In this paper we aim to find out consumer behavior based on fish shares in their buying ingredients, path segmentation, product and service quality, customer satisfaction and then we try to analyze the impact of them on each consumer buying behavior. In this study, first, consumers, divided by general merchandise retail store and traditional fish retail store, these also divided by two groups that are with high spending group and low spending group, so totally we have four parts of consumer behavior segmentation market profiles. Second, we analysis the affect of each factor on consumer behavior. That is, we try to analysis the effect of product and service quality on customer satisfaction in four seafood market group. The results of this study are summarized as follows;

This Study attempts to analysis the degrees of the efficiency of fisheries marketing channel's effectiveness, which are traditional marketing channel's effectiveness of fisheries wholesale markets and Discount Store's effectiveness such as margin, marketing performance. The study methodologies include not only a field sample survey but also a field interview. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, at the numbers of fisheries marketing channel's margin factors, traditional marketing channel's margin factors are more than discount store's margin factors. Secondly, at the comparative study result of marketing channel margin efficiency, traditional marketing channel's prices are similar to discount store's prices. That is, consumers have bought similar retail price's seafood products through traditional marketing channels as well as discount stores cannels. Finally, however most consumers prefer discount stores to traditional retail stores because of discount store's multi-functions such as assortment of goods, freshness, exchange, refund and employee's kindness. In conclusion, the most important factor of fisheries marketing management is to realize the appropriate balance between marketing margin and consumer satisfaction.

최근 관심이 집중되고 있는 친환경 수산물을 생산하기 위해서 양식장 이력관리제의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 효율적인 양식장 이력관리를 위해서는 양식장의 특수성을 고려할 때 무선 통신환경이 필수적이다. 환경 정보를 자동으로 수집하고 이를 서버로 전송하여 관리하기 위한 단말기는 현재 일반적인 휴대 단말기와 달리 입출력이 용이하며 정보를 시각적으로 확인할 수 있는 특화된 단말기가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 양식장에서 환경 정보 모니터링을 위한 특화 단말기 및 그 기능을 설계한다.

에어보트(Air boat)는, 판옥선처럼 선체 밑바닥이 편평한 형태로 되어있어 물위는 물론 일반 선박이 갈 수 없는 얕은 수면, 개펄, 빙상, 늪지수풀 위를 달릴 수 있는 모터보트의 한 종류이다. 선체상부 뒤쪽에 장착된 로터의 회전에 의한 풍력으로 추진되며, 로터 바로 뒤에 방향키가 있다. 선체 재질로는 스틸, FRP가 주로 사용되고 있으며 최근 알루미늄, 탄소섬유의 적용이 늘어나고 있다. 수상크루징, 낚시, 스쿠버 등에 활용되며, 선저의 독특한 형상으로 인해 군사용, 인명구조용, 수산물수송용 등으로도 사용된다. 이 연구에서는 12인승 비미니탑 에어보트를 설계, 제작하고 해상 시운전을 실시하였다. 또한 소음저감을 위해 머플러를 설계 제작하고, 35노트에서 75~78dB 수준으로 성능을 검증하였다.

‘90년대에 들어 UN해양법 발효에 따른 세계각국의 조업규제와 배타적 경제수역 선포로 인한 원양어장 축소, 한ㆍ중ㆍ일간의 새로운 어업질서 구축 등으로 잡는 어업의 생산 여건 악화, 연근해 어장 및 어업 자원의 한계성 노출, 산업화에 따른 연안오염의 진전, WTO 체제 출범에 따른 전면적인 수산물 수입개방 및 세계 무역질서의 변화로 인한 국제 경쟁력 약화 둥 어업 질서 변화에 따른 수산가공업계의 원료난이 심각한 가운데, 고가 희귀성의 고부가가치 천연원료를 대체하기 위해 게맛살과 같은 새로운 모조식품 개발이 전세계적인 관심사로 대두되고 있는 가운데, 인조어란은 수입대체 및 수출전략형으로 잠재 시장성이 큰 새로운 수산모조식품의 한분야가될 것으로 예상되어 새로운 시장 창출을 위한 캡슐화 등의 첨단 실용화 응용기술 개발의 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. The import control provision of US MSA (Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act) IUU fishing is similar to that of MMPA (The Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 as Amended) which caused US-Tuna(1991) case. This paper examines whether MSA's import control provision can be found to be inconsistent with WTO agreement. There is no doubt that MSA violates the Article XI:1 of the GATT 1994. The only remaining issue is whether US IUU fishing product measure is justified by the Article XX(g) and its Chapeau. However, Article XX(g) provides for a limited and conditional exception from obligations under other provisions. This paper concludes that the US MSA measure can not be justified under Article XX.

글로벌 식품 콜드체인 시장이 빠르게 성장함에 따라 최근 물류산업에서 콜드체인에 대한 간심이 급부상하고 있다. 이에 물류업계에서도 일반 화물보다 수익률이 높은 콜드체인 시장을 둘러싼 경쟁이 치열해지고 있는 실정이다. 아시아 국가 중에서도 인도네시아 국민들의 신선식품에 대한 소비 및 구매력 증가 등의 이유로 향후 콜드체인 관련 시설에 대한 수요는 매우 긍정적으로 전망되고 있다. 인도네시아는 정부 주도하에 자카르타뿐만 아닌 전 지역에 콜드체인 물류시설을 구축할 계획을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 인도네시아 콜드체인 물류시장 투자환경 분석을 통해 투자가 유망한 지역을 선정하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전반적인 인도네시아의 콜드체인 시장 현황을 분석하여 정량적 및 정성적 분석을 통해 유망지역을 선정하고자 한다. 특히 콜드체인 시장을 분석함에 있어 수산물 시장을 중점으로 다루어 연구결과를 도출할 예정이다.

This study investigates the WTO dispute over Japanese fishery products originated from Fukushima and another seven prefectures. Being subject to an import ban and additional radioactive test requirements, Japan complained that the Korean government's trade measures are inconsistent with the principles of the Agreement on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures. This paper considered the contrasting judicial decisions made by the Panel and Appellate Body and analyzed the debates with respect to their trade-discriminatory effects (Article 2.4), the relevance of appropriate level of protection (Article 5.6) and the precautionary approaches (Article 5.7). Consistent with the final rulings, this paper identifies the need for a broaden understanding of regional conditions and qualitative aspects of protection in risk analysis. Findings also suggest that Korea has diverted its fishery imports from Japan to other countries, while Japan has created export diversion from Korea to other destinations.

The optimum methods of transport of fresh mackerel caught at korean coast and neighboring sea were investigated. The quality of mackerel after 3 day-stored with ice showed that the freshness were still kept. The temperature fluctuation of mackerel during transport with ice from Busan to Seoul indicated below $5^{\circ}C$, recommended by I.I.R. Heat loss of iced mackerel in transit was calculated and converted into ice weight in case of cargo truck and insulated truck. It was assumed that the semi-dressed mackerels were more effective and economic than the round ones during transport.

The introduction of the wholesalers system is being considered from various aspects in order to improve the problems of the listed auction system of wholesale corporations. The wholesalers system is a corporation that receives designation from the creator and purchases or consigns agricultural and fishery products to wholesale or broker sales, and has the advantage of reducing the distribution stage and distribution costs. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the wholesalers system introduced to improve the problems of the listed auction system of wholesale corporations through a case study of market wholesalers handling fishery products.
