This study was attempted to identify the mediating and moderating effects of self-esteem in the relationship between parenting attitude and bicultural acceptance attitude for multicultural adolescents. Among the Muticultural Adolescents Panel Study conducted by National Youth Policy Institute, the data of 1,260 first-year high school students in 2017 year were analyzed. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and Amos 20.0 programs. As a result, a positive correlation among parenting attitude, self-esteem and bicultural acceptance attitude was noted. Self-esteem showed a partial mediating effect on the relationships between parenting attitude and bicultural acceptance attitude. But, there was no moderating effect of self-esteem between the two variables. In order to improve the bicultural acceptance attitude of multicultural adolescents, it is necessary that developing a strategy that can promote positive parenting attitude and enhance their self-esteem. In addition, we would like to propose further research considering the various variables that affect bicultural acceptance attitude.

The purpose of this study is to derive factors that affect the acceptance of digital transformation in ports and empirically analyze the impact of these factors on the acceptance of digital transformation through a survey of port workers. Additionally, we test whether acceptance attitude plays a mediating role in the relationship between these factors and digital transformation acceptance. The variables used in this study are as follows. First, knowledge, self-efficacy, and involvement were included as variables related to individual characteristics, relative advantages, complexity, observability were included as variables related to innovation characteristics, and government regulations and competitor pressure were included as variables relate to environmental characteristics, so that a total of eight latent variables were selected. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, two variables among individual characteristics, self-efficacy and involvement, were able to confirm a positive(+) causal relationship with the attitude of accepting digital transformation, and knowledge initially expected a positive(+) causal relationship with the attitude of accepting digital transformation, but the result was a negative(-) causal relationship, so that the hypothesis was rejected. Second, among the characteristics of innovation, complexity has a negative(-) causal relationship with the attitude of accepting digital transformation, and relative advantages and technological innovation have a positive(+) causal relationship with the attitude of accepting digital transformation. Finally, among the environmental characteristics, government regulations and competitor pressure, confirmed a positive(+) causal relationship with the attitude of accepting digital transformation. In addition, it was found that the attitude of accepting digital transformation had a positive(+) causal relationship with personal acceptance and social acceptance of digital transformation.

본 연구에서는 스마트 의류에 대하여 소비자들이 느끼는 지각된 가치가 소비자 수용도에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 MP3 기능 재킷과 심박 모니터링 스포츠웨어를 대상으로 소비자들의 수용도에 대한 연구모형을 수립하였고, 선행연구들을 근거로 각 구성요인 간의 관계에 대해 연구가설을 설정하였으며, 그 경로가설을 검증하였다. Davis(1989)가 제안한 TAM을 적용하여 스마트 의류의 수용과정을 설명한 결과 모형의 적합성을 검증하였으며, 8 개의 경로가설 중 6 개의 경로가 통계적으로 유의함이 밝혀져 채택되었다. 그 결과는, 첫째, 지각된 사용용이성은 유용성을 거쳐 태도에 간접적으로 영향을 주었고, 태도는 다시 수용의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 유용성은 지각된 가치에 대한 태도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나, 스마트 의류의 수용의도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 지각된 가치가 스마트 의류에 대한 태도와 수용의도에 둘 다 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 스마트 의류에 대한 태도는 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to exam the Influence of a disability-awareness program at creativity innovation development activities and early morning classes on elementary school students' perception and attitudes toward students with disabilities in Kyunggi-do and Inchon. A total of 28 3rd grade students and 32 5rd without disabilities in the one classrooms of elementary school were selected. Differences in results were analyzed by t-test. There was a statistically significant difference between pre-test and post-test in the disability awareness and acceptance attitude. Based on theses results, the researcher suggested some ideas about how improve students' disability-awareness and acceptance attitude toward disabilities and develop the better inclusive environment.

This study tried to examine the effect of multicultural adolescents' bicultural acceptance attitude on their life satisfaction and the serial multiple mediating effect of social competence and self-esteem in the relationship between them. To this purpose, we analyzed adolescents data from the first year(2019) of the 'Multicultural Adolescent Panel Study'(2nd group). As a result of the study, first, bicultural acceptance attitude had a significant positive effect on life satisfaction. Second, social competence mediated the effect of bicultural acceptance attitude on life satisfaction. Third, self-esteem mediated the effect of bicultural acceptance attitude on life satisfaction. Fourth, social competence and self-esteem were successively multi-mediated bicultural acceptance attitude on life satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the implications of the results of this study were discussed along with measures to support the healthy growth and development of multicultural adolescents.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of parent-rearing attitudes on intention of school dropout of multicultural adolescent and the mediating effect of biculture acceptance between two variables. For the purpose, 1,323 subjects selected from the sixth year of the Multicultural Youth Panel (MCAPS) were analyzed. The data was verified by using technical statistics, correlation, and path analysis. The results showed that first, the positive parenting attitude and biculture acceptance decreased the intention of school dropout of multicultural adolescent, while negative parenting attitude increased it. Second, biculture acceptance had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between positive parenting attitude and intention of school dropout. Third, attitude the effect of negative parenting attitudes on intention of school dropout was partly mediated by biculture acceptance. On the basis of above findings, the practical engagements to enhance biculture acceptance and prevent the intention of school dropout of multicultural adolescent were suggested.

The purpose of this study was to develop a Korean version of the acceptance attitude scale and was to verify the reliability and validity of this scale. Study 1 was developed to acceptance attitude scale. First, we extracted the preliminary questions through literature research and previous studies. And the resulting data of to the open-ended questions and in-depth interviews with 324 college students were selected 24 preliminary questions using the content analysis method. Then through a survey of 355 college students conducted a reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis of the preliminary questions. As a result, 12 item with two sub-factors(externally acceptance, interally acceptance) was extracted. Study 2 was for the validation of the new acceptance attitude scale was conducted online surveys of 328 adults. Conducted a correlation analysis between new acceptance attitude scale and self-esteem, psychological wellbeing, depression, anxiety, fear of negative evaluation were verified for convergent validity. Finally, importance and limitation of this scale development and suggestions for future research are discussed.

This study analyzes the attitude toward new products through case studies. The contents of the case study applied to the study were analyzed about the attitude of the new product to the recently screened movie "Sanguiwon(the royal tailor)". The court was an institution that oversees the clothes of the royal family in the Chosun Dynasty. In a conservative and closed market environment, attitudes toward acceptance of new products are strongly influenced by internal and external factors. Authoritative and conservative attitudes to secure competitive advantage in existing markets ultimately hamper the acceptance of new products or cause externalities. Eventually, innovative resistance to new products emerges. On the other hand, the acceptance of new products in an open market will form an attitude toward new products, once they form a respectful attitude towards their own benefit or attitude. These market leaders, depending on the way they pursue their values, form an attitude to adhere to their products or accept innovation. The validity of this study was verified through other cases. Ultimately, success in the market for new products suggests that success can only be achieved by understanding the delivery of value to consumers.

This study's purpose is to look into whether there is a difference in acceptance attitude toward sex according to the level of sexual awareness and to investigate how the level of sexual awareness affects acceptance attitude toward sex aimed at workers in welfare facilities for the aged. Furthermore, the study seeks ways to practice and intervene in sex-related service for the aged. The analysis revealed that there were significant differences in acceptance attitude toward sex according to the level of sexual awareness of facility workers. In other words, high level of sexual awareness group was more open to acceptance attitude toward sex than other groups. Moreover, it was demonstrated that sexual awareness affects acceptance attitude toward sex and also it was revealed that the more liberal the level of sexual awareness, the more open the acceptance attitude toward sex. Through discussion based on the study results, intervention plan was proposed for social welfare practice and development of sex education program for welfare facility workers.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of parents' positive and negative parenting attitudes on multicultural expropriation and the mediating effect of community spirit in the process. For this purpose, 1,336 first - year students who entered the university were sampled based on the 7th year data of Korea Youth Policy Institute for a regression analysis. The main results are as follows. First, the positive parenting attitude of the parents recognized by university students has a positive influence on multicultural expropriation, and the negative parenting attitude has a negative influence on multicultural expropriation. Second, Community spirit is found to have a positive influence on multicultural expropriation by university students and shown to have a partial mediated effect between positive or negative parenting and multicultural expropriation. Based on the above research results, various programs were developed and applied to enhance parents' positive parenting attitude and multicultural expropriation, and to promote positive parenting attitude and community spirit.
