A Study on Resin Flow through a Multi-layered Preform in Resin Transfer Molding (수지이송성형시 다층 예비성형체 내부에서의 수지유동 및 투과 계수에 관한 연구)

  • When the preform is composed of more than two layers with different in-plane permeability in resin transfer molding, effective average permeability should be determined for the flow analysis in the mold. The most frequently used averaging scheme is the weighted average scheme, but it does not account for the transverse flow between adjacent layers. A new averaging scheme is proposed predicting the effective permeability of the multi-layered preform, which accounts for the transverse flow effect. The new scheme is verified by measuring the effective permeability of the multi-layered preforms and the difference in each flow front position.

  • The existing compressor steel seal used in automotive air-conditioner has the problem of oil leakage and the deterioration in shielding performance, due to the abrasion and the corrosion of the material. A new type of polymer resin seal is studied in the research. The polymer resin seal has the characteristics of high anti-abrasiveness and anti-corrosiveness, which can overcome the deflects of the steel seal. In addition, the seal needs lower manufacturing cost and is appropriate to mass production, because it is made by the injection molding method requiring no mechanical processing. The profile generation program for seal mold has been developed using the gradient method, and the molding characteristics of the seal have analyzed through the flow analysis and the warpage analysis. The program has been verified by comparing the analysis results with the measured data of the test product. The research might be said to provide the basic method to produce the polymer resin seals with various types and dimensions.

  • 본 연구는 도시화에 수반되는 지하수의 수문황경 변화를 조사하기 위해, 일본 하다노 분지를 대상으로 수문지질을 밝히고, 인위적인 요인에 의한 수문환경 변화와 수문특성을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 분지의 대수층은 퇴적환경에 의해 TP층을 경계로 신기 loam층과 고기 loam층으로 나눌 수 있으며, 전자를 천층지하수의 대수층, 후자를 심층지하수의 대수층으로 구분할 수 있다. 그리고 대수층의 기저기복은 지하수 수위의 공간적 차이를 유발하고, 지하수 유동계에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 분지의 심층지하수의 주요 공급원은 탄자와 산지의 지표수이고, 천층지하수는 분지 내에 내리는 빗물에 기인한 것으로 간주된다. 지하수의 과잉양수는 지하수 수지의 불균형을 유발함으로서 심층지하수가 매년 0.12~0.14m씩 저하되고 있다. 대체로 Cl-, NO3-농도는 심층지하수보다 천층지하수에서 높으며, 선정부에서 선단부로 갈수록 높아지는 것으로 보아 분지의 지하수 수질형성에 인위적인 요인이 크게 작용하고 있는 것으로 사료된다. 지하수의 화학적 조성은 대체로 Ca(HCO3-)2형에 속한다.

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate fluidization characteristics of three solid particles, correlations between voidage and superficial velocity. The inside diameter of a column did not affect the fraction void-superficial velocity relationship for fluidization systems which was obtained as follows: $\frac{u}{u_t}={\varepsilon}^{3.703}----Sea\;Sand$ $\frac{u}{u_t}={\varepsilon}^{3.5665}----long\;Exchange$ $\frac{u}{u_t}={\varepsilon}^{4.066}----GAC$ And the sphericial type media is good for fluidized systems as it maintains low voidage. Actually, if biofilm attached to media (bioparticle), the density became lower in fluidized bed biofilm reactor. Therefore, as the density of media become higher, it is easy to maintain fluidized beds.

  • 본 연구에서는 사출 성형품의 품질에 영향을 주는 인자중 금형의 온도에 따라 성형품의 웰드라인의 표면 및 단면의 미시구조에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 또한, MmSH process 가 사출성형품에 미치는 영향 또한 알아보았다. 금형온도가 증가함에 따라 유동수지 선단간의 결합이 원활해져 웰드라인의 폭과 길이 모두 저하되는 것을 볼 수 있었으며, MnSH Process는 외관상 일반적인 사출조건에 비해 웰드라인, V-notch가 나타나지 않음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 자동차 둘레의 난류의 수지 simulation의 시도가 점차 진행되고 있다. 그러나 해법상의 선택이 대단히 많고 어떠한 선택이 최고인가를 아는 것은 용역하지 않다. 현상으로는 동일계상대상에 대하여 여러 가지 요인의 영향을 계봉적으로 명백히 한 data가 적은 것이 이 문제를 일층 알 수 없게 하고 있다. 본고에서는 현재 실용 level에서는 가장 범용성이 있는 k-epsilon난류 model에 기초한 해법에 주목하여 수치해법 기타의 제조건이 자동차 둘레의 난류의 simulation결과에 미치 는 영향을 예시한다.

Laser Welding Analysis for 3D Printed Thermoplastic and Poly-acetate Polymers (3차원 광경화성 수지와 폴리아세테이트 수지의 레이저 접합해석)

  • In this study, experimental and computer simulation results are compared and analyzed. Three-dimensional (3D) fabricated matrices from an MJM 3D printer were joined with poly-acetate thermoplastic polymers using a diode laser. A power range of 5-7 W was used to irradiate the boundary of two polymers. The heated polymers flowed into the matrices of the 3D fabricated structure, and reliable mechanical joining was achieved. Computer simulation showed the temperature distribution in the polymers, and flow direction was estimated based on the flux and temperature information. It was found that the more than the minimum energy threshold was required to effectively join the polymers and that two scans at low-speed were more effective than four scans at high speed.

  • Snowmelt from seasonal snow covers can be significant in many environments of northern and alpine areas. Water flow and chemical transport resulting from snowmelt have been studied for an understanding of contributions to watersheds or catchments. A Mobile-Immobile water Model (MIM) was developed to describe the movement of ionic tracers through a snowpack by Lee et al. (2008a) and Lee et al. (2008b). To validate the model used in the studies, mass balance calculations of the model were conducted and comparisons were made between model results and analytical solutions in this work. Mass balance was calculated based on the fact that change in total mass within a snowpack with time is equal to sum of any change in the flux of water or ionic tracers into and out of the snowpack. Calculations of both water and ionic mass show almost perfect agreement between changes of two water and solute mass fluxes. Comparisons between model results and analytical solutions including wave velocity and effective saturation show almost perfect agreement.

  • In this paper, we have developed the vacuum infusion automation system for the safety and quality advancement of the boat. It is necessary for the precise mixing rate of resinoid and curingagent to inject in an inner ship and deck at short time. We need for the optimal condition to a strengthen construction of boat. This one can solve the post deformability of the strengthen structure and can control the precise mixing rate of resinoid and curingagent to the resinoid fluidity and flowing rate per time. Under these condition, we can advance the an quality construction that based on the model and database information of the boat. Also, we can have an effective process management and retrench the production cost.
