Our research task have goal to describe a treaty rhetoric known as 『La Rhétorique ou L'Art de Parler』(1688) which corresponds to a very wide field of which the step is not yet dubious in our country. Thus to study the rhetoric of Lamy borrowed from the thought of Descartes, we left the concept d' origin of language in traditional rhetoric in connection with logic and grammar (in first part). Also the second part is devoted to the tropes and the figures that are modified and deteriorated by the language of passion called 'rhetoric of passion or psychological of figure', etc. And the third part interests in the body of the speech being the character of l' heart. Under the influence of the rhetoric of Lamy, French rhetoric at the 17th century is held for an essential text when one interests in the history of the ideas and rhetoric, marked in its specificity (passion). The project of Lamy registered in the concept of passion like 'manners of speaking'. To close this study, which does one have to retain? The first remark to note is that Lamy founds his rhetoric in opposition to traditional designs dating from the beginning of Aristote. Second remark is the idea that one finds based in famous the books of Dumarsais at the 18th century and Fontanier at the 19th century. Admittedly, Lamy is a true rhetorician, grammairien which interests in the question of passions in the speech forces to reconsider the idea spread since Mr. Foucault, and makes it possible to understand the passage of the Great century at the Century of Lumuères. Even if this opinion is not shared, it will be agreed that the work of Lamy on passions or the phenomena sensory and psychological in the center of the language deserves reflexion.

This study is aimed at observing effects of fingerprint image quality on various photographing conditions in the aspect of resolution. Discrimination between two friction ridges plays an important role in the value of fingerprint image, and it can be confirmed with quantification of pixels of boundary region which is existing between two friction ridges. In this study, several factors were estimated with same fingerprint image using Adobe photoshop CS 6 for analysis: changes of image quality by ISO, movement when photographing, and photographers' experience and skill. Consequently, there was no significant change of image quality by ISO. Furthermore, there was no significant difference in the hand-held images between crime scene investigators and laymen, yet there was significant difference between hand-held images and images using tripod in the aspect of resolution. This study shows that using tripod is very important in forensic fingerprint photography through empirical methods.

Nowadays, web defacement becomes the utmost threat which can harm the target organization's image and reputation. These defacement activities reflect the hacker's political motivation or his tendency. Therefore, the analysis of the hacker's activities can give the decisive clue to pursue criminals. A specific message or photo or music on the defaced web site and the outcome of analysis will be supplying some decisive clues to track down criminals. The encoding method or used fonts of the remained hacker's messages, and hacker's SNS ID such as Twitter or Facebook ID also can help for tracking hackers information. In this paper, we implemented the web defacement analysis system by applying CBR algorithm. The implemented system extracts the features from the web defacement cases on zone-h.org. This paper will be useful to understand the hacker's purpose and to plan countermeasures as a IDSS(Investigation Detection Support System).

Focusing on 'growing together' strategies through horizontal fiscal equalization systems, this and subsequent papers aim to suggest regional co-development strategies in which conflicts between the Seoul Metropolitan Area(SMA) and the non-SMA can be efficiently alleviated. Regarding the socio-economic relationships between the SMA and the non-SMA, there are two contradictory perspectives. One perspective is that the SMA grows at the expense of the non-SMA. The other perspective is that non-SMA's economy is somehow entirely dependent on the economic activities occurring within the SMA, which is the opposite of the former perspective. There are various forms of collaboration among local or regional governments, but the most radical solutions involve the establishment of new regional development financing method at the practical level. This paper suggests that horizontal fiscal equalization not yet introduced between same level subgovernments need to be institutionalized to promote the growing together between the SMA and the rest region of Korea.

데카르트는 사후에 출간된 1662년 "인간론"에서 자동기기의 유압체계모델을 이용하여 인간신체의 신경기능과 근육운동에 대하여 기계론적 설명을 제시하였다. 이것은 바로크 과학기술의 자동기기의 유압체계를 모델로 근육운동이 동물영혼에 의한 신경 전달로 진행된 것을 보여준 실험이었다. 근육운동은 동물영혼에 의한 신경 전달로 진행될 때 이를 기계론적으로 잘 설명될 수 있다고 본 데카르트의 동물영혼에 관한 견해는 출간 이후 3년 만에 네덜란드 자연학자, 해부학자, 현미경학자, 철학자 슈밤머담(Jan Swammerdam 1637-80)이 도전하였다. 그는 1664년 12월 8일 보르흐 앞에서 마취 없이 살아있는 개구리의 심장을 해부하고 두뇌 제거하는 전극실험으로 개구리의 근육운동이 데카르트가 가정하는 동물영혼과는 무관하다는 것을 보여주므로 반박하였다. 슈밤머담은 이 실험 이전에도 이미 라이덴 대학에서 여러 가지 실험으로 명성을 쌓았고 이 실험으로 해부학과 생리학의 출발을 알렸다. 뢰벤훅은 1673년 270배 확대 렌즈를 측정 대에 설치하여 눈에 가까이 갖다 대 고착시킨 첫째 동물이라는 뜻의 박테리아(${\pi}{\rho}\acute{\omega}{\tau}o$ ${\zeta}\acute{\omega}o{\nu}$)를 관찰하였다. 대학에서 전공하지 않았다는 비전문가로서 뢰벤훅이 이 연구에 뛰어들게 되는 것은 바로크 과학기술문명에 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 그라프는 그해 4월 왕립학회에 그가 빗물이나 연못물에서 채취하여 관찰한 미생물을 1677년에 아니말쿨레스(animalcules)라 불렀다는 것을 알렸고 이 관찰은 나중에 왕립학회 검증으로 확증되었다. 뢰벤훅이 명성을 얻게 된 것은 그라프가 그를 학문적으로 이끌어주었기 때문이다. 뢰벤훅에서 광학수업을 받은 하르췌커는 1694년 현미경으로 인간정액을 관찰하는 동안에 하르췌커는 정액 내에 수많은 아니말쿨레스로서 호문쿨리(homunculi)가 살고 있는 것을 보고 그 존재를 요청하였다. 하르췌커는 정규 학문과정에서 성장한 전문가로 뢰벤훅에서 렌즈닦는 기술을 습득하므로 정액주의 운동의 첨단에서 주목을 받게 되었지만 대중적 인기에 영합하였다. 이 발표는 17세기 후반 슈밤머담과 뢰벤훅이 실험철학에 기초한 곤충과 동물 및 미생물 세계의 연구 성과를 과학과 윤리 혹은 신학과의 상보적 관점에서 개관하고, 이들 연구방법을 이신론과 수사학의 입장에서 해명하고자 한다. 17세기 후반에 곤충학의 대가인 슈밤머담과 하르췌커에서 동물생성의 문제에 이신론의 물음은 물질과 정신과의 관계를 해명하려는 과학과 신학과 철학의 경계의 물음이다. 이 경계에서 이신론의 수사학적 접근은 개별분과에서 해결하지 못한 중요한 아포리아를 풀어가는 인문학적 역할에 기여를 할 수 있다.

The phone number used for advertising messages and voices used as bait in the voice phishing crime access stage is being used to send out a large amount of illegal loan spam, so we want to quickly block it. In this paper, our system is designed to block the usage of the phone number by rapidly restricting the use of the voice spam phone number that conducts illegal loan spam and voice phishing, and at the same time sends continuous calls to the phone number to prevent smooth phone call connection. The proposed system is a representative collaboration model between an illegal spam reporting agency and an investigation agency. As a result of developing the system and applying it in practice, the number of reports of illegal loaned voice spam and text spam decreased by 1/3, respectively. We can prove the effectiveness of this system by confirming that.

The revision of the criminal procedure act in 2008 marked a great turnaround in the criminal trial system in our country, and the criminal trial system has been based on the trial priority principle from then on. People in general have been entitled to participate in criminal trials, which can be called the jury system, and their awareness of the law has consequently been taken to another level. And the principle of trial by evidence that requires fair process, explanation and scientific evidence is realized in a manner to be appropriate at people(jury)'s level. The prosecution was introduced a video recording system to ensure the efficiency of scientific criminal investigation and assisted every prosecutor's office across the nation to hire computer-added stenographers to back up the documentation of statements during video recording. The purpose of this study was to examine the Korean and foreign computer-added stenography systems and the prospect of computer-added stenography of the video recording system that has been utilized to make a scientific investigation. The effort by this study to look into the roles and prospect of computer-added stenography in the video recording system that has been introduced to improve the efficiency of scientific investigation, which the prosecution pursues, is expected to expedite the advancement of criminal investigation, to guarantee the protection of human rights and to shed new light on the importance and status of computer-added stenography in the trial priority principle.

Private security industry in South Korea has rapidly been growing in recent years. However, such a rapid growth is being criticized for its focus on external results, which has produced a number of problems. The continued growth of private security industry can be only based upon substantive and qualitative development. In this aspect, it is necessary to consider the global trends of the private security industry, particularly the recent trends of the U. S. security industry which has led the global security industry. This is because the recent trends of the U. S. private security industry would guide the future direction of the private security industry in South Korea. The U. S. private security industry has been replacing the role of law enforcement agencies including the police, from crime prevention to investigation and disaster management, not to mention asset protection and loss prevention. The recent trends of the U. S. security industry appears to be summarized by such characteristics as variety, specialty, and integration, which might account for the structural problem of the private security industry in South Korea. In short, the substantive and qualitative development of the private security industry in South Korea should be accomplished by strengthening its specialty and integration, and also widening its variety.

In the police, crime intelligence is the basis of decision making for police's original activities in response to crime. Police decision making is done in various ways such as investigation and prevention of individual cases, allocation of resources, organization prioritization, etc. The purpose of this study was to investigate the activities of the UK policing in analyzing crime intelligence and to reflect them in the policing and to draw implications for the comparison with the Korean police. The UK operates a central police agency based on the local police system, and establishes a National Intelligence Model (NIM) system that operates crime intelligence throughout the country. In order to respond to crimes and risks through coordination and cooperation, rather than by centralized police activities, the intelligence department of the police agencies should not only prevent and suppress crime through the analysis of integrated crime information, but also make police decision-making. In contrast, the Korea police operate crime intelligence, such as statistics, case intelligence, and there is no integrated way to use it. In addition, there are few cases in which the organizational decision - making based on crime intelligence is utilized efficiently and systematically. For development, it is necessary to construct an integrated management system and analysis organization for crime intellgence. Criminal Intelligence Analysis Organizations should seek to reorganize the role of the current intelligence department or to operate a separate analysis system through the information system while maintaining the current role of each department.

The communication model has been accepted as the basic research paradigm of cartography since Board(1967) discussed the map/model analogy. In that paradigm, the function of maps was limited to the media of communication, and the functionality of maps was extremely emphasized. Therefore the model could not play its own role under the new environments such as computer, GIS, scientific visualization. Nowadays, the model has been attacked on several grounds and several alternatives have been suggested. Among the objections raised are (1) geographic visualization in which maps are considered as the tool of scientific visualization, (2) the contributions of art which are ignored in the positivist cartographic research, and (3) deconstructionist arguments which deny the scientific epistemology of map as an objective form of knowledge and recognize the textuality of maps including their metaphorical and rhetorical nature. Since a publication by McCormick et al, the scientific visualization based on the powerful computer graphics is used in a wide context. Maps are treated as the tools of scientific visualization and emphasis is on exploration of the geographic data to gain understanding and insight in the geographic visualization processes. The research on geographic visualization have stayed in the early stage of developing the conceptual model and the basic visualization tools. But, it is expected that the geographic or visual thinking which is emphasized in the geographic visualization will contribute the reestablishment of links between cartography and geography. Also, the development of scientific visualization tools and strategies will offer the opportunities to suggest a fresh idea, to synthesize information and develop holistic approaches to geographical problems.
