시멘트공업경영은 자본집약산업으로 그 규모는 일정수준의 단위까지 팽창되지 않으면 안되는 시장경쟁적 여건을 포함하고 있는데 특히 시멘트제품의 수급비탄력성은 방대한 규모의 생산시설과 여기에 투입된 노동을 유휴화시키고 이로 인한 기업의 고정비부담을 가중시키므로 적자의 가장 큰 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 이와 같은 유휴비용중 특히 노무비부담이 큰 비중을 점하고 있는데 현세멘트공업계의 임금제도는 저생산저임금형태로 기업과 종업원에게 공히 유용한 요소가 되고 있다. 이러한 시멘트의 계절적인 수요변동에 따라 성수기에 있어서는 노동의 부족을 나타내고 비성수기에 있어서는 확대된 부분이 축소된 것만큼 인원을 감소시켜야하므로 노사간의 불화와 기업공신력의 상실등을 야기시키게 되어 기업측이나 종업원측으로 보아서도 서로의 손실임에는 틀림없다. 따라서 이와 같은 문제는 합리적인 임금제도 및 영리의 결여에서 오는 것인 만큼 기업과 종업원에 공히 이득을 가져와 줄 수 있는 성과급제도의 도입적용에 시급히 필요하다고 하겠다.

전남 광양시에 위치한 대주기업은 항만하역업 분야에서 손꼽히는 우수 안전사업장이다. 위험요인이 많은 업종 특성에도 불구하고 2007년부터 2012년까지 무재해를 이어가고 있다. 대주기업이 처음부터 안전 명가로 이름을 떨친 것은 아니다. 지난 1995년 창립 후 2000년까지의 평균 재해율은 무려 2.22%에 이르렀고, 이로 인한 손실액은 1억7000만원에 달했다. 안전을 소홀히 해서는 결코 지속적인 성장을 이어갈 수 없음을 깨닫게 된 대주기업은 안전관리 강화에 박차를 가했고, 그 결과 2007년 목표했던 무재해를 달성할 수 있었다. 이런 놀라운 변화의 중심에는 노진수 대표이사가 있다. 실천형 안전전문가로 알려진 노 대표 이사는 안전경영의 솔선수범을 통해 대주기업을 안전명가의 반열에 올려놓았다. 이린 공로를 인정받아 지난 7월 열린 '제47회 산업안전보건강조주간' 기념식에서는 영예의 '동탑산업훈장'을 수상했다. 노 대표이사를 만나 그만의 안전철학에 대해 이야기를 나누어봤다.

IT 산업의 발전과 함께 Big-Data 와 보안은 빠른 속도로 발전하고 정보보호를 위해 다양한 시스템을 구축하는 것보다는 이를 연계하고 활용하는 것이 중요한 시대가 도래하였다. 한 기업이 가지고 있는 기업정보유출사고 등 다양한 해킹공격 또한 꾸준하게 증가되고 있다. 더불어 경제적 사회적인 손실이 증가되면서 국가 및 기업 상위 감사 기관은 정보보호 관련 법 제도를 제정하고 이를 강화하여 개정 하고 있다. 하지만, 물리적, 관리적, 기술적으로 연계된 통합 보안 관리 체계가 제대로 구현되지 않는다면 다양한 취약점을 통하여 기업 정보는 언제든 유출 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업에서 기 운영중인 정보보안 솔루션과 물리보안 솔루션이 효과적으로 통합 보안 관제가 가능한 IMP 플랫폼 구성설계 방안과 불법 침입 및 보안 사고 탐지를 위한 복합시나리오 설계 방안을 제시하여 실 적용 효과를 알아보고 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

With the fast development of the Internet and the increasing dependence on information infrastructures, companies are faced with various information security threats such as information leakages, modifications, and information breaches. South Korea is one of the leading countries in the Internet usage, but is ranked relatively low when it comes to information security. In fact, many Korean firms have suffered financial losses and damaged corporate images from the information security breaches. However, because of the difficulties in quantifying the costs of the information security breaches, Korean companies tend to delay their investment decisions on information security. The purpose of this study is to measure the cost of information security breach and the economic value of security investment using the event study methodology. Our results show that the announcement of an information security breach negatively influenced the market value of the corresponding company. The effect was statistically significant at the significance level of p=0.05. The breached companies lose, on average, 0.86% of their market values on the day of the announcement - an average loss in market capitalization of $55 million. On the other hand, the investment on information security had no effect on the stock price or the market value of the firm.

This paper investigates whether the announcement effect of seasoned equity offering is affected by management performance. We used Korean stock market data from 2000 to 2007 to analyze the possible relation between net income and seasoned equity offerings announcement effect. The sample of 308 firms are selected for the study from the original population of 750 seasoned equity offering announcements. and We analysis this article through event studty of Brown and J.Warner. We divide the data into two groups. - the previous offerings year's positive net income group and negative income group. Both positive and negative net income samples affect stock price positively. However, the CAR for the negative net income offerings becomes zero around 25days after the announcement date. To analyze the impact of accounting income on the seasoned equity offering announcement effects fully, we introduce a cross-sectional regression analysis by setting the cumulative abnormal returns as a dependant variable and net income as an explanatory variable. The beta coefficient of the net income shows a statistical significance. These results can be considered as an evidence to support our hypothesis.

This paper investigates the asymmetric effect of social sentimental on an individual stock price return. For this purpose, four companies such as POSCO, Korean Electricity, AMORE PACIFIC, KIA Motors are chosen from KOSPI listed companies in terms of dataperspective. The main estimation results are as follows: the positive opinions affect only the stock prices return of three companies while the negative opinions affect all of the companies. It shows that positive or negative texts give asymmetric effect on stock price return and the effect of negative opinions is bigger than that of positive opinions. The results imply that investors are more sensitive to the negatives since they have the tendency of loss aversion. Also, it indicates that subjective opinion on SNS can be used as the proxy for the investment sentiment.

ESCO 관리자교육(국제세미나)에서 CCI(Clinton Climate Initivative)의 아시아 지역 매니저 크리스토퍼 실리의 발표가 있었다. 그는 CCI에서 세계 40개 도시를 무대로 진행하고 있는 빌딩 개조 프로그램에 대해서 설명했다. 이 프로그램은 ESCO에서 중요시되는 합리성과 효율성이라는 두 가지 키워드와 맞물리면서 점점 시장을 확장시켰다. 특히 아직 ESCO 사업에 대한 인식이 부족한 아시아 국가에서 사업을 진행하는 것은 불모지에서 가능성을 발견하는 과정이었을 것이다. 낙후된 빌딩에서 발생할 수 있는 에너지 손실과 이산화탄소 배출을 분석하고 이를 토대로 최적의 공정을 제시하고 있는 CCI의 사업을 크리스토퍼 실리의 발표 자료를 바탕으로 소개한다.

‘참일슬’, ‘amycall’, ‘양파깡’까지 언뜻 들어보면 우리에게 많이 익숙하지만 무언가 다른 느낌의 이 상표들은 우리나라 제품의 상표 및 디자인을 모방하여 만들어진‘짝퉁’(가짜 상품) 제품들이다. 현재 중국이나 인도 등에서 한국산 상품을 모방한‘짝퉁’제품들이 활개를 치고 있다.이들 위조품들은 국내 기업들에게 경제적 손실을 안겨줄 뿐만 아니라 기업의 신용도에도 심각한 타격을 주고 있는 실정이다. 본고에서는 중국, 동남아 등에서 한국산 제품 및 포장 디자인을 모방한 짝퉁 제품을 살펴보도록 한다.

에스컬레이터의 고장 여부를 사전에 파악하는 것은 경제적 손실뿐만 아니라 인명 피해를 예방할 수 있어서 매우 중요하다. 실제 이러한 고장 예측을 위한 많은 딥러닝 알고리즘이 연구되고 있지만, 설비의 이상 데이터 확보가 어려워 모델 학습이 어렵다는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제의 해결 방안으로 비지도 학습 기반의 방법론 중 하나인 LSTM Autoencoder 알고리즘을 사용해 에스컬레이터의 이상을 탐지하는 모델을 생성했고, 최종 실험 결과 모델 성능 AUROC가 0.9966, 테스트 Accuracy가 0.97이라는 높은 정확도를 기록했다.
