본 연구는 만성 뇌졸중 환자 5 명을 대상으로 상지 운동(Affected hand의 주먹 쥐기/펴기운동)시 참가자의 운동의지와 운동 수행의 유무에 따라 차이가 있을 것을 가정하고, 운동 수행 및 운동의지가 존재하는 Active movement와 운동 수행을 하지만 운동의지가 없는 Passive movement, 운동 수행은 없지만 운동의지가 있는 Motor Imagery(MI)의 세가지 task에 따른 뇌파의 연결성을 비교하고자 한다. 이 때 EEG 영역 간의 연결성을 보기 위한 분석 방식 중 하나인 Phase locking value(PLV)를 통해 각 task 간의 차이를 비교 및 분석했다. 운동 수행은 동일하지만 운동의지 유무에 따른 차이는 Passive movement가 전반적으로 뇌 영역간 연결이 감소하고 Active movement가 motor task 시작 후 375ms를 기점으로 급격히 증가함을 보이는 데에서 발견할 수 있었으며, 운동 수행 유무에 따른 차이는 687.5ms 이후 Active movement에 비해 MI에서 뇌 영역 간 연결 수가 확연히 감소하는 데에서 큰 차이를 나타내었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 상지운동 시의 motor task에 따른 EEG 영역간의 연결성을 토대로 운동의지 검출이 가능성이 있음을 밝혔다.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 경제적 자립과 안정적인 정착을 지원하는 하나의 방안으로서 창업을 촉진하기 위한 지원 정책과 제도 개선 방안을 제시할 목적으로 수행하였다. 정부는 현재 생활밀착형 북한이탈주민 정책 추진 기조하에 북한이탈주민의 삶의 질을 높여주는 방향으로 맞춤형 정책을 추진하고 있다. 다만, 창업지원 프로그램은 여전히 소규모로서 지원 분야를 다양화하고 예산을 증액 하는 한편, 지원 체계도 중앙-지방-민간 간 유기적으로 협업이 효율적으로 이루어지도록 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 창업의지 결정요인에 대한 실증적 연구를 목적으로 하며, 북한이탈주민들에게 잔존하는 사회주의 가치체계와 이들의 사회적응성 요인을 기존 연구에서 확인되었던 개인의 성격적 특성, 경제적 지지, 자아성취욕구 요인들과 함께 분석모형에 포함하여 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 하나원에서 교육 중인 18세 이상 북한이탈주민 223명을 대상으로 2019년 10월 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 선형회귀분석과 이분형 로지스틱 모형분석을 이용하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 2개의 분석 모형에서 일관된 결과가 도출됨에 따라 분석결과의 강건성을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 사회주의 가치체계가 약할수록 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠것이라는 가설은 지지되었다.

This paper aims to examine the mediating effects of client involvement and client utilizing willingness among consultant competency, consultation process and consulting performance. To accomplish the purpose, the analysis was conducted with 446 SMEs which had a consulting experience. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS and AMOS for Windows. This study used several statistical techniques such as descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, feasibility analysis, Sobel test and the significance test of indirect effects. All studied factors presented meaningful results(+) except the path of consultant competency and client involvement. The client utilizing willingness presented the mediating role between consultation process and consulting performance. Consequently, it said that consultation process with client utilizing willingness was more important than consultant competency itself.

본 연구의 목적은 대학에서 직·간접적으로 수행하고 있는 창업교육, 창업지원제도, 창업멘토링의 매개를 통하여 창업의지에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고 대학생의 창업 가능성을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 방향성을 제시하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 대학생의 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에서 창업효능감에 따라 창업의지에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구를 진행하기 위해 채택한 변수는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링을 독립변수로 지정하였고, 둘째, 창업의지를 종속변수로 지정하였으며, 셋째, 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링과 창업의지 사이에서 창업효능감을 조절변수로 지정하였다. 넷째, 창업지원제도인식은 정부창업지원정책과 대학창업지원사업으로 창업멘토링은 멘토링 기능(문제해결 기능, 네트워킹 기능, 의사소통 기능, 동기부여 기능)과 멘토 신뢰(인지적 신뢰, 정서적 신뢰)로 구분하였다.

정부는 고용 없는 성장이 이어지는 현재의 경제구조에서 국가 경제의 활력을 위한 실마리를 찾고자 한다. 새로운 일자리를 창출하고 기업 활동에 새로운 혁신을 도입하여 국가 경제의 성장과 발전에 기여할 수 있는 방안으로 창업을 활성화하는 정책개발과 지원에 적극적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 많은 국가들이 창업을 촉진하여 일자리를 제공하고 있으며 우리나라 역시 창업을 활성화하기 위하여 정부 차원에서 창업 지원정책을 확대해 나가고 있다. 창업 활성화를 위해서는 창업을 기회로 인식하거나 지지하는 문화가 성숙하는 개인의 창업에 대한 인식 개선과 더불어 창업의지 함양 등이 필요하다. 이들 요인에 영향을 주는 요인으로 개인적 특성, 심리적 특성, 기업가정신, 창업 교육, 멘토링, 창업지원 프로그램 등의 요인에 대하여 개별적으로 많은 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 이들 개별적인 요인들과 창업 의지와의 관계를 잘 확인하기 위해서 자기효능감, 위험감수성, 실패부담감, 환경적 요인 등을 확인하는 연구가 다수 시도되었다. 본 연구에서는 예비창업자의 창업의지에 미치는 창업지원정책과 창업가 역량을 중심으로 실증연구를 진행하고자 한다. 또한 창업지원정책과 창업가 역량과 창업의지의 관계에서 멘토링의 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다.

This paper deals with development of the driving-will control system in power-assisted electric wheelchair. Nowadays, population of elderly people has been increased rapidly, and also an electric wheelchair has been considered as the device for the elderly. Especially, power-assisted electric wheelchair can overcome problems that a conventional electric wheelchair holds, such as lack of movement of wheelchair user. In this paper, we propose the sensors system to measure the driving-will force and perform the control action for a power-assisted electric wheelchair. And motion performance of the proposed system is verified through the experiment.

This study examines the effect of the self-reliance of unmarried mothers on life satisfaction and the moderating effect of social capital on this relationship. For the analysis, a survey was conducted for unmarried mothers living in the community. A total of 207 responses were used. The results are as follows: Self-reliance and social capital, subjective health status had a significant effect on life satisfaction. The social capital had moderated an effect on the self-reliance of unmarried mothers on life-satisfaction. Even if they have the same level of self-reliance, if there is a high level of social capital, they can be achieved a higher level of satisfaction in life. Based on the results of this study, a practical intervention was proposed to improve the life satisfaction of unmarried mothers.

이 논문은 노인 및 장애인의 활동을 보조하기 위한 보행보조 로봇의 핵심 기술인 사용자의 진행하고자 하는 방향과 속도를 검출하는 보행의지 파악시스템 구현을 하고자 한다. 최근에 노인인구의 증가로 인해 노인 및 장애인을 위한 보행 보조기에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 경우 동력이 없는 시스템으로 경사 등의 공간에서 취약성을 가지고 있다. 이에 동력형 보행보조기에 대만 관심이 증가되고 있으나, 대부분의 경우 보행보조기 조종이 여의치 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자의 보행의지를 파악할 수 있는 시스템을 도입하고 이를 기초로 보행자의 안정적인 구동을 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 사용자의 의지력은 FSR 센서를 이용하여 파악하고, 이를 기초로 사용자가 이동하고자 하는 이동 방향과 이동속도 데이터를 기초로 보행보조기의 차량 속도와 방향에 대해 구동 바퀴의 차동구동을 통해 사용자의 의지에 맞춰 구동할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 통해 사용자의 이동하려는 의지에 대해 안정적으로 차량을 이동시킬 수 있도록 보행 시스템을 구축하였다. 또한 사용자자의 힘에 대한 속도 및 방향 매핑 기법을 개발하여 보행의지의 정확성을 높였다.

The overemphasis of the priority of reason over will runs the risk of resulting in intellectual determinism. On the contrary, it is also unfair to underestimate the role of reason in Saint Thomas Aquinas' theory of the free will to avoid intellectual determinism. For, according to Thomas, "the will inclines to the good, insofar as it is an appetite, and it follows the judgment of the reason in the pursuit of the good, insofar as it is a 'rational' appetite." It is the objective of this article to show that, for Thomas, the idea of the free will is not contradictory to that of the will's following the judgment of reason. For this purpose, it is decisive to adequately evaluate the role of reason in Thomas's theory of the free will. This article therefore proves that in principle Thomas argues the priority of the will over reason as well as the freedom of the will, and that he nevertheless recognizes the role of reason which precedes the choice of the will by making the second-level judgment even when the will chooses not to follow the first-level judgement of reason. It is entirely up to the will to follow the judgement and order of reason or not. It explains the freedom of the will. But 'not to follow reason' is contradictory to the essential determination of the will as the 'rational' appetite. For from the will's not following reason, wrong-doing follows; the human act which does not conform to reason. This article therefore argues that for Thomas, the 'true' liberty of the will corresponding to its determination as the rational appetite consists in its following the rule and order of reason, not in acting against the judgement of reason.

This cross-sectional study investigated the relationship among three factors related to patient safety activities: (1) Experiences, (2) Perceptions, and (3) Willingness to Participate. An online survey was administered to 195 people in November 2019. Participants were admitted to a general hospital within the past year. Patient safety activity experience had a significant direct effect on patient safety perception, and patient safety perception had a significant direct effect on willingness to participate. Patient safety perception thus significantly mediates the relationship between patient safety activity experience and willingness to participate. It is necessary to increase patient safety perception through publicity of and educating on patient safety activities performed by hospitals. Doing so may increase willingness to participate in patient safety activities.
