만성 통증 환자의 우울증 및 삶의 질 저하에 대한 많은 보고가 있으며, 통증 조절을 위해 심리적 측면도 중요한 요소로 포함된다. 온열 수치료는 통증 조절을 위하여 가장 많이 시행되는 치료법 중의 하나이며 다양한 방법으로 임상에서 적용될 수 있다. 현재까지 전신 온열 수치료가 통증, 심리, 주관적인 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 대하여 포괄적인 연구가 시행된 사례가 없으므로, 본 연구에서는 만성 통증 환자에게 제주도내 상수원을 이용한 온습포치료, 즉 통증 부위의 부분치료 또는 전신 온열 수치료를 시행한 후 통증의 정도, 정서, 주관적 삶의 질 평가 결과에 변화가 있는지 알아보기로 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Comparative Study to extract the spatial factor of Hydro-therapy complex in the health spa facilities that was composed of the Hydro-therapy space, sport space, leisure space, lodging space, adminstration space. The results of this study were as follows ; the hot spring complex in korea can be converted into the hydro-therapy complex. The spatial factor of functional replacement must include to the consultation room, medical cure room, inspection room and the exercise consultation pool as the consultation space.

Purpose : The purpose of this study investigate method and effect of traditional hydrotherapy and therapeutic hydrotherapy. Methods : This is a literature study with books, seminar note and study for traditional hydrotherapy and therapeutic hydrotherapy. Results : Traditional hydrotherapy in Korea include balneotherapy, medicine herbs bathing therapy, hand and foot hot bath therapy, contrast bath. Therapeutic hydrotherapy include whilpool bath, Hubbard bath, contrast bath, pool bath using mechanical stimulation. Conclusion : Traditional hydrotherapy was static approach method with using water in motion, thermodynamics and water at rest. Therefore in modem hydrotherapy need more dynamic activities in the water. We need scientific research to prove effectiveness of physical therapy and traditional therapy which are known to everybody recently.

Balneotherapy has been widely used for the treatment of skin diseases in the world. The purpose of this study was to determine the bath effect of the alkaline reduced spring water with the properties of high pH and low oxidation reduction potential (ORP) on the skin injury induced by ultra violet (UV) irradiation. For this purpose, hairless mice were irradiated with UV-B to cause skin injury, and individually taken a bath in spring water (experimental group) and tap water (control group) once a day for 40 min during 21 days. We observed histological changes of the back skin through macro- and microscopic methods compared to the control group. We found that skin injury of the experimental group was more quickly recovered than that of the control group. Under the light microscope, the experimental group showed that epidermal thickening (p<0.01) and the mast cell activation (p<0.001) were lower compared with the control group, in addition infiltration of inflammatory cells and degranulation of mast cells were less observed. These results suggest that regular bath in the spring water with the properties of high pH and low ORP has a positive effect on the skin injury induced by UV irradiation.

ADCP는 매우 상세한 유속 및 하상자료를 측정할 수 있어 하천의 수리학적 계측에 많은 가능성을 열어주고 있다. 하지만 현재까지 대부분 하천 단면에서의 유량 측정에 국한되어 운영되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 ADCP가 제공하는 원자료인 3차원 유속과 하상자료를 유량 외의 평균유속장 및 하상 계측에 활용될 수 있도록 하는 후처리 소프트웨어 개발을 통해 ADCP가 하천의 흐름해석 및 2차원 및 3차원 수치모델의 검보정 등에 활용될 수 있는 가능성을 보이고자 한다. 따라서 계측 방식도 하천의 단면뿐만 아니라 하도에 따른 지그재그 방식의 자료를 포괄한다. ADCP 자료의 후처리는 제작사에서 제공하는 소프트웨어가 유량 제공에 초점을 맞춰 다른 분야에의 활용을 위해 별도의 후처리 소프트웨어의 제작이 필요하나 자료구조가 까다롭고 수십에서 수백 개의 파일을 동시에 처리할 수 있는 툴의 개발은 용이하지 않아 ADCP를 흐름분석 등에 활용하고자하는 연구자나 관계 기관종사자들에 한계로 작용하였다. 또한 제작사 (RDI, SonTek)에 따라 원자료의 구조가 완전히 달라 한꺼번에 처리하는 데 많은 문제가 있어왔다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 툴은 두 제작사의 ADCP 원자료 포맷으로 구성된 다수의 관측 파일도 동시에 처리할 수 있다. 또한 GIS 기반에서 ADCP 자료의 위치를 표출할 수 있어 지형정보와 결부된 흐름장 해석이 가능하게 한다. ADCP 3차원 속도자료는 매우 정밀한 공간에서 측정되는 부분이 장점인 반면에 지나치게 정밀하고 또한 난류 등이 포함되어 원자료 만으로 흐름장을 분석하는 데 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 공간평균방법을 제공하여 2차원 및 3차원 공간에서의 공간보간된 평균유속장을 볼 수 있게 하였다. 이러한 방식은 2,3차원 수치모델의 격자에 ADCP 유속자료를 보간할 수 있어 모델 검보정에도 활용될 수 있다. ADCP 원자료 및 후처리된 결과는 GIS, Excel, Google Earth 파일 형태 등으로 제공될 수 있어 추후 활용가능성을 높였다.

국내 케이블TV가 지난달 1일로 개국 10년을 맞았다. 가입자 수나 시청률 등 수치상으로는 놀라운 신장세를 보이며‘뉴미디어의 강자’로 떠올랐지만 아직도 저가 이용료나 뒤쳐진 방송 · 통신 융합 등 내실이라는 측면에선 개선해야 할 구석들이 없지 않다. 오는 2010년이면 아날로그방송이 종료되는 디지털방송 조류에 맞춰 변신을 시도하고 있는 케이블TV업계를 살펴봤다.

The elementary school curriculum includes some statistical concepts and many graphical methods. However, statistical concepts are difficult to understand; consequently, many of those graphs and numerical summaries are obtained by hand. We develop an intuitive statistics education package called Tong-Gramy focused on 5-8 graders to help students and teachers study statistics. This software covers numerical and graphical statistics that appear in 5-8 graders' textbooks. The graphs provided are dynamically linked to data and every graph is linked to every datum. The graphs of Tong-Gramy are dynamic graphs and morphing technology is used where applicable.

Since the R&D Program for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises started in 1997 as a part of Small and Medium Business Administration, many companies succeeded to carry out the tasks and were charged royalty fees from the government aid program in return. However, some of them were unable to pay a royalty because of their poor financial positions. Failure to pay a royalty also led to adding administrative duties including debt collection and imposing a penalty of participation restriction for other R&D programs. To solve the problems incurred by a failure of royalty collection, a divided payment using a surety insurance was introduced in 2009. That is, the R&D program recipients who were charged royalties issue surety insurance policies and submit them to a collection agency with a plan of divided payment. In this study, we estimate the main benefits of introducing surety insurance for royalty collection. First, we analyze royalty collection results from recipients supported by the R&D program from 1997 to 2006. By doing so, we calculate the main parameters that will be used for estimating the 2011 collection results. Next, besides estimating the quantitative effect, which summarizes an increase of royalty collection via surety insurance, we also analyze various qualitative effects such as simplification of the collection process and expansion of opportunities for participation in R&D programs.

The Equipment Expenses section of the Poom-Saem that is used for Construction Cost Estimation of public sectors in Korea has been rarely revised, and so does not reflect changes of Construction Equipment technology and construction methods, since it was established based on data from Japan and the U.S in the early 1960s. In order to make reasonable estimation of equipment expenses for a bulldozer and a loader, the domestic and overseas documentary records were investigated. Further, 16 construction sites were visited, and 20 Construction Equipment leasing services were surveyed. The optimum level of each item which consists of equipment costs was revealed based on the result of the analysis on the figures of equipment costs calculation from the Poom-Saem and the collected data. The research will be the foundation for applying the rapid development of Construction Equipment and technology to the appropriate cost estimations and the ground work of related studies.
