제주도 동부 중산간 지역은 화산암으로 구성된 지하지질로 인해 지하수위의 변동폭이 크고 변동양상이 복잡하여 인공신경망(Artificial Neural Network, ANN) 모델 등을 활용한 지하수위의 예측이 어렵다. ANN에 적용되는 활성화함수에 따라 지하수의 예측성능은 달라질 수 있으므로 활성화함수의 비교분석 후 적절한 활성화함수의 사용이 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 5개 활성화함수(sigmoid, hyperbolic tangent(tanh), Rectified Linear Unit(ReLU), Leaky Rectified Linear Unit(Leaky ReLU), Exponential Linear Unit(ELU))를 제주도 동부 중산간지역에 위치한 2개 지하수 관정에 대해 비교분석하여 최적 활성화함수 도출을 목표로 한다. 또한 최적 활성화함수를 활용한 ANN의 적용성을 평가하기 위해 최근 널리 사용되고 있는 순환신경망 모델인 Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM) 모델과 비교분석 하였다. 그 결과, 2개 관정 중 지하수위 변동폭이 상대적으로 큰 관정은 ELU 함수, 상대적으로 작은 관정은 Leaky ReLU 함수가 지하수위 예측에 적절하였다. 예측성능이 가장 낮은 활성화함수는 sigmoid 함수로 나타나 첨두 및 최저 지하수위 예측 시 사용을 지양해야 할 것으로 판단된다. 도출된 최적 활성화함수를 사용한 ANN-ELU 모델 및 ANN-Leaky ReLU 모델을 LSTM 모델과 비교분석한 결과 대등한 지하수위 예측성능을 나타내었다. 이것은 feed-forward 방식인 ANN 모델을 사용하더라도 적절한 활성화함수를 사용하면 최신 순환신경망과 대등한 결과를 도출하여 활용 가능성이 충분히 있다는 것을 의미한다. 마지막으로 LSTM 모델은 가장 적절한 예측성능을 나타내어 다양한 인공지능 모델의 예측성능 비교를 위한 기준이 되는 참고모델로 활용 가능하다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법은 지하수위 예측과 더불어 하천수위 예측 등 다양한 시계열예측 및 분석연구에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

축냉설비는 심야시간대에 얼음이나 냉수를 저장하였다가, 이를 주간 및 저녁시간대에 냉방에 이용할 수 있는 기능을 가진 냉기저장식 냉방설비를 말한다. 여름철 냉방용 전력을 전력수요가 적은 심야시간대로 분산시킴으로써 하계 Peak 억제 및 심야수요 증대로 부하평준화를 촉진하여 전기공급 원가를 절감하기 위하여 보급을 하고 있는데 활성화 방안을 제시한다.

이제까지 부활된 정기시장인 원주시 쌍다리 풍물시장의 현황을 관찰, 면담, 설문지를 통하여 많은 문제점과 나름대로의 대안을 살펴보았다. 여러 가지 문제해결의 요소들이 복잡하게 얽혀 있는 쌍다리 풍물시장의 활성화 방안을 살펴보기에 앞서 풍물시장의 이해 관계자들을 살펴보기로 하자. 쌍다리 풍물시장의 이해관계자는 크게 4가지 부류로 나눌 수 있다. 첫째로, 상설상인들을 들 수 있다. 이들은 거리에서 노점상을 했던 도시빈민들이 대부분이며, 설문지에서 나타나듯이 낮은 학력, 소자본 그리고 노령인구층과 여자의 비율이 높다. 이들은 두 가지에 큰 관심을 가지고 있는데, 매장의 소유권과 5일장이다. 매장의 소유권은 이들에게 있어서 큰 희망이며, 5일 장날의 매상은 평소의 $5{\sim}6$배를 웃돌고 있기 때문이다. 또한 풍물시장 번영회라는 그들의 이익을 대변할 수 있는 단체를 구성하고 있으며 이러한 풍물시장 번영회는 상설상인들의 이익을 도모할 수 있는 여러 노력들을 하고 있다. 둘째로는 이동상인들을 들 수 있다. 이들은 장터를 떠돌아 다니며 상행위를 하는 부류로서 상설상인에 비해 상대적으로 고학력과 장년층이 많다. 이들은 5일장의 성쇄와 깊은 관련이 있으나, 5일장이 열리는 상설시장의 발전에는 아무런 흥미가 없다. 즉, 이동상인이 많이 모여드는 곳은 5일장이 크게 번창하지만, 그곳의 장이 패할 기미가 보이면 미련 없이 떠난다. 따라서 보다 많은 이동상인의 유치는 도시 5일장의 성쇄와 깊은 관련이 있다. 셋째로는 시당국을 들 수 있다. 시당국에 의해서 쌍다리 풍물시장은 노점단속에 반발하는 노점상들에 대응하기 위하여 생겨났으며, 5일장 역시 시당국에 의해서 부활된 것이다. 그러나 단기적인 측면만을 고려한 듯한 인상을 풍기는 쌍다리 풍물시장에 대한 행정은 대단히 아쉬운 부분이며 앞으로도 여러 가지 구조적인 문제점의 해결은 시당국에 달려있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 즉, 풍물시장에 관련된 이해관계자들 중 유일하게 조직과 행정력을 가지고 문제해결을 할 수 있는 주체인 것이다. 넷째로는 풍물시장을 이용하는 소비자를 들 수 있다. 이들은 주로 원주에 살고 있는 사람들이 대다수이며 쌍다리 풍물시장을 이용하는 이유는 저렴한 가격에도 원인이 있지만 민족의 정서가 어려있는 시골장터에 대한 향수 역시 큰 원인으로 꼽을 수 있다. 이러한 점은 소비자 설문에서 구경거리를 위하여 장에 오는 소비자의 비율이 생각 외로 높게 나타남으로써 알 수 있다. 미국을 위시한 선진국들의 시장개방 압력과 우루과이라운드의 등장으로 우리나라는 경제, 사회문화적인 위기에 봉착해 있다. 1960년대 이후 계속되어 온 경제 제일주의 정책으로 우리 민족의 정서와 문화를 보존하는 일에 등한시하여 왔다. 이 때문에 우리 민족 고유의 뿌리를 점차 잃어가고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 도시노점상을 정리하기 위한 목적으로 정부에서 도시 5일장을 개장한 것은 역사의 아이러니라 아니할 수 없다. 이렇게 정부주도로 개장된 5일장이 운영되어 온 지 2년이 되어가고 있다. 개장 초기에는 시에서의 지원도 적극적이고 소비자들의 호응도 좋았으나, 최근에 들어 활성화의 속도가 둔화되면서 도시 5일장의 개념을 재정립할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 정부의 주도로 시작된 5일장이므로 정부의 적극적인 추진하에 풍물시장 번영회와 활성화 방안을 모색해야 한다. 쌍다리 풍물시장의 5일장을 활성화하기 위하여 도시 5일장의 개념을 ${\ulcorner}$국민들의 생활수준이 향상되고 여가를 즐길 수 있는 여건이 형성되고 있으므로 전통문화(향토문화)를 유지하고 시민들의 정서함양에 기여할 수 있는 여가공간 조성${\lrcorner}$으로 규정해야 한다. 이러한 개념 하에 5일장의 주체를 명확히 하기 위해 시청 지역경제과를 중심으로 지자제의 실시에 발맞춰 지역특색에 맞게 5일장을 활성화하기 위한 전학을 수립해야 한다. 서울대형백화점인 롯데 슈퍼백화점이 송파 큰장터나 그랜드 백화점의 향토물산전의 성공은 도시 5일장의 활성화 가능성을 미루어 짐작할 수 있다.

Recently one of interest concern in domestic housing market is to reduce the difference of supply and demand. Exact demand estimation by accurate demand region is a essential cue to reduce the gap. This empirical study compared the data of housing subscriber's real address with estimated demand area on household movement, which are applied by advanced studies. This empirical case data is related to 3 housing development districts in metropolitan area. As a result, This study found that the real demand area has a more widened coverage compared with those of household movement one. For to establish exact demand area, we found, more complementary considerations should be taken. Especially some factors such as distance between a project site and downtown of Seoul Metropolitan City, locational competitiveness on main demand and behind demand, and development scale are more considerable variables. In additionally, we found the demand areas are influenced by housing rental types, sizes and the real estate business trends. And also, this study found those factors should be considered with housing price and locational competitiveness.

This study is a study on ways to revitalize traditional markets in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and a total of 188 of the 2021 Cheonan City traditional market and shopping district fact-finding data were used for research and analysis. In order to revitalize the environment improvement of traditional markets, it can be seen that environmental changes suitable for the times are primarily required. The traditional market is an underdeveloped space, and through the parking environment improvement project and facility modernization project (toilet, facility equipment, etc.), space is improved through a specialization and subdivision process to meet the needs of the times, thereby increasing operational convenience, increasing visitor use, and improving natural perception. can promote In addition, the efficiency and effectiveness of the traditional market vitalization project can be increased when differentiated management vitalization contents and facility modernization projects are organically harmonized. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the environmental improvement of facilities among the traditional market vitalization factors for the vitalization of the traditional market, and proposes a plan that can be a practical alternative to the government support policy for the traditional market.

The activation process of the membrane-electrode assembly (MEA) is important for the mass production of the polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell. The conventional activation process for the MEA requires excessive time and hydrogen gas and it might become the barrier for the commercialization of the fuel cell. The conventional activation process is based on hydrolysis of ion conducting membrane. In the study, we suggest the cyclic voltammetry (CV) technique as an on-line activation process and the CV activation process consists of two steps : 1) the humidification of the polymer electrolyte membrane and the electrode with 100% RH humidified nitrogen ($N_{2}$) gas, and 2) the removal step of the oxide layer on the surface of the Pt catalyst with CV cycling. The cycling reduces the activation time of the MEA by 2.5 h and use of hydrogen gas by 1/4.

In recent years, Item Level RFID market, attaching RFID instead of barcodes to individual units for item rather than box and pallet units, is expected to expand both domestically and internationally in the future. In this study, by analyzing the demand for Item Level RFID services which apply RFID to the individual units, we would like to come by strategies that promote and develop RFID industry. This study consists of the following contents. First, we analyzed trends in domestic and overseas markets of Item Level RFID. Second, we surveyed the RFID demanding companies and analyzed Item Level RFID promising service sector, the expected leading field of market, the leading field of dissemination, and the obstacles of its introduction. Finally, on the basis of the results of the empirical study, we presented the strategies to promote Item Level RFID.

1월 13일, 건축사회관 2층 김순하홀에서 목조건축 활성화를 주제로 월간 건축사 좌담회가 진행됐다. 참석자들은 탄소저감, 친환경 등 글로벌 이슈로 떠오르기 시작한 목조건축 활성화 과제가 이제 더는 미룰 수 없는 주제라는 데 공감하고, 경제적·환경적 가치를 창출할 수 있는 목조건축의 방향성에 관해 논의했다. 현재 목재는 과거의 한계를 넘어 원하는 대로 구현할 수 있는 기술력을 갖추고 있다. 이날 좌담회에서는 목조건축 활성화를 위해 전통적인 목재 또는 목조 건축을 떠올리는 과거 시선에서 벗어나, 사양 중심이 아닌 성능을 중심으로 한 섬세한 기준의 제도개선과 그러한 제도가 뒷받침되는 정부 차원에서의 프로젝트가 필요하고, 또 건축사들의 적극적인 도전이 필요하다는 의견이 제시됐다.

다양성, 창의성 그리고 자율성이 강조되는 21세기에는 제도교육도 변화의 물살을 피해가기 어렵다. 조기졸업제란 성적이 우수한 학생들에게 정해진 기간보다 빨리 졸업할 수 있게 허용하는 제도이다. 교육과정 이수에 학생의 개별적 능력을 고려할 수 있으며, 학사운영에 있어 다양성과 창의성을 부여할 수 있는 등의 장점을 가진다. 그러나 실제 우리나라 조기졸업제는 많은 모순을 안고 있다. 여기에 우리나라 조기졸업제의 문제점을 짚어보고, 이를 활성화하기 위한 방안은 무엇인지 살펴보기로 하자.
