Recently in the field of entrepreneurship education is the government's quantitative diffusion being deployed. University and other entrepreneurship education institutions that provide education services and establish purpose and methods. It means that they supply appropriate curriculum and educational program, schedule etc. Education systems should established to meet the target progress. Definitely the definition of entrepreneurship education and training is required for the direction of the various studies point. This research discusses the thing that might be overlooked in terms of parts suppliers. Grounded theory study was performed. We want to contributes to the theoretical foundation to help understanding the entrepreneurship education. Policy implications for organizations providing entrepreneurship education are expected.

Gardeners have a desire to not only enjoy a garden but to create the garden themselves and play the role of garden designer. However, they express a great difficulty in gardening activities such as planting and managing plants, the main materials of the garden, due to lack of expertise. Therefore, in order to encourage hobby gardening activities, it is necessary to understand the preferences of the gardeners so that they can easily experience and create a garden, and to provide information on gardening know-how and preferred plants according to places given high preference. This study analyzed the preference for places and plants characteristics according to the purpose of creating a garden. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted with visitors to the Korea Landscape and Garden Expo, expected to have been attended primarily by gardening enthusiasts. As a result, gardeners were divided into three groups: appraisal - purposed type, multifunctional type, and participation - purposed type. The group of appraisal purposed type preferred porches and terraces, and private home front yards as well as favored indoor places rather than outdoor places compared with other types. In selecting plants, they prefer plants that can be easily managed in an indoor environment and appreciate natural colors through the colors of flowers and leaves. The multifunctional type group preferred a private home front yard as a garden creation space. Compared with the other types, it showed a high preference for 'unoccupied land in urban housing' and 'community garden' and was analyzed as a group having a high understanding of garden activities. In selecting plants, this group preferred fruit trees or productive plants such as homegrown crops. The participation purposed type group preferred porches and terraces as well as private home front yards as a gardening space. For plants, they preferred plants that are easy to manage. It is meaningful that this study provided preferences for places and plant characteristics according to the creative purpose of the gardener and provided basic data for selecting the place and the plant characteristics of the garden according to the gardener's type.

환경개선용수의 비용 부담방법과 부담주체를 결정하는 것은 환경개선용수의 효율적 이용과 관리의 핵심적인 요소이다. 환경개선용수의 비용부담 방법은 공공부담, 수익자부담 및 원인자부담이 있다. 그런데, 비용부담 방법은 환경개선용수의 공급에 대한 댓가를 어떠한 형태로 지불받을 것인가? 환경개선용수의 수익자는 누구인가? 그리고 환경개선용수를 어떤 시각에서 바라 볼 것인지에 따라 달라지게 된다. 즉, 환경개선용수가 순수한 공공재로서 당연히 국가가 제공하여야 하는 기본 서비스인지 아니면 일반 재화나 서비스와 같이 수익자 부담원칙에 의거 수요자가 부담해야 하는지, 또는 공공재와 사적재의 양면성을 고려해 공공부담과 수익자부담을 같이 고려하는 형태가 바람직한 지에 대한 검토를 필요로 한다. 아울러, 환경개선용수의 수익자를 설정하는 문제에 있어서는 수요자가 특정한 목적을 위해 물을 사용하는 특정 사업자인지, 아니면 공익적인 측면에서 불특정 다수를 대신하여 환경개선용수를 수요하는 수요자인지에 따라 수익자가 달라지기 때문에 이에 대한 구분도 필요하다. 환경개선용수의 부담방법을 정할 때 수원(水源)을 기준으로 판단하여야 한다. 환경개선용수의 수원으로는 다목적댐, 하수처리장, 빗물, 농업용 저수지, 지하수 및 기타 하천수로 구분할 수 있다. 아울러 비용부담 범위가 물에 대한 부담에 한정하는지 아니면 환경개선용수를 수익지까지 공급하기 위한 공급시설에 대한 부담인지도 명확히 할 필요가 있다. 환경개선용수는 생활 공업용수 등과 같이 하천수를 특정 용도에 사용하는 것이기 때문에 특정 이용자가 국가에 하천수 사용허가를 얻어 이용하는 것으로 수익자가 비용을 부담하는 것을 원칙으로 하는 것이 가장 바람직하다. 왜냐하면 환경개선용수의 확보가 하천관리청의 의무가 되는 경우에는 하천의 물이 공유재산화 됨으로써 나타나는 '공유재산의 비극'(Tragedy of the Commons)을 초래하기 때문이다. 다만, 비용부담의 정도에 있어서는 다른 요인이 고려될 필요가 있다. 원칙적으로 하천의 자연적 기능을 유지하는데 필요한 유량은 하천관리청의 의무이므로 공공부담으로 하고 인위적 기능을 유지하는데 필요한 유량은 수익자 또는 원인자부담이 바람직하다. 이러한 기본 원칙에 따르면, 환경개선용수는 수익자부담 또는 원인자부담이 주(主)원칙이고 공공부담은 부(副)원칙이다. 본 연구는 환경개선용수의 확보 및 공급에 따른 비용부담 원칙에 대한 기준을 제시한다.

Educational satisfaction is an important indicator of the educational field but the existing customer satisfaction index mainly focused on partial area because measurements could not reflect the alteration of university environment. The purpose of this research is to develop a new UCSI for university to improve the quality of university education. This research demonstrates validity and reliability of UCSI. This research uses the second-order confirmatory factor analysis. The results indicate that the reliability and validity of UCSI is verified. Education condition, education course, university development and student support are clarified to be appropriate components of the satisfaction survey. This research develops UCSI and applies it in a university. University managers can be used to measure the satisfaction level of university education and to improve the quality of university education.

In this paper, we propose a phenomenon that analyze the impact of market sentiment on China's real estate market through the perspective of behavioral economics. Previously, real estate market analyzation basically focus on some fundamental principles which include market price, monetary policies and income, etc. However, little research has explored market sentiment and its influence. By using principal components analysis (PCA), this study first creates buyer's sentiment and seller's sentiment to measure the heat of China's real estate market. Different from using traditional estimation method, the vector autoregressive model (VAR) is used to analyze how both sentiments affect real estate return. The overall results show that from unit root test and impulse response analyzation, the impact of seller's sentiment is positive to real estate market while buyer's sentiment is negative. At the same time, the higher seller's sentiment will have different influence on the housing market compared with the higher buyer's sentiment.

The aging population and worsening lifestyle habits have increased the risk of chronic diseases. This has heightened the importance of preventive healthcare, particularly through personalized health management services based on individual health data. Despite this, the domestic digital healthcare industry remains underdeveloped. Given the need for acceptance from both consumers and providers, this study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify success factors for health management service platforms. AHP evaluates the relative importance of various factors to aid decision-making. Results show that providers prioritize data analysis and platform design, laws and regulations, and data standardization, while consumers prioritize system stability, laws and regulations, and system security. These findings highlight the need for strategies to bridge the expectation gap to effectively promote health management service platforms.

본 연구는 공급자(supplier)가 중간 유통자(wholesaler/retailer)의 수요 증대를 목적으로 중간 유통자의 주문량에 따라 차별적으로 외상 기간을 허용한다는 기본적인 가정 하에 중간 유통자의 재고 모형을 다루었다. 문제 분석을 위하여 최종 고객(customer)의 수요는 중간 유통자의 재고 수준에 따라 선형적(linearly)으로 증가한다는 가정하에 모형을 분석하였고, 모형 분석을 통하여 중간 유통자의 이익을 최대화하는 경제적 주문주기와 경제적 주문량 결정 방법을 제시하고, 예제를 통하여 그 제시된 해법의 타당성을 보였다.
