Industrial design, as a traditional meaning, is based on the method of production by machine beginning with the Industrial Revolution. At present, the identity of design is in confusion with the development of computer and related medium technology. The new wave called 'cyber' has doubts about the hypothesis in the method of production by machine as the production method by machine had doubts about the hypothesis of the production method by handicraft long before. This thesis is a study on how computers and new media, such as virtual reality, change our environments and susceptibilities of life and design culture. The thesis is going to dismantle and reorganize the material-oriented classification based on the production method by machine through the discussion on cyberspace and culture, image. and text, virtual image and reality, and so on. Eventually this study finds out a topography and identity of the design in this changing age.
In this study, the strain rate dependent tensile and compressive properties of PP-LGF and TPO was investigated under the high strain rate by using the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB). The SHPB is the most widely used apparatus to characterize dynamic mechanical behavior of materials at high strain rates between 100 s-1 and 10,000 s-1. The SHPB test is based on the wave propagation theory which was developed to give the stress, strain and strain rate in the specimen using the strains measured in the incident and transmission bars. In addition, to verify the strain data obtained from SHPB, the specimen was photographed with a high-speed camera and compared with the strain data obtained through the Digital Image Correlation (DIC).
This study aims to propose the directions of design strategies and product development by analyzing the style types and design features of sneakers using the knitted upper which has been rapidly increasing due to merits in a variety of aspects including goods, production and marketing aspects. To this end, this study analyzed total 924 style types which had been gaining popularity in online markets and brand products drawing attention in the sneaker market with the knitted upper and their design features. In accordance with the analysis results, uniqueness was identified as the first merit. The unique hybrid style and design of sneakers with the knitted upper have been established without complying with the conventional materials and production techniques. The next merit was multimodality. The sneakers with the knitted upper create multiple images highlighting each feature of colors and materials by mixing those elements in various ways. The third merit was experimentality. The sneakers with the knitted upper have been attempted decisive change of designs by combining more engineering approach and new materials and techniques than existing sneakers. In these days when the sneaker market has been gradually expanded, the analysis results of this study reflecting the industrial trends will provide the fundamental data for a variety of research activities related to shoes and for the direction of brand planning in the relevant industries.
After comparing three video dramas based on Yoon Sim-duk and Kim Woo-jin, this paper intensively explores the movie Praise of Death(1991), which has the most meaningful traits in embodying the characters, focusing on the relationship with the previous works of the director or an actress. The movie Yoon Sim-duk(1969) focuses on meiodramatic narrative around the issue like love triangle or a relationship between out-of-wedlock woman and the wife of one man. The TV drama Praise of Death(2018) is pursuing ideal youth genre between attractive two lovers adorning even the suffering of the Japanese occupation with customary visual image. In comparison, the movie Praise of Death(1991) focuses on visual beauty, while overlaps the agony of two characters as pioneering artists with frustrated love narrative. In the process, this film reveals two-sided characteristics, especially the heroine, compared to the other two. She shows a rift between the passivity for the salvation of man and the activity of choosing even the fall of her own life. In order to examine this trait, we have to explore the other works which affect the movie Praise of Death. This came from the tendency director Kim Ho-sun and actress Jang Mi-hee had built in 1970s films. It also relates in the movies Jang Mi-hee had worked with director bae Chang-ho in the 1980s. The tendency to show a pursuit of classical cultures in the field of popular movies, and to overlap the problems of desire, including sexuality, with mental and intellectual issues, continues from the previous films to the movie Praise of Death for shaping a main female character. This study results in examining the movie Praise of Death in two contexts. One is the context of three video dramas having same materials, Yoon Sim-duk and Kim Woo-jin. And other is the context of the works that director Kim Ho-sun and actress Jang Mi-hee have continued together, or the works that Jang Mi-hee have continued with director Bae Chang-ho. Until now, Yoon Sim-duk and Kim Woo-jin has been used as a material for cultural contents in the various genres over and over again. Under this circumstance, by looking at this movie, one of representative case dealing with Yoon and Kim, in the complex context, it can reaffirm the effect and difficulty in fictionalisation of them as a subject matter.

This study aims to provide suggestions for effective human resource management at the organization level, by considering the psychological and behavioral attributes of hospital employees. Employees at 4 general hospitals, 5 hospitals, 7 convalescent hospitals, and 7 psychiatric hospitals were surveyed. A three-step model adjustment return analysis was performed using mean centering methods to the moderating effect of organizational performance recognition, for analyzing the relationship between job value and organization value. Assessing the relationship between job value and organization value revealed that awareness of customer response effort and awareness of hospital image has a moderating effect amongst hospital nurses. Considering the administrative employees of hospitals, awareness of customer response effort had negative moderating effect, whereas awareness of hospital image had positive moderating effect. In nurses of convalescent hospitals, awareness of customer response effort had positive moderating effect, but awareness of growth and competitiveness, and awareness of hospital image, had negative moderating effect. Taken together, our results indicate that depending on the hospital type and occupation, the effect of adjustment of organizational performance recognition when considering the relationship between job value and recognition of organization value by hospital employees, is varied.
'Spectacles' and 'factuality' provided by computer technology are strengths of CG animation to still lure the audience and after commercial success of a number of theatrical CG animations whose typical producing companies are PIXAR and DreamWorks, were produced to be commercially successful and they win massive popularity even now. In Korea as well, several works tried to achieve a box office success including , , etc. but the result was truly miserable. In the past, this failure was often attributed to a lack of 'technical expertise', but it became clear that in the process of continuous trial and error, 'narrative' and 'images of imagination' which are bases and characteristics of animation are key elements of commercial success. Actually, statistics indicate that narrative is what is considered to be the most important by the audience when they select animation and its importance is so absolute that they say the most significant thing in animation is 'story.' In particular, it can be said that 'characters', 'situations', and 'ideas' play a key role in them which become elements of the story. This paper studied with what characteristics each animation aroused pleasure and fun focused on characters, situations and images in relation to , , and which are American theatrical CG animation films which succeeded in gaining popularity home and abroad. We hope that analysis in this paper will be helpful even just a little bit as a reference material, which allows domestic writers and producers to develop familiar and characteristic works based on imagination and creativity expressing each work's unique personality and characteristics.

This is a case study of corporate culture marketing to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the death of Steve Jobs on October 5, 2021. Corporate culture marketing seeks to derive cultural consumer values through Steve Jobs' fandom, and to increase corporate brand image and achieve profits. According to Big Data, Steve Jobs' brand image was derived from 'Innovation', 'First', 'Creativity', 'Change', and 'Design'. So, the relationship between Spigen convergence culture space 'SpigenHall', which is highly related to Steve Jobs' brand image, and the opera , which is made of the material of former Apple CEO Steve Jobs, is analyzed with big data and culture. We investigated the opinions of content experts. SpigenKorea and the digital opera are designed to provide Steve Jobs' story of joy and sorrow, offer VIP members' premium services, press publicity is 'the first in Korea', GangNam's suitable for famous celebrity performance venues and cultural and artistic venues 'SpigenHall', the revenue of the performance ticket was selected as a donation. This study is suitable for researching the life story of male CEOs and planning a cultural city. The limitations of the study need to analyze various works by genre and attempt to analyze consumer values according to the industry.

The purpose of this study is to explore the necessity and method of the development of modern digital image contents using the story of the literary work 'Guunmong'' by Kim Man-joong. Collective intelligence technique is one of the most recommended. Today, most cultural content development is achieved through the application of digital technology through collaboration of various people from the planning stage to the completion stage. Most prototypes of local cultural contents are developed based on the literary works of artists from the region or background of the region on the works. These local cultural resources can be developed into experiential tourism products and used for the development of local cultural industry. This study first examines the availability of collective intelligence method as a way to effectively develop local cultural contents, and proposes application of image-telling technique and using web-toon characters in digital image contents development. In order to prove the practical applicability of the proposed method, we present an example of cultural contents development of 'Guunmong'. Finally, we propose a new business model based on collective intelligence to develop a system of creation and distribution of the cultural contents through the continuous collaboration.
This study aims to find out the effect of attributes for selecting physical education institutions for preschooler by the director of early childhood education institutions on relationship quality and loyalty. The subjects were 254 directors of early childhood education institutions, which offer visiting physical education of physical education institutions for preschooler located in Busan and Gyeongnam Province, using convenience sampling method. 244 questionnaires of them were used for analysis. First, among attributes for selecting physical education institutions for preschooler recognized by the directors of early childhood education institutions, instructors qualification and the image of the institution had a positive influence on relationship satisfaction and all the four variables of early childhood education institutions directors' attributes had a positive effect on relationship trust. Second, among the four variables of attributes for selecting physical education institutions for preschooler recognized by the directors of early childhood education institutions, instructors qualification, tuition fee, and the image of the institution had a positive influence on loyalty. Third, both the two variables of relationship quality of the director of early childhood education institutions toward preschool physical education institutions had a positive influence on loyalty.

A self-administered survey was conducted in dental hygiene students at colleges or universities in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province to provide basic data necessary to suggest standards for the direction of career for dental hygiene students and construct desirable image of dental hygienists. The data were collected from February to May 2013; with the exception of 46 questionnaires containing insincere responses, 1,679 were finally analyzed using SPSS/Win 18.0, drawing the following conclusion: The freshmen showed higher levels of regret for selection and enrollment recommendation than the sophomores, juniors, or seniors and the sophomores, juniors, and seniors showed higher levels of willingness to change courses than the freshmen; thus, those in lower grades showed higher environment satisfaction. As for desired career, regardless of grades, they showed higher preference for being employed as a dental hygienist; as for desired paths to get a job, the freshmen were more likely to get professors' recommendations and the sophomores, juniors, and seniors showed higher preference for open recruitment. They showed higher preference for getting a job in a large city because of greater possibility of improvement. As for the desired period of employment, regardless of grades, they showed higher preference for employment before getting married and for reemployment after their children grew up; as for desired workplace, the freshmen showed higher preference for a dental clinic in a hospital, whereas the sophomores, juniors, and seniors showed higher preference for a dental hospital. As for the differences in image of dental hygienists by grades, the freshmen and sophomores showed higher levels of attitudes than the juniors; the freshmen and sophomores showed higher levels of beliefs than the juniors or seniors; and the seniors showed higher levels of values than the freshmen, sophomores, or juniors, and the sophomores and juniors showed higher levels of values than the freshmen; thus, students in lower grades showed higher levels of attitudes and beliefs and those in higher grades showed higher levels of values. Such factors of enrollment satisfaction as willingness to change courses and persuasion to make enrollment had significant effects on image of dental hygienists. Dental hygiene students need to make efforts to establish a job identity and get desirable image of dental hygienists and to make constant efforts to promote more accurate and positive image of dental hygienists through systematic and positive public relations.
