This study was conducted with a view to examining the determinants of the public library budget in the local governments of south korea. To the end, this study used the public library budget data and macro/micro environments data of 167 local governments in 2017. The analysis results shows that the determinants which have an effect on the public library budget are metropolitan area, the level of education, the population size of young adults in terms of the macro environment, and the number of users, books, and librarians in terms of the micro environment.

This study aims to analyze research trend of Web 2.0 use in education and to suggest directions for further studies. Sixty representative studies were selected and analyzed in terms of a developed framework of Web 2.0 based learning environments and an analysis scheme. This scheme is divided into five dimensions: research targets, research themes, types of Web 2.0 tools, learning theories and research methodology. The findings indicate that a majority of the previous studies aimed to share information and reflect thoughts in collaborative contexts through blogs and wikis at universities. Some implications were discussed for further studies.

지구온난화는 글로벌 최우선 과제로 급부상하고 있다. 지구온난화의 원인인 $CO_2$와 에너지 절감을 위해 현재 그린 IT 개념에 대해 활발히 논의 중이며 국가뿐만 아니라 기업에서도 그린 IT를 위해 다양한 노력을 하고 있지만 아직까지 교육기관의 그린 IT 관련 연구는 시작단계에 불과하다. 현재 초 중등학교에서 교육정보화 사업에 의한 IT 장비의 증가로 에너지 소비 및 $CO_2$ 배출 증가가 가속화되고 있기 때문에 IT를 도입하는 데 있어 그린화가 절대적으로 필요하다. 따라서 현재 출시되고 있는 그린 IT 제품 현황을 조사하여 학교에 보급된 IT 제품의 그린화 현황을 파악한다. 국내 외에서 설계 및 생산되는 IT 제품에 부여하는 각종 규제 및 지침과 IT관련 규제와 친환경적 속성을 평가하여 부여하는 환경마크제도 등을 조사 분석하여 이를 토대로 우리나라 초 중등학교에서 그린 IT 제품 도입 시에 필요한 가이드라인을 개발하였다.

초등학교 수학과의 학습은 학습자의 구체적인 조작을 통해서 이루어져야 하나 현재 웹을 통하여 학습할 수 있는 수와 연산 영역의 학습 프로그램은 대부분 단순한 수의 나열이거나 프로그램에서 제공하는 학습 내용을 따라해 보는 수준에 그치고 있다. 구체적인 조작을 할 수 있는 자바 애플릿을 제작하려고 해도 초등학생의 인지 단계 및 교육과정에 적합한 수와 연산 클래스가 체계화되어 있지 않아 클래스의 사용에 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수와 연산 영역의 교육과정을 분석하여 객체를 정의하고, 객체의 속성과 메소드를 분석하여 클래스를 구성한 후 클래스 사이의 관계를 파악하여 클래스 계층구조를 설계하였다.

This study aims to give insight into better understanding how service quality influences customers' attitude and behavior in terms of loyalty as well as how its effects vary by the types of restaurants (family restaurants or fast food restaurants). The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, perceived service quality, which consists of food, service, menu and atmosphere, made a significant impact on customer satisfaction for food, menu, atmosphere, and service, respectively. Second, the study examined how perceived service quality affected future expectations, and found only food turned out to be a significant factor. Third, customer satisfaction affected future satisfaction and customer loyalty, and it had a greater impact on attitudinal loyalty than behavioral loyalty. Fourth, future satisfaction affects customer loyalty, and it had a greater impact on attitudinal loyalty than behavioral loyalty. Fifth, the study examined how service quality, customer satisfaction and future expectation affected attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty differently by different types of the food service industry (family restaurants or fast food restaurants) and found out there were some differences in the effects of customer satisfaction on behavioral loyalty and the future expectations and attitudinal loyalty on behavioral loyalty. The marketing implication is that service providers should be one step ahead in understanding the service quality perceived by customers (food, service, menu, and atmosphere). In addition, they should understand that establishing long-tenn relationships with customers by providing high quality service bas a direct impact on their business performance. Furthermore, management in family restaurants and fast food restaurants should include the improvement of service quality in their employee training programs.

As information and communication technologies (ICTs) has been developed, it is getting more important for internet users to consider many security issues (e.g., privacy protection). In this paper we claims that animation contents make a positive influence on teaching such computer securities, and investigate what features of animation contents will be the most important relationships with performance of the teaching process. Once we have obtained the survey results from students, two main features (i.e., characters and plots) of the animation contents have positively influenced the performance of e-learning systems.

The conjoint analysis is widely accepted in the field of marketing as a way to understand and incorporate the structure of customer preferences into the new product design process. We apply the conjoint analysis for understanding preferences about after school computer courses in elementary schools. We show that the artificial neural network analysis in addition to the conjoint analysis is very useful to understand the needs of elementary school students about after school computer courses.

Purpose: This study tested a model of hospice volunteer's motivations and outcomes to encourage more volunteer workers to participate in hospice care. Methods: This included 200 volunteers who attended the Autumn Conference in 2007 and 132 volunteers from five hospice organizations. Results: Volunteers' existential well-being affected an endogenous variable of volunteers' participation in volunteer activities. The durability of volunteer activity was affected by value motivation, the level of participation in volunteer activities and the level of job satisfaction. For volunteers' job satisfaction level, valid endogenous variables included existential well-being, social motivation, understanding motivation and value motivation. The durability of volunteer activities was indirectly affected through three different paths. Volunteers' existential well-being determined the level of their participation in volunteer activities, which in turn affected the durability of such activities. Social motivation influenced volunteers' job satisfaction, and then the durability of volunteer activities. Volunteers' understanding of motivation also influenced their job satisfaction, and then the durability of volunteer activities. Conclusion: Based on these results, this study proposes that the durability of volunteers activities could be improved by developing a program to improve volunteers' well-being and by providing volunteers with education on altruistic values, encouraging them to seek intellectual growth, and advocating them to continue volunteer activities based on close relationships with other volunteers.

This paper is to explore considerations in authority control to accommodate LRM nomen entities through the literature reviews, the analysis of RDA rules, and the opinion survey of domestic catalog experts. As a result, for authority control, considerations were proposed in the aspect of nomen's attribute elements, catalog description, and MARC authority format. First, it is necessary to describe in as much detail as possible the category, the scheme, intended audience, the context of use, the reference source, the language, the script, the script conversion as the attributes of the nomen with the status of identification, note, and indifferentiated name indicators added in RDA. Second, the description method of attribute elements and relational elements of nomen can be unstructured, structured, identifier, and IRI as suggested in RDA, and vocabulary encoding scheme (VES) and string encoding scheme (SES) should be written for structured description, Also, cataloging rules for structuring authorized access points and preferred names/title should be established. Third, an additional expansion plan based on Maxwell's expansion (draft) was proposed in order to prepare the MARC 21 authority format to reflect the LRM nomen. (1) The attribute must be described in 4XX and 5XX so that the attribute can be entered for each nomen, and the attributes of the nomen to be described in 1XX, 5XX and 4XX are presented separately. (2) In order to describe the nomen category, language, script, script conversion, context of use, and date of usage as a nomen attribute, field and subfield in MARC 21 must be added. Accordingly, it was proposed to expand the subfield of 368, 381, and 377, and to add fields to describe the context of use and date of usage. The considerations in authority control for the LRM nomen proposed in this paper will be the basis for establishing an authority control plan that reflects LRM in Korea.

Until now, the ICT have played an important role to overcome various limitations in education. The development of ICT has influenced for the changing methods of teaching and learning such as Computer-based education, Internet-based education, e-Learning. Lately, the expectation of educational evironment's changing is due to developing of the ubiquitous computing technology, it's vigorously going to be studying and implementing digital textbook including the ubiquitous features as mobility, intelligence, personality etc. the UDL is well-known as a strategy for teaching and learning using technology in the USA, first, to try understand the UDL, second, recommand the strategies in order to improve accessibility of korean digital textbook.
