R22 대체냉매로 R410A를 사용하는 가정용 분리형 에어컨의 성능을 향상시키기 위한 연구를 실험적으로 수행하였다. R22 시스템에서 냉매와 압축기의 오일만 교체할 경우 기본시스템에 비해 냉방능력은 17% 증가하였고 에너지 소비효율은 29% 감소하였다. 이를 해결하기 위해 고압냉매 R410A에 적합한 압축기와 시스템의 효율을 향상시키기 위한 고효율 응축기를 개발하였다. R410A 압축기와 고효율 응축기를 R410A 시스템에 적용할 경우 냉방능력과 효율이 R22 시스템에 비해 각각 1.8% 와 2.2% 증가하였으며, 소음도 R22 시스템과 동등한 수준을 나타내었다.

The aim of the study was to verify the effects of simulation-based stroke care education on the nursing performance ability and satisfaction among nursing students. The study used a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. A total of 64 nursing students in a nursing college participated in this study. The participants were assigned conveniently according to the academic year to either the experimental group in 2013 (n = 32) or control group in 2014 (n = 32). The experimental group received a simulation-based stroke care education, and the control group received a clinical placement with self-directed practicum. The data was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test. The results showed that the scores of the overall nursing performance ability (z = -3.373, p < .001) and satisfaction (z = -3.245, p = .001) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Overall, simulation-based stroke care education is an effective teaching strategy of improving the nursing performance ability and satisfaction among nursing students.

This study aimed to identify the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between stress during clinical practices and clinical competence in nursing students. A total of 137 senior nursing students in three different universities located in C city were included. The study period was between October 15 and November 15, 2016, and the data were collected using by structured questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and Multiple regression using the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. The average score of stress in clinical practice, clinical competence, and resilience were $3.09{\pm}0.43$, $3.54{\pm}0.45$ of 5 and $4.93{\pm}0.66$ of 7. There were significantly negative correlations between stress in clinical practice and resilience (r=-.24, p=.005), as well as stress in clinical practice and clinical competencies (r=-.21, p=.012), while there were significantly positive correlations between resilience and clinical competencies (r=.59, p<.001). Resilience had a full mediated effect between stress in clinical practices and clinical competencies, which showed the significance upon Sobel test (Z=-3.02, p=.003). Therefore, it is suggested that various training courses and programs for strengthening resilience should be developed and applied to nursing curriculum.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of image of nurse, clinical performance, and major satisfaction of nursing students on their nursing professionalism. The subjects of this study were 303 sophomores and juniors majoring in nursing in G city, who were surveyed between October 15 and 19, 2018. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. According to the results, nursing professionalism showed a significant positive correlation with image of nurse (r=.70, p<.001), clinical performance (r=.23, p<.001), and major satisfaction (r=.62, p<.001), clinical performance had a positive correlation with image of nurse (r=.14, p=.015), and major satisfaction had a positive correlation with image of nurse (r=.55, p<.001) and clinical performance (r=.14, p=.012). Factors affecting nursing professionalism included major satisfaction (β=.32, p<.001), social image (β=.31, p<.001), professional image (β=.21, p<.001), and clinical performance (β=.09, p=.018), in order, with 59.9% explanation power. To establish positive nursing professionalism in nursing students, it is necessary to develop a variety of systematic educational programs to enhance their image of nurse, major satisfaction, and clinical performance.

The destination of this study is a convenience sample of 301 people age 65 and older to use each one elderly welfare center D, M received a structured questionnaire for one-on-one interviews with the subjects to read all the questions and questionnaire was written. The depressed group and the normal group, identify the general characteristics, the ADL, and sleep, and the difference between the two groups, and relative risk were analyzed. The results of the study are as follows: Showed depressed group compared to normal group was the low level of ability to perform daily living, sleep well, not more than the ability to perform daily living, dressing, bowel and bladder management, and complained of the difficulty to perform instrumental activities of daily living ability of grooming, more difficult to appeal to public transportation, shopping. In conclusion, elderly health promotion strategy when you want to take into account whether or not the depression of the elderly will require the development of a variety of education and physical activity programs, and suggest the need for expanded research to determine the effectiveness.

The study participants are nurses who work at three general hospitals in M City, who used structured questionnaires to list 214 people from July 17 to August 7, 2017. Analysis of the collected data was carried out using SPSS WIN 21.0. and M plus 7.00 to analyze latent classes depending on the type of nursing managers' leadership. This study showed that the type of nursing managers' leadership has in analyzing latent classes influences nurses' job performance and turnover intention. Because there is a strong influence on the job performance and the turnover intention so that nurses can be highly aware of transformation-transaction-emotion leadership, the managers of the nursing organization need to foster effective leadership. Training programs are needed to improve nurses' job performance through transformational, transactional, and emotional leadership, and to foster nursing manager's leadership skills to better reflect the turnover intention.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on the clinical competence by the face-to-face, non-face-to-face clinical practice stress and the stress coping. A survey was conducted among nursing students of university in Seoul and Chungcheong City from June 10 to July 10, 2021. 201 copies were included in the final data analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical regressions was used. As a result, in the first stage, nursing students grades, major satisfaction, and face-to-face practice satisfaction explained 19.4% of their clinical performance ability, in the second step, stress coping was added to increase explanatory power by 19.6% allowing a total of 39.0% of randomness to be explained. Therefore, this study could be used as a basic data for the counseling, development, and education programs for stress coping to increase clinical competence.

최근 해외시장에서는 Single Point Responsibility 개념의 선호와 프로세스사업관리능력의 중요성으로 건설사업관리 (Construction Management: 이하 CM)방식이 프로젝트 조달의 중요한 방안으로 사용되며 국내에서도 최근 CM 발주량의 획기적인 증가추세로 사업수행능력 향상을 위한 도구 개발이 절실하다. 가장 유용한 도구로는 국내${\cdot}$외 CM 수행사례 분석을 통해 이에 저해되는 요인과 모범사례 등을 파악하여 산업계로 하여금 체계적 점검과 벤치마킹을 통해 수행능력을 제고할 수 있는 핵심성공요인과 Best Practice의 보급 발간이다. 따라서 본 논문은 최근 감사원에 의해 모범선행사례로 선정된 무주 하천 1,2급 수해복구 건설사업관리 용역에 대한 CM성과를 분석하여 핵심성공요인과 Best Practice를 제공하는 것을 주요 목표로 한다. 본 CM용역에서는 무엇보다도 무주군내 수해복구공사에 CM 사업방식을 도입한 것은 현명하고 진취적이며 시기 적절한 일이라고 판단되며 이러한 선도적 기자체의 의욕적인 시도가 지방에서 수행되는 공공공사의 수준을 한 차원 높이는 계기가 됨은 물론 항구적인 복구공사기법의 하나로 정착하기를 기대한다. 또한 산업계는 CM관련 중심기관을 통하여 이러한 모범사례의 연속적인 분석과 보급을 통해 산업계 전반적인 CM수준을, 제고하여 국내외 CM확대 적용의 기반을 조속히 조성할 수 있기를 바란다.

The purpose of this paper is to propose the design and implementation of a korean style internet-based test system on the basis of efficiency and stability for middle server. The current assessment system has some unstable elements with regard to transmission procedure, cost, system load and stability. This paper proposes a series of activities for the performance improvement of korean style internet-based test system which finally produced various excellent results in the administration of expense control, human resources, and special operational affairs. The proposed system's technological factors using middle server have been tested through a basic simulation pilot system. Actual development procedure starts from the analysis required by improving the shortcomings of existing internet-based test systems. A efficiency comparison with existing system and newly developed system was made in the area of number of operators, abnormal processing, system maintenances. Korean style internet-based test system using middle server has shown great efficiency increased to the maximum of 2 times about the effectiveness of processing for various parts. The korean style internet-based test system using middle server have been given good evaluations with regard to the convenience of their use and the management system for operators and supervisors.

These changes to the times in order to meet the recent Lady, chosen to increase the Police and military, and female employees in the movement to operate inside the police organization to efficiently is increasing. This study with regard to women soldier and police women a typical one of speecial job of womanpower, there is the purpose of study to suggest the direction to improve the job performing ability through the careful anlysis. On account of the minority in number of women soldier and police women in the group which consist of many men, there are lots of difficulties on duty. In order to keep up with the times for the expansion of opportunities for excellent womanpower, army and police should lead to stronger efforts for them. Besides, in comparison with the general work of womanpower, woman soldier and police woman have a special duty assignments in the groups wihich have a specific predisposition. In conclusion, it is necessary to have lots of politicasl support and cosideration.
