  • 이 글에서는 미사리 조정경기장 주변민가에서의 소음레벨 정도를 측정, 분석하여 주변민가의 소음레벨이 환경소음 규정 기준 이하가 되도록 하기 위해 ISO 9613을 기본으로 한 경적소음 예측프로그램은 ENPro를 이용하여 소음피해에 대한 대책을 소개하고자 한다.

  • In a typical living space, windows are directly exposed to the external noise environment. The best way to reduce outside noise is to block it from the outside, not the inside. Exterior blinds for blocking sunlight are commercialized in various ways. However, it has not yet been actively utilized in Korea. In the previous study, an experiment was conducted in an accredited laboratory to verify the sound insulation performance of an external motorized blind manufactured for shading. And it was verified that there is a sound insulation performance of 6 dBA compared to the reduction performance of a general window. In this study, we tried to confirm the reduction performance by applying the sound insulation performance of external electric blinds to windows in actual living spaces. In addition, an improvement plan was sought to increase the effective noise reduction performance. As a result of the measurement, the reduction performance of the external motorized blind itself was insufficient at the level of 1 dBA to 3 dBA. However, additional reduction performance of the 2 dBA level was confirmed by filling the gap between the blind slits.

The Noise Radiation Characteristics of Axial Fan by Experimental Method (실험적 방법에 의한 축류형 팬의 소음 방사 특성에 관한 연구)

  • 팬의 익면 통과 주파수 소음은 총괄 소음 스펙트럼중에서 가장 명백한 성분이다. 그 소리는 일 반적으로 가장 불쾌한 성분이므로 저감이 요구된다. 따라서 그 소음치를 저감시키기 위해서는 정확한 축류형 팬의 소음원과 소음 방사 특성 규명이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 푹류형 팬의 소음원과 소음 방 사 특성을 정의하였다. 음압 및 음향인텐시티를 이용한 음원 해석에서, 광센서를 이용한 축류형 팬의 동 기화가 수행되었고, 팬 날개에서의정확한 소음원의 위치를 결정하기 위해 Recording time의 결정이 제 안되었다. 팬 회전시, 소음원의 위치는 각 날개의 후단과 그 다음 날개의 선단사이에 각각 존재한다. 지 향성을 통하여 축류형 팬의 소음 방사 형태를 결정하였고, 벡터 에너지 흐름도로 음의 흐름을 가시화하 였다. 팬 익면에서의 회전 진동특성을 스트레인 게이지에 의하여 규명하였고, 또한 구조진동음의 음으로 의 기여도를 측정하였다. 또한 압전필름에 의한 팬 익면에서의 정압측정 가능성이 제시되었다.

Study on Supersonic Jet Noise Reduction Using a Mesh Screen (메쉬 스크린을 이용한 초음속 제트소음 저감법에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • This paper describes experimental work to control supersonic jet noise using a mesh screen that is placed at the nozzle exit plane. The mesh screen is a wire-gauze screen that is made of long stainless wires with a very small diameter. The nozzle pressure ratio is varied to obtain the supersonic jets which are operated in a wide range of over-expanded to moderately under-expanded jets. In order to perturb mainly the initial jet shear layer, the hole is perforated in the central part of the mesh screen. The hole size is varied to investigate the noise control effectiveness of the mesh screen. A schlieren optical system is used to visualize the flow fields of supersonic jet with and without the mesh screen device. Acoustic measurement is performed to obtain the OASPL and noise spectra. The results obtained show that the present mesh screen device leads to a substantial suppression of jet screech tones. The hole size is an important factor in reducing the supersonic jet noise. For over-expanded jets, the noise control effectiveness of the mesh screen appears more significant, compared to correctly and under-expanded jets

  • Blasting in urban area has become a serious issue in our living because it causes inconvenience to the resident living by construction area. Therefore, the practical solution and the better method for reducing blasting noise are highly required. However, finding practical solutions for the blasting noise is very difficult due to the lack of basic data and insufficient existing research. In order to overcome the limitation of existing sound barrier, we applied a new material to multi-layer soundproof system in the construction site, Kuksabong Tunnel in Yang Nyung-Ro. The statistical method was used to analyze blasting noise data. Through all these processes, it was verified that the soundproof system in this study was very effective method to decrease blasting noise.

  • Public library is the most well-used cultural infrastructure, life-long learning space, and social facility within local community. In order to respond to the multi-purpose identities, space structure of many public libraries is changed or reconstructed to open-concept, multi-functional and interconnected areas. Accordingly, the noise issue in public libraries has emerged as one of key environmental parameters and noise management is bound to be considered as a scale for determining whether a user-friendly library. This study measured the noise level of the public libraries in Daegu city, analyzed measurement results on the basis of national and international standards, and suggested the various reduction plans.

  • 본 논문은 PMSM의 고속 운전시 약자속 제어를 수행했을 때와 수행하지 않았을 경우의 소음 특성을 분석한다. 이를 위하여 두 가지 경우에 관하여 운전 시 발생하는 소음과 진동을 측정하여 그 주파수 특성을 분석하고, 그로부터 소음과 진동을 저감하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다. 자동차용 샤시 제어 모터를 대상으로 실험을 수행하고 제시한 방법의 유효성을 확인하였다.

  • Reduction of the propagation noise generated during pass-by of KTX by noise barrier was measured and analysed for the two kinds of top-shaped noise reduction devices; one as a plywood board and the other as a PVC pipe were placed periodically. The height and length of reference noise barrier are 2.4 m and 50 m, respectively. The noise reduction with and without noise reduction devices was investigated.

  • 본 논문은 154kV급 전력용변압기의 소음저감 기술 연구에 대한 것으로, 변압기의 소음저감을 위하여 전기설계 변경 및 외함의 구조개선을 실시하였다. 기본적으로 저소음변압기 외함은 차음판을 가지는 이중구조를 채택하였고, 변압기의 자왜를 감소시키기 위해서 Core를 Step-Lap 적층하고, 자속밀도를 감소시켰다.
