다수의 수련병원이 단일 병원군을 형성하려 전공의를 공동으로 모집선발하고, 또한 공동 책임에 수련시키는 전공의 통합수련프로그램인 "병원군별 전공의 총정원제"에서 인턴 순환근무 수련일정 계획은 순환교육과 임상경험을 위란 인턴의 일년간 수련일정을 수립하는 의사결정문제이다. 전공의의 순환배치와 관련하여 병원간의 갈등 또는 인턴의 불만 등이 발생할 수 있기에 병원군별 전공의 총정원제는 질적으로 우수하면 객관적인 인턴수련일정을 필요로 한다. 본 논문은 인턴일정계획의 수리모형을 제시하고, 면실의 데이터를 사용해 산출된 순환일정을 다각도로 분석한 결과를 제시한다. 작성된 수련일정은 9개병원이 참여한 CMC병원군에서 2003년 현재 263명 인턴의 일년수련 순환배지에 사용되고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze effect of participation satisfaction, absorption on exercise adherence of Elementary Student Hapkido participants. Data was collected from a questionnaire designed for this study consisted of fixed alternative choice response to item constructed to represent the operational definition for each variable. The inventory was administered to stratified cluster random sampling 315 Elementary Student Hapkido participant in Daejeon City Hapkido Alliance. Statistics employed the study to data analysis were frequency, correlation, regression analysis. Based on the result of the study, the following conclusion appears warranted: First, participation satisfaction of Hapkido influence exercise adherence of Elementary Student Hapkido participants. Secondly, participation absorption of Hapkido influence exercise adherence of Elementary Student Hapkido participant.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between gymnasium selection and training adherence of security martial arts trainees. To this aim, this study selected 8 gymnasiums in Gyounggi and Incheon province and sampled 220 people above the fourth grade in elementary school. Out of these, 14 cases were dropped due to insufficient answers or incomplete answers, and 206 qualified cases were finally adopted for this study. Data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and frequency analysis, MANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences in gymnasium selection factors(instructor background, training program, public relations) depending upon the trainee's sex. Second, there were significant differences in gymnasium selection factors(training program, main others, public relations) depending upon the trainee's school grade. Third, there were no significant differences in training adherence factors depending upon the trainee's sex and school grade. Fourth, there were positive correlations between instructor background, training program and public relations-factors among gymnasium selection and management program, external and social relations-factors among training adherence. Fifth, the partial sub-factors of gymnasium selection have influenced training adherence. Consequently, security martial arts managers and instructors need to establish marketing strategies suitable for sex and school grade to recruit new security martial arts trainees. It may be considered that security martial arts instructors should construct the differentiated management system for trainees and the specialized training program for lasting training of new or existing security martial arts trainees.

Resident training is the process of training specialists with excellent competency. This study analyzed the intention of resident's training dropout and influencing factors by utilizing the results of a survey on the training and working environment of the residents conducted in April 2017. According to a multivariate logistic regression analysis of 1,748 residents, 340(19.5%) answered 'yes', 518(29.6%) 'normal', 890(50.9%) 'no'. Factors related to the dropout of training by residents were found to be whether the hospital was affiliated with a enterprise, training year, training hours, appropriate educational supervision and adequate of the training process. For a desirable Resident education and training, it is necessary to normalize of the resident's working environment, develop of a substantial training program, provide fair and systematic evaluation, and financial support.

치협은 치과의사전문의제도 시행을 앞두고 인턴 및 레지던트들이 수련병원에서 최소 필요충분하게 교육받아야 하는 과정을 도출해냈다. 이를 위해 치협은 치의전문의제를 실시하는 10개 분과학회의 대표를 중심으로 치과의사 전공의 수련병원(기관) 수련교육 표준화 작업 연구위원회를 구성하고 몇 차례의 논의 끝에 '치과의사 전공의 연차별 수련 교과과정'보고서를 완성했다. 보고서는 10개 분과학회별로 각 학회에서 논의를 거친 내용으로서 향후 치의전문의제를 실시하는데 있어서 전공의들의 연차별 수련 교과과정을 제시해 준다. 회원들의 이해를 돕기 위해 보고서의 전문을 게재한다.

This study is a qualitative research whose purpose was to analyze the experiences of training stress that trainees of mental health social worker were undergoing from the perspective of those trainees, ultimately providing them with a more effective way of clinical education. For this purpose, the study made a survey of 9 trainees who were getting through the training course of mental health social work provided by a relevant training agency. Data collection were focus group-based and conducted 1 to 2 times over about 2 hours. This researcher analyzed statements from the participants and, out of them, 85 were determined as meaningful. From these meaningful responses, the researcher constructed 32 meanings. And then, those meanings were classified according to their similarities and grouped into 9 themes, and finally categorized into 4 themes. More specifically, what were stressful to the subjects that they were experiencing in the training course of mental health social work could be largely categorized into 4 themes, or 'lots of trouble in interpersonal relations', 'too much tightness in training schedule', 'little consideration of them by the training agency', and 'poor organization of the training course'. Considering these findings, this study provided practical implications for the training of mental health social work.

The current study assessed the problems of police training center and explored the expansion plan of the center in order to improve the welfare condition of police in South Korea. The results indicated that: 1) deterioration of the facilities; 2) shortage of the facilities compared with the others such as the facilities of military and firefighter; 3) shortage of operation budget. It was suggested to cope with these problems that: 1) employing a government outsourcing of the facilities; 2) disambiguation of the definition of police training center; 3) security of budget for the effective operation of the facilities. The policy implications to enhance the police welfare in South Korea and the limitations were discussed at the last part of the research.

이 연구는 경남지역 소재 무도수련장에 다니고 있는 수련생들을 모집단으로 무도수련장 지도자의 운동지원과 재등록의사의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위해 총 220명의 무도수련장의 수련생들을 유의표집하였다. 이 연구는 SPSSWIN 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 통계처리를 실시하였다. 자료처리 방법은 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis)과 공변량구조분석(structural equation modeling) 등의 통계기법이 활용되었다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 무도수련장 지도자의 정보적 지원, 물질적 지원, 사교적 지원 등이 재등록의사에 중요한 영향을 미친다.
