대용량 고객의 전용선로는 건설을 고객이 하고, 유지보수 책임 또한 고객에게 있어, 잦은 전용선로 고장 및 변전소 정전시 대규모 손실 발생하는바, 대용량 기업고객과 한전간의 전력공급서비스체계를 분석하고, 문제점 파악 및 해외사례 조사를 통해 개선방안을 도출하고, 개선방안과 관련한 구체적인 Action Plan을 제시하여 최적의 전력인프라 구축과 효율적인 전기공급을 통해 친기업 환경을 조성하고 고객설비 신뢰도 향상을 통한 정전 및 고장시간 감소로 사회적인 손실을 최소화하여 국가경쟁력 제고에 기여코자 한다.

최근들어 경쟁력 확보의 한 방안으로 철저한 안전관리를 통한 기업손실 및 생산성 방지 방안이 주목받고 있다. 또한 주계약자공동도급 등 협력사 선정을 비롯해 건설공사 PQ 가산점과 관련된 재해예방활동 평가의 지표로 활용하기 위해 안전보건경영시스템 인증 취득이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. '안전보건경영시스템'은 재해예방과 기업손실 감소를 체계적으로 추진하기 위한 자율안전보건체계로서, 이 인증 취득을 통해 기업은 기업경영의 우수성을 객관적으로 평가받을 수 있으며 산업재해율을 현저히 낮출 수 있다. 우리나라의 경우 국내에서 통용되는 KOSHA18001과 국외에서 통용되는 OHSAS18001을 취득해 건설현장의 잠재적인 위험요소 및 안전사고 예방에 힘쓰고 있다. 지난호에 KOSHA18001의 전반적인 사항을 게재하였으나 OHSAS 인증을 취득한 회원사의 요청으로 이번호에는 안전보건경영시스템의 대표적인 두 인증에 대해 상호 비교해본다.

Recently, Environmental and Safety Management is approaching in order to reduce the loss cost of accidents in effect, efficiency, excellency. In the side that is a large production enemy of the industrialization times, Most companies are focused on decreasing the loss that can let their companies grow healthily than a productivity improvement. The this study analyzed a matter asked f3r basic requirements and continuous development of ISO14001, OHSAS18001, PSM, Responsible Care operating in petro-chemical industries basically, and developed a LCMCI(the Loss Control Management system for Continuous Improvement of the Petro-chemical Industries) fer continuous development of petro-chemical companies in order to be able to continuously manage a loss.

Companies make decisions with risks such as choosing an investment plan in order to pursue profits. This study explained the decision making of the management of construction companies in South Korea using the tendency to avoid losses in the Prospect Theory. To this end, 20-year financial data of 2,881 companies engaged in real estate development, which have to bear the greatest risk among the construction industry, were collected. The collected companies were roughly classified based on the reference point, and the causal relationship between average return on equity and risk preference by group was empirically analyzed through regression analysis. As a result, it was confirmed that if the average return on equity of a company decreases for the group above the reference point, it tends to select an investment plan with low uncertainty in order not to lose additional money. In addition, it was confirmed that if the average return on equity of a company decreases for the group below the reference point, it tends to select an investment plan with high uncertainty to move to the profit area. This result is exactly consistent with the loss aversion tendency of the Prospect Theory.

This study empirically investigated the relationship between workers' safety behavior and safety leadership, trust in leader, workers' involvement, and safety knowledge in the enterprise, and analyzed the role of the factors to identify and analyze factors that enhance workers' safety behavior that contribute to the prevention of major accidents in the enterprise. When industrial accidents occur, companies have to bear huge loss costs due to direct costs of compensating the victims and indirect costs such as human loss, material loss, production loss, and time loss. Based on the results of previous studies, this study investigated the effects of managerial safety leadership and workers' trust in leader on safety behavior through the mediation of workers' involvement and safety knowledge among production, technical, and labor workers in the manufacturing industry. Statistical analysis was conducted on 271 manufacturing workers using SPSS and PLS. The results showed that safety leadership and trust in leader can lead to workers' involvement and have a positive effect on workers' safety knowledge acquisition, which can lead to workers' safety behavior.

다양한 리스크문제가 발생하고 있는 기업 환경 속에서 세계선도 기업들은 이미 효과적인 리스크 관리시스템의 운영을 통하여 기업의 손실을 최소화함으로써 이윤을 극대화하고 있으나 우리 기업들은 아직 그렇지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국제규격인 ISO14971과 IEC62198, JIS Q 2001의 리스크 경영 규격을 중심으로 리스크 경영 시스템(Risk Management System : RMS)의 구성을 분석 비교한다. 각각의 규격에서 사용되는 적용범위, 용어 및 정의, 리스크 경영의 개념과 절차, 경영 시스템에 적용되는 기법들을 비교, 분석하여 우리 기업들이 가지고 있는 리스크문제를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 대안 모색을 가능하도록 하는 기초 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

최근 정보기술의 발달로 해킹 등 각종 보안위협이 증가하고 있으며 이는 기업 경영에 심각한 위협으로 다가오고 있다. 해킹을 당한 기업은 금전적인 손실과 더불어 기업 이미지에 심각한 타격을 입고 뒤늦게 정보보호의 중요성을 인식하여 보안 대책을 수립하고 있지만 주먹구구식 인 경우가 대부분이다. 본 논문에서는 기업의 중요자산과 정보시스템을 보호하기 위해 반드시 고려해야 할 보안관리 방안을 제시하고 SK텔레콤의 사례를 설명하려 한다.

고용노동부 산업재해분석 자료에 의하면 최근 5년간 (2006년~2010년)의 총 재해자수(사망자수) 472,329명(11,662명), 경제적 직접손실액 16,814,806백만원, 경제적 손실 추정액(직 간접) 84,074, 030백만원으로 인적 물적 손실이 크다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에는 산업안전보건법상의 안전관리자 선임된 사업장 211개소 대상으로 안전관리자의 직무특성에 따른 산업안전정책방향 이해도에 관한 조사를 하였다. 연구대상자의 기업체의 특성을 보면 지역별, 업종별, 규모별, 노조설립 여부에 따라 산업안전정책방향에 대한 인식도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 연구대상자의 직무특성을 보면 연령, 경력, 근무부서에 따라서도 산업안전정책방향에 대한 이해도 차이가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 기업체 산업안전관라자 직무특성에 따른 산업안전정책방향 이해도 분석을 통해 정부의 정책변화, 경영자 안전관리자의 안전의식 변화가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

EAI(Enterprise Application Integration : 전사적 애플리케이션 통합)는 기업간 또는 기업 내부의 다양하고 이질적인 시스템과 애플리케이션 그리고 비즈니스 프로세서를 통합 하는것[1]이며, 본 논문에서는 기존의 데이타 처리에서 발생하는 문제점인 수신측 장애시 데이터의 손실이 발생하는 것을 방지하기 위한 방법으로 C.M(Certificate Message)방식을 제안하였으며 이를 증명하기 위하여 Ledger File에 Confirm 되지않은 메시지를 보관하여 수신측의 장애 이거나 네트워크 장애에도 Data 손실을 방지하는, Review Ledger File 방식을 적용한 C API 프로그램으로 구현하여 증명함 으로써 수신측 상태가 정상적으로 된 경우에 송신측의 Ledger File 다시 읽어서 재송신하여 그 어떤 장애 상황에도 Data 손실됨을 방지하여 실시간 트랜잭션의 처리에 획기적인 방법을 제시하였고, 기존 EAI 시스템 개발시에 문제점으로 대두된 표준화된 개발 방법이 부재하여 개발 및 유지보수에 많은 비용이 발생한 것에 대하여 본 논문은 표준화 방법을 통하여 해결책을 제시하였고, 또한 Ledger File 및 데이타에 대한 모니터링 방법을 Cobol API 프로그램을 통하여 구현하여 실시간 장애 모니터링 방법을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 결론에서 앞으로의 발전방향에 대하여 논의한다.
