본 논문은 국내.외적으로 심각한 유해정보로 인한 피해를 막고자 개발된 유해사이트 차단 소프트웨어들의 동향과 문제점들을 제시해 새로운 유해사이트 차단 소프트웨어 개발에서 구현해야 할 부문에 대해 제시했다. 각 소프트웨어들은 독창적인 기능들을 보유하고 있으나 기능상의 문제점을 안고 있다. 유해 정보 차단 기술을 바탕으로 만들어진 유해 차단 소프트웨어들은 사용된 기술에 따라 차단 목록 기반의 선별 기술을 사용한 소프트웨어는 차단 목록의 주기적인 갱신이 어려움이 있고 불건전 사이트에 노출 위험이 상대적으로 크며, 용 목록 기반의 선별 기술에서는 접근할 수 있는 사이트가 극히 제한적이라는 것이며, 내용 등급기반의 선별 기술은 해당 사이트의 모든 정보를 차단하므로 유익한 정보까지 차단한다. 차단 목록 기반의 선별 기술과 허용 목록 기반의 선별 기술은 지속적인 데이터베이스의 갱신이 필요하다. 내용 등급 기반의 선별 기술은 아직까지는 웹사이트의 99%이상이 등급 표시가 없으나 앞으로는 등급 시스템과 등급 표시제를 강화해 등급에 따른 유해사이트 차단이 이루어져야 하며 그러기 위해서는 현재로는 부모의 역할에 의해 이루어지는 것을 웹 문서에 등급정보가 반드시 삽입되도록 하는 강제적인 방법이 동원되어야 하며 브라우저 상에서 등급 정보가 없는 사이트에 대해서는 볼 수 없도록 차단하는 방법이 유해사이트를 차단하는데 효과적일 것이다.

소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트가 복잡, 대형화되어 프로젝트 품질이 매우 중요해짐에 따라 소프트웨어 개발 업체의 개발 능력 수준을 객관적으로 평가하기 위하여 CMM모형이 참조되고 있다. 소프트웨어 개발 업체들은 과다한 비용을 투자하며 CMM등급을 인증받기 위하여 노력하고 있으나 CMM 인증의 신뢰성에 대하여 문제가 제기되고 있는 상황에서 CMM등급 인증이 프로젝트 품질 성과에 차이를 나타내는지의 연구와 CMM등급 인증과 기업 문화의 적합이 프로젝트 성과에 차이를 나타내는지에 대하여 적합 구조 이론을 참조하여 연구하였다. 연구 결과, CMM인증 등급별로 해당 조직에서 수행한 프로젝트의 품질 성과에 유의한 차이가 존재하고, 특히 CMM인증과 기업 문화 수준이 적합되어질 때 프로젝트의 품질 성과에 유의한 차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다.

The software architecture is an essential part of a software-intensive system. In addition, the architecture evaluation is a very important process and a cheap way to avoid a software disaster. This article introduces a new method to evaluate architecture by maturity levels. Maturity Models which are about software and software process, have gained wide scale acceptance over the last decade. We are applying these techniques to the software architecture and propose SW(Software Architecture Maturity appraisal Model). SAMM consists of six-levels. We expect that our maturity model SAMM describe the requirements that any architecture must have in order to improve its software architecture design and constitute a proven architecture within which to manage the improvement efforts. We can reduce our effort to design architecture, have a guideline to construct the high qualify architecture with SAMM, and evaluate architecture and make architecture level.

As interest in functional safety has recently increased, application of functional safety standards has been required in various industrial fields. A functional safety standard is a document that defines functional safety-related activities required to prevent system malfunctions. All activities defined in this standard are required differentially according to the classification results calculated through the risk analysis and assessment of the system. In the field of domestic weapon systems, there is a manual for the development and management of weapon system software issued by the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA ). This manual requires static and dynamic analysis of software for functional safety related activities. However, the manual does not specifically address the classification activity through risk analysis and assessment as required for the preceding activities. Therefore, in this study, we analyze the problems of the manual based on the representative functional safety standards, and propose improvement plans.

IT산업이 발달하고 고도화 됨에 따라 소프트웨어가 차지하는 비중이 점차 높아지고 있다. 국내의 경우 정보통신부가 2001년 하반기부터 소프트웨어업체 사업자 평가제도를 도입/시행 중으로 이에 따라 소프트웨어 개발/관리 조직들은 소프트웨어 품질 평가 심사모형인 5티CE 및 CMM의 등급 인증획득과 등급 상향을 위해 큰 관심과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 이중 SPICE 인증의 신뢰성이나 효과에 대한 충분한 검증 및 연구가 이루어 지고 있지 않아, 본 논문에서는 특히 SPICE 등급을 인증받은 조직이 비인증 조직과 비교하여 품질 및 성과에 차이를 보이는지 조사하였다. 자료수집의 한계에도 불구하고 본 논문을 통해 SPICE 인증 조직이 비인증 조직보다. 프로젝트 품질 성과 및 조직성과 측면에서 어떤 개선효과를 거두고 있는지 특히 피심사부서의 담당관련자들을 중심으로 조사, 분석하여 그 결과를 요약하였다.

This study is a leading research project to develop an automatic grade decision making algorithm of a 6-years-old fresh ginseng. For this work, we developed a Ginseng image acquiring instrument which can take 4-direction's images of a Ginseng at the same time and obtained 245 jingen images using the instrument. The 12 parameters were extracted for each image by a manual way. Lastly, 4 parameters were selected depending on a Ginseng grade classification criteria of KGC Ginseng research institute and a survey result which a distribution of averaging 12 parameters. A pattern recognition classifier was used as a support vector machine, designed to "k-class classifier" using the OpenCV library which is a open-source platform. We had been surveyed the algorithm performance(Correct Matching Ratio, False Acceptance Ratio, False Reject Ratio) when the training data number was controlled 10 to 20. The result of the correct matching ratio is 94% of the $1^{st}$ ginseng grade, 98% of the $2^{nd}$ ginseng grade, 90% of the $3^{rd}$ ginseng grade, overall, showed high recognition performance with all grades when the number of training data are 10.

Quality of software development project is very important In complex and large domestic soft ware markets. CMM level certification evaluates duality of software development project at present. Therefore, software development company endeavor for acquisition of CMM certification, level up CMM and organization's competitive power But, today confidentiality of CMM certification come into question, an exploratory study undertake about difference of software project quality and organization performance between CMM certificated organization and no-CMM certificated organization. Two organizations different partially. First of all, incremental improvement of software project process takes precedence of CMM certification. It is better to fit between culture of organization and CMM certification for project quality.

한 해 100만건 이상의 모바일 게임이 출시되고 있으며, 게임 수가 많은 만큼 게임물 등급 관리에 있어서 객관적이고 투명한 업무처리는 필수적이다. 그러나 현재 사업자 자체 등급분류는 오직 게임 개발사가 제출한 서류에 의존하며, 사후 모니터링을 통해 제재하는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 사전에 폭력성 유뮤를 식별할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Cloud Vision API를 활용하여 프레임 수를 설정하고 해당 프레임에 대한 폭력성 정도를 수치로 출력하여 해당 영상에 문제 유무를 사전에 식별할 수 있도록 돕는 시스템에 대해 기술한다. 이 시스템을 통해 게임물관리위원회 인력과 예산 한계로 인해 계속 불거지고 있는 연 100만 건에 달하는 등급분류 처리의 정확성과 사후 모니터링에 효과가 있을 것이다.

원전 안전계통에 적용될 PLC는 엄격한 내진, 전자파, 내환경 시험기준을 만족해야 하며, 원전 안전등급에 부합되는 안전성 및 신뢰성을 만족해야 한다. 전 세계에서 안전계통에 적용될 PLC는 Siemens 의 Teleperm XS, Invensys 의 Triconex, WestingHouse 의 AC-160 이 있으며, 국내에서는 원전 안전계통 개발시 전적으로 이들 PLC 수입에 의존하고 있다. 현재 한국원자력연구소와 국내 PLC 제조회사간에 공동과제를 통해 안전등급 PLC 개발을 수행하고 있으며, 본 논문에서는 개발될 PLC 의 설계기준과 개발된 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 사양 등 개발현황에 대해 기술한다.
