  • Perceived value of the property and determine the satisfaction and accommodation factors impact factor in customer satisfaction, and perceived value of factors for the tourists and the the satisfaction degree of freezing gareul analysis in the following results are derived. First, the economics of accommodation, convenience to the tourists, but the perceived value and accessibility and facilities that do not affect the show better, second, the perceived value, affordability, amenities, increase tourists' satisfaction showed.

  • The study is to provide safety to the occupants from smoke generated by fire occurring at midnight, and to provide a method for providing evacuation safety for a certain period of time even if the occupants are not aware of the fire. The goal of this study is to occur in small accommodation (floor area less than 1,000m2)It is to design a system that can provide ASET for more than 1 hour even if the occupant does not recognize the fire in late-night fire. The basic structure of the smoke-control system applicable to accommodation facilities was designed, and the expected effect was suggested when applied to small-scale domestic accommodation facilities through evacuation scenarios in accommodation facilities to which the system was applied.

Effects of Tourist and Accommodation on the Municipal Solid Waste Generation in the Small Island (소규모 도서지역에서 관광객 및 숙박시설이 생활폐기물 발생량에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed the correlation between generation of municipal solid waste (MSW), number of tourists, and area of accommodation facilities of small island such as Shin, Si, Mo and Jangbong island in Ongjin county, Incheon for use as basic data for estimation of MSW generation. An analysis of statistics data from september in 2012 to august in 2018 showed MSW generation was steadily increasing, and MSW generation in 2018 was increased by about 3.98 times compared to 2012. In summer, which is the tourist season, MSW generation was 2.43~9.39 times higher than in winter. MSW generation was influenced by the number of tourists. As of August 2018, generation rate of per capita of MSW was $0.839kg/cap{\cdot}day$, which was about 3.71 times higher than August 2013. Area of accommodation increased continuously from 2008 to 2017, increasing by about 8.32 times. The coefficient of determination between the area of accommodation and the number of tourists was 0.8418. Also coefficient of determination between area of accommodation and MSW generation were 0.9370 and 0.6025 before and after August in 2015, respectively. Accommodation was lacked due to increase of tourists. Although accommodation was scarce because of increase in the number of tourists since 2015, the coefficient of determination decreased due to the increase in waste generation.

  • 본 논문에서는 C# 기반의 Echo-Bot 라이브러리를 활용한 숙박시설 예약 챗봇을 설계하고 구현한다. 사용자의 입력을 감지하고 설계된 알고리즘에 의해서 사용자의 요청 정보를 확인하여 필요에 따라 숙박시설의 정보를 알려주고, 이를 바탕으로 예약을 할 수 있도록 구현한다. 또한 예약을 완료했을 때 사용자의 입력 정보 혹은 관리자 모드를 통하여 예약 정보를 확인하고, 취소할 수 있도록 구현한다.

  • 기존 바다낚시공원을 비롯한 바다낚시시설은 이용률 저조, 연계 프로그램 및 관광상품 부족, 편의시설이나 숙박시설 등 부대시설 부족 등으로 인해 바다낚시를 중심으로 증가하는 해양레저의 수요에 대응하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 바다낚시 및 해양레저 수요에 대응하여 가족이 즐기고 힐링할 수 있는 낚시복합타운의 조성이 필요하며 이에 본 연구는 국내 해양레저복합공간의 사례분석을 바탕으로 낚시복합타운 개념을 정립하고 낚시복합타운의 유형을 분류한 다음 유형별 시설구성안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 2002년 9월 29일부터 제 14회 부산 아시안게임이 개최되며 안전하고 원활한 대회 운영을 위하여 대회 조직위원회, 정부기관 및 경찰에서 노력하고 있지만 실제 관광객이 필요할 때 경찰시설에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 서비스가 부족하다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 GIS를 이용하여 경기장, 숙박시설, 교통시설 등의 편의시설과 인근 경찰서를 쉽게 검색한 수 있고 편의시설간의 경로검색이 가능한 안내시스템을 구현하였다. 향후 GPS 기능을 추가하여 현재 위치에서도 인근 경찰서의 검색 및 경로검색이 가능하도록 하고자 한다.

The Impact of Managerial Response to Negative Customer Reviews on the Success of Accommodation Services: Evidence from Online Accommodation Reservation Platforms (부정적 리뷰의 대응 전략이 숙박시설 성공에 미치는 영향: 숙박 중개 플랫폼 사례)

  • This research investigates how a service provider's response(s) to negative customer reviews influences the success of accommodation services in the context of online accommodation reservation platforms. Specifically, we attempt to comprehend the important role of attentive and instant responses to users' negative review comments in fostering future success by analyzing panel data on 856 motels registered in the largest accommodation reservation platform in Korea. The results present that response volume (Attentiveness) and faster responses (Timeliness) are positively associated with success. We further find that the two review-response strategies have a positive interaction effect on success. Moreover, we show that the effect of review responses is strengthened when the reputation of motels drops. The key findings of this research offer a set of practical guidelines for accommodation owners to achieve business success by effectively managing customer reviews and claims
