A Study on the Establishment of a Track for Entrepreneurship Convergence -Focusing on the Case of K University- (창업융합전공 트랙개설에 관한 연구 -K대학 사례를 중심으로-)

  • Entrepreneurship education has been emphasized worldwide and the number of universities that open related subjects have been increasing. K University, located in Gyeonggi-do, was selected as one of the leading universities in entrepreneurship in 2014, and has continued to grow quantitatively by providing support and education related to entrepreneurship on and off campus. In addition, major issues in entrepreneurship education were derived by conducting written or face-to-face interviews and advisory meetings with instructors, field experts, and education demanders for environmental analysis. Based on this, three major tracks(venture start-up, entrepreneurship convergence, and social venture activation) were derived, and major competency and learning goals for each track were presented. On the other hand, in order for this study to be more effectively accepted, it is necessary to present the objectives of each track, the capabilities pursued, and the courses that help students' progress. Therefore, in the future research, it is necessary to design and present the goals for each track, the curriculum road map, and the detailed curriculum of the convergence major, and at the same time, research to match the appropriate teaching method for each newly opened subject will be required to increase educational effectiveness.

  • South Korea has experienced various social problems during rapid economic development, and now attempts to address them through social economy and advanced technologies. This approach, however, requires comprehensive research on not only phenomenal issues but also their fundamental causes and regional/cultural contexts as Design Thinking Process does. This study aims to draw implications for applying Design Thinking Process into the entire process of solving social problems, from field research, idea refinement, and solution design. Limitations of Design Thinking-based social problem solving are also drawn through comparative analysis on various cases. In conclusion, the process of refining ideas and developing product/service can be utilized by social enterprises, ventures, NGOs, etc. as a guideline in addressing social problems.

  • After the 2020 Corona 19 pandemic, consumers' online consumption is increasing rapidly, and non-store online retail channels are showing high growth. In particular, social media is gaining its status as a social media market where direct transactions take place in the means of promoting companies' brands and products. In this study, changes in consumer behavior after the Corona 19 pandemic are different in choosing online shopping media such as existing online shopping malls and SNS markets that can be classified into open social media and closed social media when purchasing agri-food online. We tried to find out what type of product is preferred in the selection of agri-food products. For this study, demographic characteristics of consumers, perceived risk of consumers, and dietary lifestyle were set as independent variables to investigate the effect on online shopping media type and product selection. The summary of the empirical analysis results is as follows. When consumers purchase agri-food online, there are significant differences in demographic characteristics, consumer perception risks, and detailed factors of dietary lifestyle in selecting shopping channels such as online shopping malls, open social media, and closed social media. Appeared to be. The consumers who choose the open SNS market are higher in men than in women, with lower household income, and higher in consumers seeking health and taste. Consumers who choose the closed SNS market were analyzed as consumers who live in rural areas and have a high degree of risk perception for delivery. Consumers who choose existing online shopping malls have high educational background, high personal income, and high consumers seeking taste and economy. Through this study, we tried to provide practical assistance by providing a basis for judgment to farmers who have difficulty in selecting an online shopping medium suitable for their product characteristics. As a shopping channel for agri-food, social media is not a simple promotional channel, but a direct transaction. It can be differentiated from existing studies in that it is approached as a market that arises.

Organizational collaboration and cooperation of many people working, or worth pursuing common goals by sharing information and processes to improve labor productivity, defined as collaboration. Factors that promote collaboration are shared visions, the organization's principles and rules that reflect the visions, on-line system developments, and communication methods. First, it embodies the vision shared by the more sympathetic members are active and voluntary participation in the activities of the organization can be achieved. Second, the members are aware of all the rules and principles of a united whole is accepted and leads to good performance. In addition, the ability to share sensitive business activities for self-development and also lead to work to make this a regular activity to create a team that can collaborate to help the environment and the atmosphere. Third, a systematic construction of the online collaboration system is made efficient and rapid task. According to Student team and A corporation we knew that Cloud services and social media, low-cost, high-efficiency services could achieve. The introduction of the latest information technology changes, the members of the organization's systems and active participation can take advantage of continuing education must be made. Fourth, the company to inform people both inside and outside of the organization to communicate actively to change the image of the company activities, the creation of corporate performance is very important to figure. Reflects the latest trend to actively use social media to communicate the effort is needed. For development of systematic collaboration promoting model steps to meet the organizational role. First, the Chief Executive Officer to make a firm and clear vision of the organization members to propagate the faith, empathy gives a sense of belonging should be able to have. Second, middle managers, CEO's vision is to systematically propagate the organizers rules and principles to establish a system would create. The Effect of Influencer's Characteristics and Contnets Quality on Brand Attitude and Purchase Intention: Trust and Self-congruity as a Mediator (소셜미디어 인플루언서의 개인특성과 콘텐츠 특성이 브랜드 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 신뢰와 자아일치성을 매개로)

  • This study attempted to analyze the relationship between influencer's characteristic factors such as professionalism, authenticity, and interactivity and content quality factors consisting of accuracy, completeness, and diversity on brand attitude and purchase attitude through trust and self-consistency. To reveal the structural relationship between main variables, a survey was conducted on 201 users. An EFA, CFA, and reliability analysis were performed to confirm reliability and validity. And structural equation was conducted to verify hypothesis. The main results are as follows. First, it was found that professionalism and interactivity had a significant positive effect on trust. And, accuracy, completeness, and variety were all found to have a significant positive effect on trust. Second, in the relationship between individual characteristic factors and self-consistency, it was found that professionalism and authenticity had a significant positive effect on self-consistency. In addition, in the relationship between content quality and self-consistency, accuracy, completeness, and diversity were found to have a positive effect on self-consistency along with trust. Third, in the relationship between trust and self-consistency on brand attitude and purchase intention, both trust and self-consistency were found to have a statistically significant positive effect on brand attitude. It was found that only self-consistency and brand attitude had a statistically significant positive effect on purchase intention. These findings showed that when users perceive professionalism and interaction with influencer, trust increases, and professionalism and progress increase self-consistency with influencer. In addition, in the case of content quality, it was found that trust and self-consistency responded positively when perceived content quality through content accuracy, completeness, and diversity. Also, trust and self-consistency increased attitudes toward brands and could influence consumption behavior such as purchase intention. Therefore, for effective marketing performance using influencer's influence in the field of influencer marketing, which has a strong information delivery on products and brands, not only personal characteristics such as professionalism, authenticity, and interactivity, but also quality of content should be considered. The above research results are expected to suggest implications for marketing strategies and practices as one available basic data to exert the expected effect of marketing using influencer.
