Effects of the Online Brand Community's Characteristics and Perception on the Brand Community (온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티 특성 및 의식이 브랜드 커뮤니티에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • In recent years, online brand community has become an important means for firms to make, maintain and improve their relationship with the customer. Customers or would-be customers discuss, learn about the products and share passion together. In this paper, we investigate the effects of the online brand community's characteristics and its perception on customer royalty to the community and purchase intention of consumers for the products. Variables of online brand community's characteristics include community reputation, social presence, pleasure, and interactivity. For those of the community's perception, we consider membership, influence, emotional band, and fulfillment of desire. Findings show that the online brand community has indeed positive effects on the brand equity by enhancing the relation between consumers and brand, ultimately providing firms with strategic resources and competitive advantage. Managerial implications are discussed.

  • According to the economic advancement, the position of service industry in GDP has increased. Development of service industry has solved the employment issue and derived the activation of the internal market. It has contributed to demand creation in health care, education, and culture, enhancing competition of the manufacturing industry and entire economic development. By the development of information communication technologies, improvement of the quality of life from those, and changes in the competitive environment, customers, from businesses and public agencies, or the customer's needs are increasing. In these circumstances, companies are operating non-face-to-face contact call center for the purpose to communicate with customers, handle customer complaints, attract and retain new customers. In this study, to improve the performance of the non-face-to-face contact call center, this study tried to derive the call center's 'Service Process Modeling' and future policy assignment by analyzing the problem from the research of the service and process summary, performance evaluation, call center evaluation and etc.

  • Modern men are much more interested in their appearance than ever before, as well as showing an increased need for uniqueness in order to construct their own sphere and pursue differentiation from others. Besides, changes in life style and the aesthetic sense are causing men to pursue various kinds of clothing benefits so that they want a suit with characteristics beyond the stereotyped design and style. They have started to be actively engaged in clothing purchases, forming a driving force for the growth of the male suit market. Hence, this study has significance in that it offers data conducive to consumers' custom suit purchase by reviewing data on the present condition of the custom suit market and bespoke suits. In addition, it aims to give a summary on the theoretical bases of preceding studies, including the need for uniqueness, pursuit of clothing benefit and concern for the appearance of male consumers, as well as examining the factors that influence on their bespoke suit purchase intentions. Accordingly, this work intends to construct a basic environment for consumers to approach the custom suit market easily and pave the way for male suit markets through offering marketing data and information that is helpful for custom suit-related markets.

The Effect of Characteristics of Attitude and Perceived Value of Motivation of Package Tour on Satisfaction (패키지관광 동기에 대한 태도 및 지각적가치가 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of package tour motivation(harmony, amusement, and convenience) on satisfaction through its attitude and perceived value(emotional value and functional value). This study was conducted an empirical analysis of 297 people aged 19 years or older who experienced package tours. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, all of the sub-factor like tourism motivation -amusement, convenience- had a positive influence on the attitude. but the harmony which is one of the sub-factor of tourism motivation did not have any influence on the attitude. Secondly, harmony, a sub-factor of tourism motivation, did not positively affect the perceived value sub-factor of emotional value. Thirdly, the character of attitude had a positive effect on satisfaction. Finally, both emotional and functional value factors, a sub-factor of perceived value, were found to have a positive effect on satisfaction. Through these research results, the competitiveness of package tours should be secured and expanded to research on efficient marketing strategies so that package tours can be activated.

  • 우리나라의 농업은 주곡의 지속적인 자급기반을 마련하고 이제 단순한 농사형태에서 벗어나 새로운 소득작목을 개발하고 합리적인 경영개선을 통하여 소득을 높이는 상업농시대에 접어들게 되었다. 따라서 상업농시대에는 농업도 새로운 기술을 바탕으로 질 높은 농산물을 안정적으로 생산공급할 수 있는 기술의 확보가 더욱 요구되고 있다. 최근 농산물수입개방 시대에 접어들게 되면서 우리 농산물도 국제경쟁력향상을 위한 품질향상 및 새로운 소득작물의 개발이 절실히 요구되는 시점에 와있다. 여러 지방지치단체에서 그 지방에 알맞은 소득작물을 개발하여 많은 소득을 올리고 있는 사례를 많이 볼 수 있다. 예로서 보성의 녹차, 무안의 무화과, 구례의 오이 등이 대표적인 예라고 할 수 있다. 여러 농업연구기관에서도 과학적인 토양연구로 세부정밀토양조사를 실시하고 작물재배의 부적지에 대해서는 토양개량방법을 연구하고 있으며 그에 따른 시비추천과 소득작물의 적지적작추천을 하고 있다. 국내에서도 GIS의 발전 및 RS의 발전과 더불어 친환경농업의 일환으로 정밀농업분야에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 정밀농업은 농업생산기술 분야에서 아직 생소한 접근방법으로서 여기에서는 지구측위시스템(GPS)와 지리정보시스템(GIS), 원격탐사(RS)기법들이 많이 응용되고 있다. 또한 농업의 1차(식량생산)적인 목적에서 2차, 3차(소득증대 및 부가가치 증대)적인 목적으로 변화되고 있다. 각 지자체에서 그 지역에 적합한 농산물 재배를 위한 재배단지 확산방안 연구가 진행중에 있으며, 과거 토양속성인자를 가지고 재배적지 선정을 해왔으나, 본 연구에서는 GIS와 RS을 중첩하여 적지선정에 관한 최적의 시스템을 구현하였다. 이런 적지 선정을 통하여 유기농업의 실현을 도모하여 소비자의 욕구에 맞는 작물 생산 및 농촌관광단지 조성을 통해 부가가치증대 및 소득증대를 꾀함으로 농촌문제 해결에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구를 통해 GIS 와 RS의 기술이 농촌분야에 더 효율적으로 적용될 것으로 기대되며, 농업기술센터를 통한 정보제공을 함으로써 대농민 서비스 및 농업기관의 위상이 제고 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • Objectives of this study were: First, the purpose of this study is to develope the factors affecting private brand based on past researches and to review effects of the consumer perception factors affecting private brand preference. Second, to set up research model specifying relationships among price perception, information search and experience, Quality perception and private brand preference. Third, to test hypotheses derived from the research model of this study and to attempts to explain how to have the effect the private brand preference. Marketing implications of this study were: As a result LISREL analysis, price perception, informations search and experience, quality perception increase and enhance private brand preference. Limitations of this study were: Data collection methods used in this study were questionable for the lack of general analysis in the difference of preference between characteristics of purchaser and characteristics of non-purchaser exactly because our sample was only limited to Changwon, Masan and Jinhae. So future study has to include samples in other regions.

  • All items from the 3d avatar system should be made to fit the avatar's physical form. However this method is not only a disadvantage in an economical perspective, but also it is difficult to satisfy the client's needs of avatar's variety form. To provide various forms of the avatars, the work load naturally increases. This research is about changing the 3d avatar's body shape based on 3d mesh morphing which allows the 3d avatar with smallest data possible. The result mesh could be generated from source and target mesh with the deformation ratio and all 3d items like hair style, pants, shoes and etc, which was made to fit to basic mesh also could be deformed automatically, to fit them to the result mesh as is. Even if the different physical avatar mesh body such as children style is added to 3d avatar system, it is not necessary to make the 3d avatar items which is fit to the new physical body, New avatar mesh body will be adopted to the 3d avatar system in real time.

  • 섬유가 가늘어지면 굽힘 강성이 저하되고 비표면적이 증가하는 등의 많은 특징을 발휘한다. 특히 폴리에스테르 극세사는 실크와 같은 외관, 유연한 태 등의 감각적으로 우수한 특성을 가지므로 제품의 태에 대한 질적 향상을 요구하는 소비자의 욕구와 맞아떨어져 다양한 용도로 전개되고 있다. 초극세 섬유를 제조하는 방법은 통상적으로 멜트블로운법, 플래쉬법, 전기방사법 그리고 해도형 복합방사법의 4가지로 분류된다. 그중 해도형 복합방사법은 가장 안정적인 방법으로 PET기준으로 0.01데니어 급까지 상용화가 되어 있다. 해도형 복합섬유의 개발에 있어서 중요한 것 중에 하나가 해성분 폴리머의 용출기술이다. 초극세화를 목적으로 해성분인 변성폴리에스테르를 제거시키기 위해서 실시되는 알칼리(NaOH)에 의한 감량공정은 그 처리조건에 따라서 초극세사로 잔존해야하는 도성분의 정규 폴리에스테르까지 손상시킬 수 있기 때문에 균일한 용출조건의 확립은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 초극세화가 진행될수록 알칼리가 필라멘트의 가운데 영역까지 균일하게 침투하기가 어려우며 감량된 도성분도 비표면적이 증가하기 때문에, 해성분의 균일한 용출 및 감량을 위한 안정적인 조건을 선정하기가 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 울트라마이크로-나노급(800nm) 해도형 폴리에스테르 섬유를 이용하여 해성분 용출공정에서 정규 폴리에스테르를 손상시킬 수 있는 알칼리 감량 조건을 완화시키면서 기존과 동일한 감량 효과를 얻을 수 있는 용출 공정을 확립하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 유기산을 이용한 전처리 조건 및 알칼리 감량공정에서 NaOH의 농도, 처리시간, 처리온도의 변화가 울트라마이크로-나노급 해도형 섬유의 용출에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검토하였다.

  • Weather marketing is firms' effort to incorporate changes of diverse weather factors into marketing planning and activities. The concept has already been applied in many products with mostly seasonal variation. However researches in this area have been limited only in practical areas and has not been supported by scientifIc approaches. Here, we investigated the effect of diverse weather factors like temperature, rain and wind on product sales based on empirical data and scientifIc methodology. For this, we selected the fashion clothing items in department stores. We tried to fInd the relationship between daily sales of clothing items and daily whether factors. Results showed that there is a meaningful relation between the two factors.
