IT 기업과 같이 그들이 보유한 지식이 수익 창출의 근원이 되는 기업들은 개인의 경험들을 조직의 지식으로 변환하고, 보존하여 그들의 구성원들이 이러한 지식을 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 지식 경영의 중요성을 강조하는 많은 선행연구들은 이러한 활동이 조직 학습을 가속화시키며, 경쟁력을 강화시킴으로써 시장 변화에 대한 대응능력을 강화시킬 수 있음을 강조한다. 그러나 구성원들의 가용 시간이 곧 생산을 위한 투입 요소가 되는 IT기업에 있어서 지식관리활동은 조직 구성원들이 수익 창출을 위한 업무수행 시간을 할애해야 하고 동시에 비용을 발생시키는 딜레마를 안고 있다. 이러한 이유로 IT기업의 경우 시간과 재원의 배분은 전사 적 전략수립에 있어서 매우 중요한 정책 결정이 됨에도 불구하고 이제까지 이를 종합적인 시각에서 이해하고자 하는 연구는 그리 많지 않았다. 본 논문은 한 IT기업의 사례를 통해 비재무적 자산인 지식을 효과적으로 관리하고 이를 통하여 재무적 성과를 극대화하기 위한 시스템 다이내믹스 모델의 전략적 활용방안을 모색해 보았다. 이러한 시도는 경영자를 비롯한 의사결정 자들이 지식의 동태성과 이에 영향을 미치는 여러 영향요인들에 대한 단선적인 이해를 벗어나 종합적인 견지에서 기업이 보유한 지식의 구조와 행태를 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이며 이를 통하여 기업의 지식관리 전략 수립의 기초를 제공해 줄 것이다.

In this paper, we analyzed the impact of capital adequacy requirements on the profitability of Korean banks using DOLS model. As a result of the analysis, the impact of BIS capital ratios on commercial and regional banks was different. Demand for capital adequacy has a greater and more significant negative impact on regional banks than on commercial banks. It was shown that bank characteristic variables rather than macroeconomic variables have a more significant effect on bank profitability. In addition, a rise in the BIS capital ratio reduces the profitability of commercial and regional banks, and the higher the ratio of loan-loss provisions, the stronger the relationship. In the case of commercial banks, it is estimated that the demand for capital adequacy did not have a significant impact as they are relatively large and faithful in capital compared to regional banks. However, in the case of regional banks, safer assets need to be selected to meet the BIS capital ratio, and the increasing propotion of these safe assets seems to have a relatively greater negative impact on profitability. Consequency, the financial authorities should consider this results and implement the bank's capital regulation policy.

This paper investigates the management stability of KOSPI-listed energy public enterprises from the perspective of median voter theory. We analyze the profitability and stability of five energy public enterprises during the period 2011~2022, and conduct an empirical analysis to determine whether they are related to the preferences of median voters who can represent the general public. Our analysis of the profitability and stability of the energy public enterprises shows that the stability of their has been deteriorating in recent years. The results of the empirical analysis also show that the management stability of the energy public enterprises is related to the preference of median voter. Specifically, they indicate that when the median voter's income is smaller than the average income, the profitability of the utility decreases and the debt ratio increases. This paper suggests that from the median voter's point of view, excessive utility and energy bills may strengthen the incentives for governments and politicians to suppress rate increases, leading to lower profitability and higher debt for public enterprises.

나우콤(나우누리)은 지난 94년 서비스를 실시한 이래 현재 약 170만명의 유료 가입자를 보유하고 있는 중견 통신사업체. 국내에서는 최초로 전용 통신 프로그램인 나우로윈을 발표해 통신전용 프로그램 활성화에 불을 지핀 것도 바로 나우누리이다. 나우누리는 하이텔이나 천리안 등 타 업체보다는 다소 늦은 출발이었지만 대학생 층의 선호도가 높아 쉽게 시장 진입에 성공했으며 빠른 성장을 거듭해 창립 3년만에 흑자로 돌아서는 등 빠른 성장을 해왔다. 97년 이후 대학생 선호도 1위라는 자리를 굳건히 지키며 PC통신 시장에서 당당한 자기자리를 차지하고 있다.

이미 일본의 인쇄업계에서도 디지털인쇄를 포함하는 통합 워크플로가 활발하게 도입되고 있다. 이런 통합 워크플로는 인터넷을 통한 데이터의 입고, 교정, 승인 기능과 후가공 공정까지 포함하는 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 특히 자동화 기능이 강화되는 추세를 보이고 있는 새로운 통합 워크플로는 생산성 향상에도 큰 영향을 주고 있다.

오리산업은 2000년대 이후 빠르게 성장하면서 농가의 주요 수익원으로서 역할을 해왔지만, 시설 방역수준이 미흡하여 HPAI가 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. AI 예방을 위해서는 사육시설 개선 및 방역 강화와 같은 보다 근본적인 방안이 필요함에 따라 본 연구의 목적은 오리사육시설에 대한 전국적인 실태조사를 통해 사육시설과 방역시실 현황을 점검하고 HPAI 방역 뿐만 아니라 생산성 향상이 가능한 사육시설 개선을 위한 정책 방안을 마련하고자하는 것이다.

In order to improve the accessibility to the island through marine leisure ships, it is necessary to evaluate objective business feasibility of the ship's operation. In this study, costs and income were estimated based on the operating expenses and freight standards of similar marine leisure ships in operation, and based on this, the feasibility of the project was empirically analyzed through B/C analysis, NPV, and IRR. In addition, sensitivity analysis was performed for various variables to understand the requirements for securing minimum economic feasibility. As a result of the study, in case of new building ship, the B/C ratio was estimated to be 1.042, NPV was estimated to be KRW 1.93 billion, and IRR was estimated to be 2.1% which means that profitability was secured.

As smartphones spread and ICT technologies develop, taxi services have changed from hovering to platform-based calls and reservations. This has improved the mobility and accessibility of taxi users but caused problems, such as digital observing (no-responses to calls) for either short-distance services or services during the peak-demand periods. Digital Observing means ignoring and not accepting calls when they occur, which require improvement. Therefore, this study aims to derive measures to mitigate discrepancies in taxi supply and demand by adjusting the expected revenue of each taxi service using reinforcement learning based on the Taxi operation data. The results confirmed that the average complete response rate to calls would increase from 50.29% to 54.24% when incentives are applied, and an improvement of 5.86% can be achieved in short-distance sections of less than 5,000 won incentives. It is expected that the improvement will increase profitability for drivers, reduce the waiting time for passengers, and improve satisfaction with taxi services overall.

본 고에서는 Peer모델 PPVPN 기술인 BGP/MPLS를 비롯하여, 현재 IETF의 PPVPN WG에서 논의되고 있는 IP기반의 여러 가지 PPVPN 프로토콜들의 기술적 특징 및 장단점을 비교하고, 이들의 연구동향 및 발전방향에 대하여 분석한다. 3계층의 IPSec VPN은 확장성이 부족한 단점을 가지며, 2계층 MPLS VPN의 확장성을 개선한 BGP/MPLS는 보안성 및 범용성에 문제가 있다. 이러한 PPVPN 프로토콜의 기술적 특성을 강화하기 위하여 각 기술들을 융합하거나 기존 기술을 개량하는 등의 다양한 제안 및 논의가 이루어지고 있다. VPN 사용자의 다양한 욕구를 만족시켜 줄 필요성과 네트워크 운용의 효율화를 통한 사업자의 수익증대 측면에서 기존의 IP PPVPN 기술들은 향후에 지속적인 개선과 발전이 예상되며, 이는 본 고에서 논의하는 바와 같이 확장성, 보안성 등의 특성을 강화하는 방향으로 진행될 것이다.

I argue that the National University Hospital has to take its responsibility as the third health care service center for leading other public health care corporations, as well as its responsibility for educating, researching, and serving as a health center, as it written on its act of incorporation. As its management system had changed from a state-owned enterprise system to a self-supporting accounting system of a special corporation, the National University Hospital has pursued more heavily upon the profitability without showing any differences with the private university hospitals, even though the National University Hospital is a state-owned and public health care corporation. Therefore, after I have specifically analyzed the correlation between public service and profitability in a National University Hospital, I present my ideas on how to assign the public health care responsibilities to the National University Hospital in the current situation of pursuing heavily on profitability. Also how to partake in the service roles of the National University Hospitals in harmony with other health care corporations, and how to balance public service and profitability in the National University Hospitals.
