Tamna-Sullyeokdo, the paintings of the inspection tour of Jeju Island. The low-level officials Include low-level soldiers-sungjungun, gichigun, foot soldiers, cavalries, gunroe, ilsu, artillerymen, najang, and sawon-, musicians, servants, and kisaengs in government employ. 1. Different types of low-level soldiers tended to wear different kinds of clothes that is worn under an outer garment and to wear different coats and trousers depending on an outer garment. That is, sungjunggun, gichigun, foot soldiers, and cavalries were jeonbok over a jeogori and baji. On the other hand, gunroe, ilsu, artillerymen, and najang were houi or jakui over a jeogori and baji. However, Sawon simply were Jeonbok or armer or they wore Cheolik in formal occasions. 2. Musicians wore a jeonlib, a type of hat, decorated with an ear of barley and a red houi over a Jungchimak, a man's outer coat with large sleeves. Musicians wore colorful red clothes in order to add to the amusement during military trainings or banquets. 3. Servants in government employ had their hair in plaits and wore a jeonbok over a Jungchimak or baji and jeogori. However, when they dance during banquets, they were cheolik and jeonlib decored with/without an ear of barley or red flowers. 4. Gisaengs in government employ wore a gache on their head and wonsam, a woman's full dress during big occasions. They, on the other hand, wore a jeogoli and chima for regular occasions.
