A life cycle cost analysis model for public water supply systems should be different from the ones for other civil and architectural facilities as the operation and the maintenance cost of the water supply systems mainly come from the various mechanical systems and the pipeline systems of the collecting/treating/distributing facilities. This paper presents a cost classification scheme and a probabilistic life cycle cost analysis (PLCCA) model for public water supply systems. A value analysis (VA) procedure that is well suited for practical purposes is also presented. The presented probabilistic life cycle model and the value analysis procedure were applied to a real world project, and this case study is discussed in the paper. The model and the procedure presented in this study can greatly contribute to the value-oriented design alternative selection, the estimation of the maintenance cost, and the allocation of budget for water supply system construction projects.

본 연구의 목적은 웹 분야에 종사하는 콘텐츠 제작자의 작업 및 사업 환경을 분석하여, 제작자들이 겪고 있는 어려움을 해결할 수 있는 사업모델을 제시하는데 있다. 이 사업모델은 디지털 콘텐츠 거래, 온라인 프랜차이즈 등이 결합된 것으로 사업관련 이해관계자에게 다양한 수익과 새로운 창업의 기회를 제공하게 될 것이다. 또한, 제작자의 수익성 개선, 저작권의 보호 등을 통해 콘텐츠 산업육성에 기여하는 것은 물론, 일자리 창출, 출산 육아 등의 사회적 문제도 해결할 수 있는 대안이 될 것이다.

The absence of systematic project procedures in the domestic SOC projects has caused many problems. Therefore, it has been raised the needs for the effective project management of the projects which helps the participants to have systematic procedures at each phase of the SOC projects. The purpose of this research is to build the current model of procurement management process for the airport facilities and to derive inherent problems, and the building direction of the effective procurement management is suggested for the future research. The result of this research could be used for delivering the effective SOC projects and for establishing interrelationships between procurement and other phases of the projects for the integrated project management. The procurement process of the Inchon International Airport was investigated and the as-is model was built. Through the analysis of the as-is model, and the questionnaires and the interviews with the participants of the SOC projects, the problems of the current procurement process has been derived.

This The purpose of this study is to propose a Technology Transfer Commercialization Model(TTC Model) that reflects the domestic background of R&D, technology transfer and its commercialization. This study outlines the existing technology commercialization model, examines the background of domestic technology transfer, presents TTC Model, and introduces the application of this model. As a result of this study, the TTC Model suggested the role of each participant in each stage and divided into the provider-led domain and the consumer-led domain. The use of this model can be applied to a technology provider in a way that progressively reduces its role. In the case of technology users, it can be used a corporate innovation model that gradually expands leading to commercialization and profit realization. This study is meaningful in that it clarifies the roles and the level of leadership of technology transfer entities.

The government has steadily revised and developed laws and systems for activating remodeling of apartments in response to the problems of aged apartments. However, despite such efforts, remodeling has yet to be activated. For many reasons, this study noted that there were no tools for reasonable profitability judgements and decision making in the preliminary stages of the remodeling project. Thus, the feasibility evaluation model was developed. Generally, the profitability judgements are made after the conceptual design. However, decisions to drive remodeling projects are made at the preliminary stage. So a feasibility evaluation model is required at the preliminary stage. Accordingly, In this study, a feasibility evaluation model was developed for determining preliminary stage profitability. Construction costs, business expenses, financial expenses, and generally sales revenue were calculated using the initial available information and remodeling variables derived through the existing cases. Through this process, we developed an algorithm that can give an overview of the return on investment. In addition, the preliminary stage feasibility evaluation model developed was applied to three cases to verify the applicability of the model. Although applied in three cases, the difference between the model's forecast and actual case values is less than 5%, which is considered highly applicable. If cases are expanded in the future, it will be a useful tool that can be used in actual work. The feasibility evaluation model developed in this study will support decision making by union members, and if the model is applied in different regions, it will be expected to help local governments to understand the size of possible remodeling projects.

In Korea, demand for the Social Overhead Capital(SOC) projects has tremendously increased since 1970's and is expected to keep growing to support national economic development as well as to enhance the quality of life. In these projects, project planning and feasibility study phase is one of the most critical phases because it determines the success of later phases. However, we have experienced trial and errors repeatedly such as cost overruns and schedule delays in many of the SOC projects. These problems can be prevented or at least expected in the earlier phase and it requires well-developed and standardized project planning process and systems before design, procurement, and construction phases begin. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate current problems in this phase and provide framework for a model for the project planning management which can be used for the SOC projects to insure the whole project success.

본 연구는 미국의 지방자치적 브로드밴드 사업동향을 통해 바람직한 u-City 사업의 추진에 필요한 접근방향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 즉, 미국의 추진사례를 바탕으로 우리나라에서 브로드밴드 사업 추진시 사업운영모델을 만들거나 국내 u-City에서의 적용 가능한 비즈니스 모델에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하는 것이다. 미국의 사례를 통해 국내u-City에 고려할 수 있는 부분으로서 민관합작(Pirvate-Public Partnership) 모형에대한 부분을 들 수 있다. 미국의 PPP 모형을 통해 지방정부는 고액의 유지보수 비용문제와 사고발생시 책임소재 문제를 해결할 수 있는 길을 마련하였다. 또한, 거주민에게는 경쟁을 통한 저렴한 가격으로 서비스를 제공하고, 저소득층과 불리한 여건의 거주자들에게 혜택을 제공함으로써 디지털 디바이드 문제를 줄일 수 있었다. 제도적인 면에서 한국과 미국이 브로드밴드 정책에 있어서 차이를 나타내고 있지만, 정책의 변화로 인해 국내에서도 지방자치적 브로드밴드 문제가 논의될 것에 대비하여 준비할 필요는 있을 것이다. 또한, 향후 직면할 문제점들을 사전에 예방하고 대비하는 데 도움이 되었으면 한다.

A judgment on the redevelopment projects' predicted profitability is an essential decision-making element for the success of the redevelopment projects. It is necessary to review the literature on profitability of redevelopment project and draw risk factors that could affect profitability through the risk analysis based on surveys. It is also necessary to judge profitability prediction toward the business value of the redevelopment project in the planning phase according to the risk analysis results which can affect the profitability prediction. In order to prevent the growing difficulties in executing the projects, a profitability prediction model is proposed using the method of management and disposal based on a proportional calculation that can estimate the share of expenses in order to judge profitability in the planning phase. With the improvement of profitability prediction models, it is possible to appropriately judge profitability in the planning phase in order to allow the prevention of suspension, reduction of project term, reduction of cost, and making of rational decisions.

Many start-ups have many realistic hardships in getting management diagnosis about whether their business model are properly going. For this reason, there is the need for an easy and simple method that makes it possible to conduct a strategic management through the analysis and management diagnosis of the business model. The Business Model Canvas(BMC) has been popularized as a tool to help entrepreneurs describe, design, challenge, invent and pivot their business model. This model gives a framework to describe the most important building blocks(9 blocks) of existing business. Entrepreneurs can make their own business analyses and craft their own solutions through using this model. In this study, we conducted consulting by using the BMC on the NARUATO which is a small start-up in the healthy food industry. This case study can use as a learning material for entrepreneurship education.

요즘 우리의 생활 속에서 차세대 신기술로 주목할 만한 것이 바로 "빅 데이터" 이다. 하지만 빅 데이터는 아직 구체적인 개념이 모호한 상태이다. 빅 데이터란, 기존 데이터베이스 관리도구로서 데이터를 수집, 저장, 관리, 분석할 수 있는 역량을 넘어서는 대량의 정형 또는 비정형 데이터 집합 및 이러한 데이터로부터 가치를 추출하고 결과를 분석하는 기술을 의미한다. 이러한 분석된 데이터들은 여러 방면으로 활용이 가능하다. 이를 통해 기업에서는 비즈니스적인 활용이 가능하며 예측과 분석을 통해 사업전망을 내다볼 수도 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 모델 혁신을 위해 빅 데이터 기반 예측분석이 왜 필요한 지에 대해 논의하고 기업들이 혁신을 촉진하기 위해 사업전략 목표에 예측모델들을 활용하는 운영 모델을 제시하고자 한다.
