Any switching function can be constructed with universal building block of MAND gate. Threelevel AND-NOT logic networks with only true inputs are called TANT networks. Systematic approach to TANT minimization starts from the UF type minterm with the smallest subscript and ends when UF type minterms are all covered. Optinal PEI is composed of CPPI or EPPi without C-C table. The algorithm in this work is usful in solving TANT optimization porblem of four or five variables by hand solution. When variable are six or more, it is required to be solved by computer, A CAD software package of this algorithm with FORTRAN IV language is made to solve such problems.

최근의 글로벌 IT시장은 HW 중심에서 SW 모바일 중심으로 급속히 변화하고 있으며, SW, PC, 휴대폰 등 비교적 명확했던 IT 경계가 사라지고 융합화 되고 있어, SW산업은 IT 산업 전체의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 기반산업으로서 그 역할이 확대되고 있다. 그러나, 2010년말 국내 SW시장은 세계시장의 2.0%(임베디드SW 포함)에 불과하며, 적지 않은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 첫째, SW시장질서가 공정하지 못하며 생태계가 왜곡되어 있다. 둘째, 인력 기술 창업 등 SW산업의 기초체력이 미흡하다. 셋째, 임베디드시스템 경쟁력 부족으로 융합 시장이 활성화되어 있지 못하다. 넷째, 협소한 국내 시장을 넘어 글로벌 시장에 도전하는 기업가 정신이 부족하다. 이러한 상황에서 젊은 인재와 SW전문기업이 글로벌 시장에 도전하고 성공할 수 있는 생태계를 조성하기 위해 2011년 10월 27일 제102차 비상경제대책회의에 "공생발전형 SW생태계 구축 전략"이 상정되어 확정되었다. 동 전략의 기본 방향은 1) IT서비스 대기업 중심의 시장 질서를 전문 중소기업 중심으로 전환, 2) 패키지 SW 임베디드SW를 우리 경제의 사활이 걸린 분야로 선정하고, 핵심경쟁력 제고여건 조성에 있다. 이를 위한 추진과제로 SW공정 거래 질서 확립, SW기초체력강화, SW융합 활성화가 추진될 계획이며, 또한 정책의 지속적인 수행을 위한 재원 마련 방안 및 추진 체계를 확보함으로써, 공생발전형 SW생태계 구축의 새로운 전기가 마련될 것이다.

SCADA 시스템은 대개 생산 공정을 감시하고 제어하는데 사용되는 소프트웨어 패키지로써, 대부분 대규모 플랜트 상태를 감시하고 제어하기 위해 사용된다. 특히, 전력, 댐 철도, 원자력 등과 같은 주요 핵심기반시설에서 이를 활용한다. 기존 SCADA 시스템은 일반적으로 분리된 독자적 네트워크상에서 존재했기 때문에 보안에 소홀할 수밖에 없었다. 그러나 최근 기업정보시스템과의 연동 필요성으로 인해 아주 적게나마 원격에서 접속가능한 지점이 존재하고 이로 인한 취약성이 드러나고 있다. 이처럼 외부 공격에서의 취약성 분석을 통한 연구는 현재 진행 중에 있지만, 물리적인 접속을 통한 RTU Master와 Slave의 데이터를 직접적인 변조에 대한 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있다. Modbus RS485통신을 사용하는 SCADA 시스템의 특성상 RTU Master와 Slave는 RJ11 케이블을 통해 1km까지도 연결될 수 있는 상황이므로, 이러한 케이블에 물리적인 접속을 통하여 데이터를 Sniffing하고 Spoofing하는 것이 가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 물리적인 접속을 통한 데이터 변조 공격에 대비하기 위하여 RSS를 활용한 보안 향상 방안에 대하여 연구하였고, 이러한 데이터 변조 공격을 검출해 낼 수 있는 모니터링 시스템에 대하여 제안하였다.

Overseas literatures on the subject discussed so far have used the samples of tangible products and domestic studies have not limited the ranges of respondents while discussing the characteristics of the products. In the meanwhile, this paper has chosen intangible IT products as its research subject because IT area is an emerging industry in the 21st century. In addition, it has also limited the research samples to the buyers of the game software package products in order to enhance the reliability of respondency and the involvement. The results can be summarized as follows : Firstly, involvement acts as a moderator in the fair price and value of product as well as willingness to buy. Secondly, involvement acts as a moderator in the highest price and value of product as well as willingness to buy. Finally, involvement acts a moderator in the lower price and value of product.

Nowadays, double-system of TFM(Track-side Functional Modules) developed instead of single-system in use of high speed line to acquisition more availability. Safety Law for Railroad recommend to quality certification of development and general railway machines. It is important to select metrics which form the bases for testing software products. A number of package software development part do not open source cords, so testing external characteristic vectors having relationship with metrics. In this paper, review the process for the TFM Point Modules, Universal Modules and Switchers, think about the test methode of circuit boards output performance by using TFM tester and Simulators.

최근 인터넷 수요의 증가로 통신망에서 음성, 영상 및 데이터(data)를 복합적으로 지원할 수 있는 멀티서비스(multiservice)의 교환 기술이 필수적이다. 또한 망 사업자들이 여러 벤더(vendor)들로부터 최적의 장비를 선택하여 망을 구축할 수 있도록 통신 장비들의 상호 운용성을 지원하는 개방형 구조의 망 및 스위치 시스템(switch system)을 정의하는 작업이 필요하다. 페트리 넷(Petri Nets)은 시스템(system)을 분석하기 위한 도구로서, 시스템은 페트리 넷 이론에 의해 시스템의 수학적 표현인 페트리 넷으로 설계될 수 있다. CPN(Colored Petri Nets)은 페트리넷의 확장형으로서, 토근(token)에 칼라를 부여하여 다양한 특성을 지닌 시스템을 표현하기에 적합하다. Design/CPN은 CPN의 사용을 지원하는 소프트웨어 패키지(software package)이다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 멀티서비스 교환 시스템의 핵심으로 스위치와 제어기(Controller) 사이의 표준 프로토콜인 GSMP(General Switch Management Protocol) 프로토콜을 Design/CPN 으로 변환하고, 이로부터 시험열을 생성한다.

The idea of redundancy is used in order to improve the availability of networks and systems and there are various methods for implementing redundancy. To perform the availability analysis various stochastic models have been used. In this paper, 2N redundancy with one active service unit and one standby service unit is considered. To evaluate the expected availability, we model 2N redundancy using Stochastic Reward Nets. This model can be solved using the SPNP package.

This paper discusses choice of loans problem(CLP) that is to minimize annual payment from which bank's borrows in multi-banks multi-nations with distinct interests. For the CLP, there is impossible to obtain the optimal solution actually without the help of mathematical software package as linear programming(LP). This paper applies the method used in transportation problem(TP) that finds initial feasible solution with selects minimum interest first, least cost method(LCM), to CLP. Result of experiment, the proposed algorithm can be obtains the optimal solution with at most two exchange optimization for LCM's initial feasible solution.

The linear assignment problem (LAP) and linear bottleneck assignment problem (LBAP) has been unknown the algorithm to solve the optimal solution within polynomial-time. These problems are classified by NP-hard. Therefore, we can be apply metaheuristic methods or linear programming (LP) software package or Hungarian algorithm (HA) with O(m⁴) computational complexity. This paper suggests polynomial time algorithm with O(mn)=O(m²),m=n time complexity to LAP and LBAP. The select-delete method is simply applied to LAP, and the delete-select method is used to LBAP. For the experimental data without the unique algorithm can be apply to whole data, the proposed algorithm can be obtain the optimal solutions for whole data.

This paper deals with the optimization problem that decides the number of advertising for any media among various medium to maximize the perception quality index of new product meets the given budget and over the minimum reached people constraints. For this problem, there is only in used the mathematical approach as linear programming (LP) software package and has been unknown the polynomial time algorithm. In this paper we suggest the heuristic algorithm with O(nlog n)time complexity to solve the optimal solution for this problem. This paper suggests the evaluation index to select the media most economically-efficient way and decides the media and the number of advertisement. While we utilize Excel, the proposed algorithm can be get the same optimal solution as LP for experimental data.
