Development of Intelligent Route Planning System for Intermodal Transportation (지능형 복합수송 경로 계획 시스템의 개발)

  • The collection of schedule information for intermodal transportation and the establishment of the system to generate available transportation routes have become the basic and necessary factors for the logistics business. However, at present, due to the lack of an effective system, most logistics companies are not providing a sufficient and objective information service to their customers. In an effort to solve this problem, this study tried to develop an intelligent route planning system for intermodal transport, which can generate and select a route suitable to the demands of the user and based on all the collected schedule information of transportation mode.

  • Toad bladder의 상피수송(上皮輸送)을 분석(分析)하기 위하여 동결치환(凍結置換) 및 동결절단법(凍結切斷法)을 적용(適用)하여 전자현미경(電子顯微鏡) 관찰(觀察)을 실시하였다. 방광(膀胱)의 점막층(粘膜層)은 과립성세포(顆粒性細胞), 미토콘드리아가 풍부한 세포, 점막분필세포(粘膜分泌細胞) 및 기저세포(基底細胞)등 4가지 세포로 구성되어 있었다. 과립성세포(顆粒性細胞)는 점막표면적의 대부분을 점유하며 $Na^+$ 수송(輸送)에 주요한 역할을 하고, 정단부(頂端部)의 세포질에는 다수의 과립이 분포하며 정단세포막(頂端細胞膜)은 microvilli type I로 배열되어 있고, 표면에 glycoprotein을 함유하는 세포외막(細胞外膜)이 관찰되었다. 대조적으로 미토콘드리아가 풍부한 세포는 세포질 전역에 걸쳐 다수의 미토콘드리아가 분포해 있으며 주요 기능은 $H^{+},\;K^{+}$$HCO_{3}^{-}$ 분필수송(分泌輸送)에 관여할 것으로 생각되며 이들 수송상피(輸送上皮)는 정단부가 견고연접(堅固連接)으로 둘러 싸이고 기저세포막(基底細胞膜)은 인접세포와 서로 분리되므로 상피세포의 극성이 유지되며 정단부(頂端部) 세포막과 기저세포막의 수송특성(輸送特性)은 각기 다르다고 생각된다. 따라서 두꺼비 방광(膀胱)에서 상피수송(上皮輸送)은 세포 통과수송 및 세포간 분류수송 경로를 나타내고 있다. 한편 세포막 투과성(透過性)의 조절과 관련하여 동결절단(凍結切斷) 전자현미경 관찰에 의하면 forskolin에 촉진된 정단부(頂端部) 세포막 투과성의 변화는 세포막내(細胞膜內) 입자(粒子)의 분포와 밀접한 관계를 가지는 것으로 보인다. 특히 과립성세포(顆粒性細胞)에서 집단으로 관찰되는 세포막내(細胞膜內) 입자(粒子)는 forskolin에 유도된 정단세포막(頂端細胞膜) 투과성의 변화를 나타내주는 것으로 사료되나 이의 기능적 의미에 대하여는 연구가 더욱 필요하다고 본다.

  • 수송용 섬유소재는 자동차, 항공기 또는 선박 등의 교통 및 운송 분야에 기여하는 사용되는 섬유소재를 말하며, 내장재, 각종 호스류, 벨트류, 타이어, 안전용품, 필터류 등을 포함하고 일반적으로 섬유, 발포체, 고무, 플라스틱, 접착제 등 유기소재가 결합된 복합체이다. 기존 섬유기술의 혁신과 더불어 IT, NT, BT, ET 등 첨단 기술과의 융합에 의한 고성능 극한 슈퍼섬유, 나노 복합섬유 등의 신소재를 개발하여 산업 전반에서 플라스틱의 금속소재 대체수요를 증가시키고 산업자재의 고성능화, 고기능화, 다양화를 이루기 위해 다양한 노력이 진행하고 있다. 현재 수송용 섬유소재 산업은 기술의 연결고리가 부족하며, 선도기업 및 원천기술이 부족하며, 자동차용 섬유부품소재 관련 기업의 역량도 부족한 실정이다. 이에 광역경제권 연계협력사업을 통해 생산기반의 대경권(대구경북)과 수요중심의 동남권(부산경남)의 네트워크를 강화하여 완성품 업체 및 수요기업과의 네트워킹을 강화하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서 수송용 섬유소재개발, 수송용 친환경 oam-skin 일체형 표피재 개발, 고속성형 복합소재 및 수송용 경량부품 개발, 초경량 고내열 고강도 섬유활용 하이브리드 wire & cable 개발 등 수송용 섬유소재를 개발하고, 또한 수송용 섬유소재의 생산-수요 연계를 통한 투자활성화, 기술개발, 소재 산업 육성을 강화하여, 산학연네트워크구축, 지역 간 협력 및 국제적 협력, 생산-수요기반의 연계협력시스템을 활용한 자립형 수송용 소재 공급기지 완비하는 데 목적이 있다.

  • KAERI has developed DUPIC nuclear fuel with the refabrication of spent PWR fuel discharged from domestic nuclear power plant by a dry process at M6 hot-cell in IMEF To verify the performance of DUPIC nuclear fuel, irradiation test at the operating conditions of commercial power plant is essential. Since the HANARO research reactor of KAERI does not have fuel test loop(FTL) for irradiating nuclear fuel under high temperature and high pressure conditions, DUPIC fuel cannot be irradiated in the FTL of HANARO. In the 13-th PRM among Korea, Canada, USA and IAEA, AECL proposed that KAERI fabricated DUPIC fuel can be irradiated in the FTL of the NRU research reactor without charge of neutrons. The transportation quantity of DUPIC fuel to Canada is 10 elements(about 6kg). This transportation package is classified as the 7-th class according to "recommendation on the transport of dangerous goods" made by the United Nations. In case of air shipment, until now, there is no proper air transportation cask for DUPIC fuel. In case of sea transportation is possible but requires very high cost.high cost.

  • The criticality of the shipping cask(KSC-7) for transportion of 7PWR spent fuel assemblies has been calculated and analysised on the basis of neutron transport theory. For criticality analysis, effects of the rod pitches, the fixed neutron absorbers(borated sus+boral) were considered. The effective multiplication factor has been calculated by KENO-Va, Mote Carlo method computer code, with the HANSEN-ROACH 16 group cross section set, which was made for personal computer system. The criticality for the KSC-7 cask was calculated in terms of the fresh fuel which was conservative for the aspects of nuclear critility. From the results of criticality analysis, the calculated Keff is proved to be lower than subcritical limit during normal transportation and under hypothetical accident condition. The maximum calculated criticalities of the KSC-7 were lower the safety criticality limit 1.0 recommended by US 10CFR71 both under normal and hypothetical accident condition. Also, to verify the KSC-7 criticality calculation results by using KENO-Va, it was carried out benchmark calculation with experimental data of B & W(Bobcock and Wilcox) company. From the 3s series of calculation of the KSC-7 cask and benchmark calculation, the cask was safely designed in nuclear criticality, respectively.

  • During wartime, the Air Force have to plan where, and how much, and what need to be distributed to surrounding local area from a chosen central bases. Each base, which has surplus more than needed amount of a certain material collected from near area of the base, is expected to distribute such surplus to other bases in shortage of it. By sending such surplus to other bases in shortage of the material, every base may get sufficient amount of all kinds of materials needed for each base during wartime. Because number of items of materials needed in each military bases during wartime are usually quite large and the frequencies of delivery from a place to other place are also pretty large if each item is delivered from a surplus place to other places in shortage, the Head Quarter of Air Force or the Logistics Command will face to difficulty to decide a reasonable delivery plan between bases for efficient and fast allocation of all materials needed to all bases during wartime. Therefore, this study suggests a solving algorithm with an established TC (transfer center: collecting and distributing center for all materials) to solve such a distribution and transportation problem.

  • 본 논문은 생산 물류 시스템최적화의 실현에 가장 대표적인 생산수송계획문제인 수송문제(TP: Transportation Problem)에 고정비용을 고려한 고정비용 수송문제(fcTP: Fixed charge Transportation Problem)를 다룬다. 특히 NP-hard문제로 널리 알려진 TP에서 수송량에 비례하는 가변비용과 함께 추가적으로 모든 경로에서 발생하는 고정비용을 함께 고려한 fcTP를 다룬다. 따라서 이러한 fcTP를 해결하기 위해 메타 휴리스틱기법 중에 가장 널리 이용되고 있는 유전 알고리즘(CA: Genetic Algorithm)을 이용한 해법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 CA를 이용해 고정비용 수송문제의 해를 우선순위기반 유전자 표현법을 이용해 fcTP에 적용해 보고 수치 실험을 통해 그 성능에 대한 연구를 한다.

A Study on Development of Classification Indicators in Transportation Sector Energy Conservation DB (에너지절약 DB 구축을 위한 수송부문 분류지표 설정)

  • This paper surveyed and analyzed cases of DB development overseas to set the range of DB to be developed for analyzing energy-saving policies in the domestic transportation sector. The foregoing prerequisites were used to establish system for classification in the broad scale under which system for classification in detail indicators that suit one in the broader indicators was set based on analysis of domestic / overseas cases to determine DB development range in the transportation sector required to analysis domestic energy-saving policies. Accordingly, six items subject to the broadest classification were determined, i.e. energy consumption, energy basic unit, emissions of greenhouse gas, economic indicators, transportation volume / transportation records and basic automobile data. Large classification and sub-items determined by surveying expert opinions were set and proposed as DB classification indicators.

  • To correctly predict the neutron behavior based on diffusion calculations, it is necessary to adopt well-specified boundary conditions using suitable diffusion approximations to transport boundary conditions. Boundary conditions such as the zero net-current, the Marshak, the Mark, the zero scalar flux, and the Albedo condition have been used extensively in diffusion theory to approximate the reflective and vacuum conditions in transport theory. In this paper, we derive and analyze these conditions to prove their mathematical validity and to understand their physical implications, as well as their relationships with one another. To show the validity of these diffusion boundary conditions, we solve a sample problem. The results show that solutions of the diffusion equation with these well-formulated boundary conditions are very close to the solution of the transport equation with transport boundary conditions.

  • Flavonoids have various biological activities; however, their cellular uptake mechanism is beginning to be understood only recently. This review focuses on cellular flavonoids transport mechanisms in both plants and animals. In plants, flavonoids exist in various cellular compartments, providing a specialized transport system. Newly synthesized flavonoids can be transported from the endoplasmic reticulum to the vacuoles or extracellular space via cellular trafficking pathway. Among membrane transporters, ATP binding cassette, multidrug and toxic extrusion, bilitranslocase homologue transporters play roles in both the influx and efflux of cellular flavonoids across the cell membrane. In recent years, extensive researches have provided a better understanding on the cellular flavonoid transport in mammalian cells. Bilitranslocase transports flavonoids in various tissues, including the liver, intestine and kidneys. However, other transport mechanisms are largely unknown and thus, further investigation should provide detailed mechanisms, which can potentially lead to an improved bioavailability and cellular function of flavonoids in humans.
