대용량 그래프에서의 삼각형 검색 연구: 알고리즘과 응용

  • 본 고에서는 다양한 네트워크를 표현하는 그래프에서 삼각형을 검색하는 알고리즘과 그 응용을 다룬다. 삼각형은 그래프에서 서로가 연결된 세 정점의 집합을 의미한다. 삼각형 검색 문제는 폭 넓은 응용이 가능하기 때문에 데이터 마이닝, 네트워크 분석 등 다양한 분야에서 중요하고 기본적인 문제로서 인식되어왔다. 삼각형 검색 문제의 중요성이 널리 인식되면서 여러 알고리즘이 제안 되어 왔지만, 최근의 소셜 네트워크, 웹 등의 크기가 방대해 기존의 방법은 이러한 네트워크를 분석하기가 사실상 불가능하다. 최근 맵리듀스를 활용한 분산/병렬 처리를 통해 대용량 그래프에서 삼각형을 검색하는 알고리즘들이 여럿 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 지금까지 제안된 알고리즘들을 설명하고 삼각형 검색의 응용에 대해서 소개한다.

  • 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS)에서는 사용자들의 친한 관계를 나타내는 여러 가지 특징을 발견할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 트위터 이고-네트워크(ego-network) 데이터를 이용한 분석 실험을 통해 유저 간 친밀한 정도를 나타내는 여러 특징들과 관심사 유사도의 상관관계를 밝힌다.

The Effect of Online Word of Mouth on Movie Sales: Moderating Roles of Types of Social Media (온라인 구전이 영화매출에 미치는 영향: 소유미디어와 획득미디어의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • Social media is divided into Owned Media, operated by companies according to information sources, and Earned Media, which third parties produce contents. Social media research developing the logic that brand-related content in social media increases awareness of potential customers and positively changes brand attitudes, resulting in increased sales and business performance. However, there are limitations in previous researches that can not fully explain the difference of media synergy effect according to the information source of social media. it is very important for the consumer to integrate media management because consumers are more likely to choose appropriate media information for the information needed at each decision making stage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of eWOM of review site and social media (owned media and earned media) on movie sales. To do this, we collected 3,589 review data from films released in 2017. The results of the study showed that eWOM of review site, social media (owned media and earned media) had a positive effect on movie sales. However, it was found that the effect of moderating eWOM of review site was different between the owned media and the earend media.

  • The traditional mass media function of conveying information and forming public opinion has rapidly changed into an environment in which information and opinions are shared through social media with the development of ICT technology, and such social media further strengthens its influence. In other words, it has been confirmed that the influence of the public opinion through the production and sharing of public opinion on political, social and economic changes is increasing, and this change is already in use on the political campaign. In addition, efforts to grasp and reflect the opinions of the public by utilizing social media are being actively carried out not only in the political area but also in the public area. The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of using social media based public opinion in educational policy. We collected media data, analyzed the main topic and probability of occurrence of each topic, and topic trends. As a result, we were able to catch the main interest of the public(the 'Domestic Computer Education Time' accounted for 43.99%, and 'Prime Project Selection' topics was 36.81% and 'Artificial Intelligence Program' topics was 7.94%). In addition, we could get a suggestion that flexible policies should be established according to the timing of the curriculum and the subject of the policy even if the category of the policy is same.

  • The era of Big Data has come and the importance of Big Data has been rapidly growing. The part of transportation, the Four-Step Travel Demand Model(FSTDM), a traditional Trip-Based Model(TBM) reaches its limit. In recent years, a traffic demand forecasting method using the Activity-Based Model(ABM) emerged as a new paradigm. Given that transportation means the spatial movement of people and goods in a certain period of time, transportation could be very closely associated with spatial data. So, I mined Spatial Big Data from SNS. After that, I analyzed the character of these data from SNS and test the reliability of the data through compared with the attributes of TBM. Finally, I built a database from SNS for the operation of ABM and manipulate an ABM simulator, then I consider the result. Through this research, I was successfully able to create a spatial database from SNS and I found possibilities to overcome technical limitations on using Spatial Big Data in the transportation planning process. Moreover, it was an opportunity to seek ways of further research development.

  • The wave of the information age gradually accelerates, and fusion analysis solutions that can utilize these knowledge data according to accumulation of various forms of big data such as large capacity texts, sounds, movies and the like are increasing, Reduction in the cost of storing data accordingly, development of social network service (SNS), etc. resulted in quantitative qualitative expansion of data. Such a situation makes possible utilization of data which was not trying to be existing, and the potential value and influence of the data are increasing. Research is being actively made to present future-oriented education systems by applying these fusion analysis systems to the improvement of the educational system. In this research, we conducted a big data analysis on Twitter, analyzed the natural language of the data and frequency analysis of the word, quantitative measure of how domestic windows education problems and outcomes were done in it as a solution.

Identifying Landscape Perceptions of Visitors' to the Taean Coast National Park Using Social Media Data - Focused on Kkotji Beach, Sinduri Coastal Sand Dune, and Manlipo Beach - (소셜미디어 데이터를 활용한 태안해안국립공원 방문객의 경관인식 파악 - 꽃지해수욕장·신두리해안사구·만리포해수욕장을 대상으로 -)

  • This study used text mining methodology to focus on the perceptions of the landscape embedded in text that users spontaneously uploaded to the "Taean Travel"blogpost. The study area is the Taean Coast National Park. Most of the places that are searched by 'Taean Travel' on the blog were located in the Taean Coast National Park. We conducted a network analysis on the top three places and extracted keywords related to the landscape. Finally, using a centrality and cohesion analysis, we derived landscape perceptions and the major characteristics of those landscapes. As a result of the study, it was possible to identify the main tourist places in Taean, the individual landscape experience, and the landscape perception in specific places. There were three different types of landscape characteristics: atmosphere-related keywords, which appeared in Kkotji Beach, symbolic image-related keywords appeared in Sinduri Coastal Sand Dune, and landscape objects-related appeared in Manlipo Beach. It can be inferred that the characteristics of these three places are perceived differently. Kkotji Beach is recognized as a place to appreciate a view the sunset and is a base for the Taean Coast National Park's trekking course. Sinduri Coastal Sand Dune is recognized as a place with unusual scenery, and is an ecologically valuable space. Finally, Manlipo Beach is adjacent to the Chunlipo Arboretum, which is often visited by tourists, and the beach itself is recognized as a place with an impressive appearance. Social media data is very useful because it can enable analysis of various types of contents that are not from an expert's point of view. In this study, we used social media data to analyze various aspects of how people perceive and enjoy landscapes by integrating various content, such as landscape objects, images, and activities. However, because social media data may be amplified or distorted by users' memories and perceptions, field surveys are needed to verify the results of this study.

  • 트위터는 대표적인 소셜 네트워크 서비스이며 스마트 기기의 발달로 사용자 수뿐만 아니라 생성되는 트윗의 수도 지속적으로 늘고 있다. 또한 트위터는 인증과정을 통하여 API 요청을 제한해 데이터의 수집이 어렵기 때문에 트위터 기반 연구를 위해서는 빅 데이터를 처리하기 위한 분산처리 기술이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크로 연결된 다수의 클라이언트를 이용해 계정과 트윗의 수집에 용이하고 수집한 데이터를 분석할 수 있는 기능까지 추가한 분산처리 시스템인 DiSAnT을 소개한다.

A Study of the Relationship Between Centrality and Research Performance in Collaborative Research Network (공동연구 네트워크에서 중심성과 연구성과 간의 관련성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the centrality and the research performance by conducting the social network analysis for the social science journal in the last 10 years. As a result of the relationship analysis, the correlation between centrality and research productivity was highly correlated in most groups, but the impact factor and frequency of citations were not significant. In relation with the comprehensive research such as a H-index, middle productive group correlation was more significant than the upper productive group.

How Design Elements of a Social Q&A Site Influence New Users' Continuance Behavior: An Application of Logistic Regression and XGBoost Techniques (소셜 Q&A 사이트의 디자인 요소가 신규 사용자의 지속사용에 미치는 영향: 로지스틱 회귀분석과 XGBoost 기법의 적용)

  • Social Q&A sites, where individuals freely ask and answer each other online, play an important role as a public knowledge repository. For their sustainable growth, social Q&A sites constantly need new askers and new answerers. However, previous studies have focused only on answerers, with little attention to new users or askers. This study examines the factors encouraging new users to continue using social Q&A sites based on motivational affordance theory and self-determination theory, and also investigates whether the factors differ depending on the types of users (i.e., new asker vs. new answerer). In addition, the moderating effect of prior experience with a member Q&A site was examined. Using logistic regression and XGBoost, we analyzed online activity data from 25,000 users in the Stack Exchange Network and found that design elements with motivational affordances had significant impacts on new users' continuance behavior. The experience of a member Q&A site negatively moderated the influence of the antecedents of continuance behavior. Interestingly, the influence of editing was not significant in the analysis of new users as a whole, but was significant in the separate analyses of askers (significantly negative) and answerers (significantly positive).
