Recently ICT, new technologies such as IoT, Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence are changing the information society explosively. But personal information leakage incidents of consignee's company are increasing more and more because of the expansion of consignment business and the latest threats such as Ransomware and APT. Therefore, in order to strengthen the security of consignee's company, this study derived the checklists through the analysis of the status such as the feature of consignment and the security standard management system and precedent research. It also analyzed laws related to consignment. Finally we found out the relative importance of checklists after it was applied to proposed AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) Model. Relative importance was ranked as establishment of an internal administration plan, privacy cryptography, life cycle, access authority management and so on. The purpose of this study is to reduce the risk of leakage of customer information and improve the level of personal information protection management of the consignee by deriving the check items required in handling personal information of consignee and demonstrating the model. If the inspection activities are performed considering the relative importance of the checklist items, the effectiveness of the input time and cost will be enhanced.

Nowadays, it is increasing that corporates consign tasks related to the personal information processing to the consignees for efficiency and quality improvements and cost reductions. As the consignments are increased, there are increases on types and amounts of personal information. Therefore, the needs on the information managements and the security threats are increased. This report will analyze the laws that consignors and consignees should follow. Moreover, it identifies issues and analyzes the current levels on consignees in terms of the personal information protection so that the consignors can come up with the best and efficient way to monitor the consignees when they consign the personal information processing tasks.

This paper analyzes the Personal Information Protection Act and related legal guides revised in 2023, proposes a framework for a consignment contract through the items necessary in the consignment relationship for personal information work, and inspects the status of personal information protection for consignees that are absent in Korea. By proposing common items that must be included, we prevent the occurrence of personal information leakage incidents by strengthening the basic personal information protection capabilities of trustees handling personal information work and alleviating the burden of essential personal information protection inspections. Recently, the number of companies consigning their personal information management work has been increasing; they consign the work for various reasons and purposes, for example, in order to reduce costs related to personal information managers, improve efficiency through professional performance and to improve service quality. As such, since the cases where an consigning agency - not the personal information manager - handles personal information are increasing due to the increase of consigning of the personal information management work, we need to concerned with and pay attention to how much such agency makes efforts for personal information protection. In this regard, this study suggests a plan for efficient management of the agency during the course of consigning work as well as a list of requirements for personal information protection to be considered in each phase of the following; establishment of personal information protection framework for all consigning work processes, selection of consigning agency, execution of consigning contract, operation and management of consigning work, and termination of contract.

Recently the leak of personal information from in-house and contract-managed companies has been continually increasing, which leads a regular observation on outsourcing companies that perform the personal information management system to prevent dangers from the leakage, stolen and loss of personal information. However, analyzing many numbers of computers in limited time has found few difficulties in some circumstances-such as outsourcing companies that own computers that have personal information system or task continuities that being related to company's profits. For the reason, it is necessary to select an object of examination through identifying a high-risk of personal data leak. In this paper, this study will formulate a proposal for the selection of high-risk subjects, which is based on the user interface, by digital forensic. The study designs the integrated analysis tool and demonstrates the effects of the tool through the test results.

TO-14 Method를 이용하여 대구 성서산업단지에서 오존전구물질의 배출특성을 분석ㆍ평가하여 향후 오존 발생시 저감 대책수립과 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 성서산업단지 경계선에서는 배출구에서의 확산정도 및 차량과 관련하여 평균적으로 Toluene이 360ppbv, Xylene이 130ppbv, Benzene류가 140ppbv로 나타났으며, 배출사업소에서는 수탁처리업이 많은 오존전구물질을 배출하는 것으로 나타났으며, 화학제품관련업은 Styrene이 고농도로 검출되었고, 그 외 염색공업, 식료품제조업, 주류제조업등 성서산업단지 곳곳을 채집 및 분석한 결과 오존전구물질에 대한 현재의 방지시설로는 한계가 있는 것으로 평가되었다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement plan for an effective benefit sharing support policy through empirical analysis on the benefit sharing operation of government as well as the benefit sharing support policy of government affecting firm performance. Therefore, this study analyzed current problems on benefit sharing operation of government as well as performed a survey for 225 participating and cooperation firms regarding firm performance. This study found some improvements such as insufficient diverse incentive measures leading to the difficulty of participating firm's increase and spread, insufficient substantial benefit sharing such a cash allocation between consignment firms, the increase of biz management system model failing to induce innovation of new technology or product, and difficult spread into 2nd, 3rd cooperative firms besides 1st ones, meanwhile, verifying the positive influence of government benefit sharing support policy on both participating and cooperation firms, especially on the performance of cooperation firms. As a further study, it is necessary to increase the objectiveness and accuracy of a research through verification of the interrelationships between firm statue and performance on the basis of more objective and quantitative data such a sales increase or R&D capability of cooperation firms.
