A Study on the Effects of Communication Using Facebook on Organization Culture and Emotional Labor : Focusing on K Quasi Non-Governmental Organization (페이스북을 활용한 조직 내 소통이 조직문화와 감정노동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : K기관 사례를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of communication using Facebook on perceived organization culture and emotional labor perceived by members. Data were collected from 101 office workers for a quasi-governmental organization located in Seoul. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows: the usage of Facebook as a communication tool within an organization had positive effects on the clan culture, adhocracy culture, hierarchy culture, and market culture. Also it had positive effects on frequency and variety of emotional display. This is the first empirical study focused on the emotional labor for office workers, and the findings of this study will provide an insight to design and develop an efficient communication method within organization.

  • 정보사회와 함께 무선 인터넷이 발달하고 모바일 기기를 이용해 많은 정보들이 교류되면서 교육분야에서도 모바일기기 및 첨단 매체들이 활용되고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 자폐아동의 의사소통 기능을 향상시키기 위하여 여러 논문을 성찰하여 강화된 환경중심 언어중재 (Enhanced Milieu Teaching : EMT)를 활용하여 의사소통을 신장시킬 수 있는 모바일 프로그램을 설계하였다. EMT는 아동의 기능적 의사소통을 촉진하는 환경 조절 전략과 상호작용을 촉진하는 반응적 상호전략을 결합하여 중재하는 것으로서 본 시스템의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교생활에서 의미있게 반복될 수 있는 5가지 상황을 주제 내용으로 선정하여 의사소통 목표어와 상황의 유기적인 관련성을 갖고 의사소통 능력을 학습하고 효과를 높일 수 있도록 설계하였다. 둘째, 시간과 공간의 제약을 벗어날 수 있는 모바일 시스템을 활용하여 무한하게 반복할 수 있음으로써 의사소통 목표어의 일반화에 도달할 수 있는 시간을 절약할 수 있다. 셋째, 학습자의 수준에 따른 개별적, 수준별 STEP을 제공하며, 의미 있는 상황을 통해 의사소통 목표어를 학습하게 되므로 자폐성 아동의 자발적 의사소통에도 긍정적인 영향을 제공할 수 있다.

  • The mobile phone is a medium of mobility in the sense that it makes possible anytime, anywhere communications. It is also a medium of privatism as it opens for the users an exclusive communication space that marks private territoriality. These two characteristics associated with the mobile phone are usually interpreted as part of its technical properties and convenience it provides to the users. But mobility is offered not just for the sake of mobility, nor privatism is for the sake of privatism. There are certain social and political economic conditions that enhance and even force us to be mobile and private. The mobile phone symbolizes this kind of world order in which mobility and privatism condition our social life-world.

  • This Study analyzes gameness in SNS. SNS is not only communication tool for real life but also game like media for the experimental fiction. As the media like games, SNS meets 6 classic game features. After the Tatradic analysis, Expressive and manipulation rules move SNS paidia direction, player's effort and negotiable outcome are obsolesced. Player's attachment is enhanced and in SNS, the tradition of MUD retrieves abstract ground with representative expression. As following result, SNS is able to extend its own area to the player's creative world for the possible. SNS is the media like games.

  • This study focused on the difference of the volume of sanitory pad issue and The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between the characteristics of SNS and the diffusion of issue in the process of crisis issue. SNS is categorized into communication diffusion, communication restriction,, diffusion, restriction base on the media interactivity and the user interactivity, In case of Twitter, media interactivity is low and user interactivity is low. In case of Youtube, media interactivity and user interactivity are all high. Crisiss issue is interactively diffused via Youtube compared to via Twitter. There was a negative public opinion in social media even if the government and the manufacturer said that there was no harm in the sanitary goods. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of social media environment in the diffusion of information. The government prepared for the use of SNS in crisis because there was a negative opinion on the government and the manufacturer via SNS.

  • Today, art education needs education of media image production or media in the extended field. The purpose of this study is to develop the basic visual grammar and communication ability. We developed and applied the teaching plan for the interview video production as the fusion lesson. 3 classes were conducted for 30 middle school students. The results obtained through the analysis of the pre & post questions and student works are as follows. First, the students used the shot size and stable composition through the interview video production. As a result, this class was effective for the acquisition of the basic video grammar. Second, students improved their ability to ask and listen, understand and organize through interview. As a result, students were able to apply the basic video grammar through the interview video production lesson, effectively producing the interview image.
