  • 넷북은 크기, 무게, 가격의 이점으로 한 때 시장에서 강력한 하이테크 기기로 인정받은 적이 있다. 그렇지만 제품 자체가 가지는 한계점을 극복하지 못하고 시장에서 도태되고 있다. 본 연구는 넷북 사용자들을 대상으로 사용의도에 부정적으로 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하여 제품의 시장실패 요인을 찾고자 하였다. 실증연구결과, 사용자들의 입장에서 일반적으로 부정적 요인으로 간주된 사용 비용, 사용 노력, 관련 기기 부족은 제품의 가치를 부정적으로 지각하는데 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 다만, 소유자들이 제품에 대해 갖고 있는 불신은 제품의 부정적 가치를 지각하는데 유의하게 영향을 미쳤고, 제품의 부정적 지각은 사용의도에 부정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷북과 같은 하이테크 제품의 공급자는 소비자와 신뢰형성이 시장에서의 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있으므로, 경영전략의 수립 및 실행에 이를 적극적으로 반영할 필요가 있다.

계란 가공산업의 활로 우리가 찾는다

  • 최근 중국으로부터 구운계란이 수입되어 원산지 표시가 되지 않은 채 국내 시장을 잠식하고 있어 계란가공업계가 긴장하고 있는 가운데, 계란 가공산업에 뛰어들어 소비확대에 앞장서고 있는 난가공업체들의 피해가 우려되고 있는 실정이다. 국내 난가공소비 비율은 전체 계란 소비의 $15\%$를 차지하고 있으며, 이는 일본 $60\%$, 유럽 $30\%$에 비해 크게 뒤져있는 실정이다. 과거부터 많은 업체들이 계란가공 산업에 뛰어들어 소비확대를 꾀했으나 맛과 안전성, 유통, 소비 분야에 충족하지 못하고 실패를 거듭해왔다. 또한 가공원료로 사용되는 난황분, 난백분 등은 단가면에서 외국산과 경쟁력을 잃어 수입산물로 대체되면서 가공란 산업의 저해요인으로 작용하고 있다. 더욱이 최근 식품에 대한 위생문제가 크게 부각되고 있는 가운데 기존의 가공란 업계도 소비자를 배제할 수는 없는 시대에 돌입하게 되었다. 이런 어려운 여건속에서 국내 난가공 산업의 발전과 활로를 찾기 위해 농업회사법인 충의(주)(대표 조규석)가 기존의 난가공 마인드를 깨고 맛과 안전성에 초점을 맞춰 신상품개발로 소비자들로부터 큰 호응을 불러오면서 큰 기대를 모으고 있다.

  • 커스터마이징 제품에 대한 니즈가 늘어감에 따라 화장품 시장도 맞춤형 화장품에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 제작 이전의 진단 과정은 제공되지 않아 구매 실패로 이어지는 사례가 많다. 따라서 고객 맞춤 제품을 제작하기에 앞서 전용 진단 기기를 제공하여 셀프 진단 서비스를 구현하고자 한다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 피부 진단 기기를 이용하여 피부를 측정하고, 측정 결과 기반의 피부 분석을 통해 사용자에게 맞는 맞춤형 화장품을 제조하는 기기를 개발하여 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 본 서비스는 집에서 빠르고 간편하게 본인의 피부를 진단하고 분석된 결과를 참조하여 자신과 가장 적합한 천연화장품을 바로 만들어줌으로써 소비자의 시간·공간적 제약을 없애는 것을 목표로 한다.

The Effects of Perceived Justice of Service Recovery Efforts on the Customer Relationship Performance in Mobile Social Commerce (모바일 소셜 커머스에서 서비스 회복 노력의 공정성이 대고객 관계성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper aims to examine the effects of perceived justice of service recovery efforts on the customer relationship performance in mobile social commerce. To this end, we classified cognitive-affective trusts and post-recovery satisfaction into the customer relationship performance. This research employs a field survey of customers who experienced service failures in mobile social commerce and a covariance structural model analysis in order to test hypotheses of our research model. The findings present that all justices of service recovery efforts positively affect the cognitive trust, whereas the only procedural justice significantly influences the affective trust. In addition, the results show that cognitive-affective trusts have a positive effect on the post-recovery satisfaction. Our results suggest practical implications that are used to help managers maintain and improve relations with the customers who experienced service failures and to increase the post-recovery satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study is to detect challenges and matters for improvement, an recent emerging export market with high potential for Korean agricultural products, and to finally find out measures to increase agricultural export to the market. In order to expand the export of agricultural products to Russian Far East, first of all, Competitiveness in terms of quality and price could be enhanced by improving production facilities, developing new technologies and improving logistical system. Secondly, the export volume should be secured in a stable manner, and it can be achieved by systematically running a larger export organization and unifying contact points. Thirdly, the screening, transportation and storage of agricultural products at low temperature should be offered at the local transportation and distribution stage. Fourthly, the consumers of Russian Far East have very little knowledge of the Korean agricultural products. To overcome this, more active PR, promotional and marketing activities are required.

  • Looking at the case of countries or companies, the success and failure can be found a certain repetitive 'Pattern'. In this paper, global franchise company factors determine the success or failure of the Burger King on the market dynamism perspective, and looked to discuss its implications. The success or failure of a company in a country like pattern of the growth and erosion and stagnation and decline, and the pursuit of sustainable growth through relentless improvement reactivated. Burger King has more to strengthen brand equity oriented by the world's best restaurant through the development of aggressive marketing activities in the global market to regain its former glory.

Study on TV Home Shopping in the Age of broadcast-Communication Fusion (방통융합시대에 TV 홈쇼핑 정책에 관한 연구)

  • Home shopping is called the flower of future distribution. Among them, for TV home shopping, Korea should lead the industry as an advanced country in IT technology. It is difficult for small and medium businesses, however. This is due to the failure of the policies of Korea Communications Commission. In order to complement such policy failure, this study intends to analyze the preceding domestic studies and foreign status, and reflect such on the policy. Especially the domestic business will be predicted through foreign home shopping status and policy cases, and the items that should be supplemented with governmental policy in order to vitalize small & medium businesses were analyzed; these should be actively reflected by the government. In case of general PP, it already runs on the registration system, and the home shopping channel should also be the same and be committed to the market. The increased number of channels would allow a greater opportunity for small and medium businesses who are the suppliers, and for the consumers, the product prices would be able to be stabilized at an appropriate cost and high quality and diversity of items could be obtained through home shopping, thus improving consumer welfare. If it is difficult to adopt the registration system for home shopping right away, the best alternative is to strengthen the approval system. As home shopping requires a re-approval every 3 years, strengthened re-approval conditions would resolve part of the problem.

A Study on Case for Localization of Korean Enterprises in India (인도 진출 한국기업의 현지화에 관한 사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the specific ways of successful localization by analyzing the success and failures case for localization within the framework of the strategic models through a theoretical background and strategic models of localization. The strategic models of localization are divided by management aspects such as the localization of product and sourcing, the localization of human resources, the localization of marketing, the localization of R&D, harmony with a local community and delegation of authority between headquarters and local subsidiaries. The results, by comparing and analyzing the success and failures case for localization of individual companies operating in India, indicate that in terms of localization of product and sourcing, there are successful companies which procure a components locally and produce a suitable model which local consumers prefer and the failed companies which can not meet local consumers' needs. In case of localization of human resources, most companies recognize the importance of this portion and make use of superior human resource aggressively through a related education. In case of localization of marketing, It is found that the successful companies perform pre-market research & management and build a effective marketing skills & after service network and select local business partner which has a technical skills and carry out a business activities, customer support, complaint handling with their own organization. In terms of localization of R&D, the successful major companies establish and operate R&D center to promote a suitable model for local customers. In part of harmony with a local community, it shows that companies which made a successful localization understand the cultural environment and contribute to the community through CSR. In aspect of delegation of authority between headquarters and local subsidiaries, it is found that most of Korean companies are very weak for this part. there is a tendency to be determined by the head office rather than local subsidiaries. Implication of this thesis is that Korean enterprises in India should carry forward localization of products and components, foster of local human resource who recognize management and system of company and take part in voluntary market strategy decision, wholly owned subsidiary, establishment and operation of R & D center, understanding of local culture and system, corporate social responsibility, autonomy in management.

  • Many companies launched convergence products that are merged with several functions. Mobile convergence has some advantages such as portable convenience, usability of use, economic advantage that takes parts of the common component among products in the aspects of the digital products. Even though a plenty of items launched by convergence boom in the market, not tons of convergence products succeeded in the market because One of the major reasons is that companies don't take consumer evaluations in the process of the product development. It is important to set up infrastructure and excellent quality of the products for lasting the lifecycle of the convergence items. But, above all, it is imperative to find out how consumers evaluate convergence products and what they are affected to meet their satisfaction. Nevertheless, there are few case studies about consumer evaluations in mobile convergence until now. This study is to find out how consumers evaluate convergence products and what is the factor. This study surveyed 158 subjects and used multi-regression analysis and ANOVA(analysis of variance). The results of this study show that factors such as relative advantages, complexity, observability, perceived convenience affect the attitude of consumers.

  • Recently, the rate of openness of public data has increased and related development is also increasing. As recent government policies have also focused on opening public data, the Public Data Index among OECD member nations has been ranked first for two consecutive years. However, despite the government's interest and active support, the post-start-up survival rate was the lowest among the OECD countries. The lowest survival rate was found to be the biggest failure factor for consumers to exhibit unwanted products. In this study, we analyze the desired parts of the consumers that are lacking in the start-up and propose the service of location analysis. In this process, we utilize data related to entrepreneurship among various public data supported by the government.
