A Study on Service Quality Satisfaction of Delivery Food App. of Korean and Chinese Customer (배달음식 앱의 서비스 품질 만족에 관한 연구 - 한국과 중국 소비자를 대상으로 -)

  • This study focus on analyzing the factors which influence the customer satisfaction of food delivery application and its degree of the influence on the quality satisfaction both with Korean and Chinese customers. For this purpose, the model of hypothetical structure was established through the mobile internet service quality measurement was called as MOBISQUAL. As a result, the Korean customers was confirmed that the fulfillment and playfulness as the subdimension of outcome quality both have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. And the Chinese customer was confirmed that the playfulness of outcome quality, personalization of contextual interaction, design, ease of use and security of servicescape quality affected customer satisfaction positively.

의류상품의 인터넷 쇼핑에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구 목적은 인터넷 쇼핑의 현황(구매품목, 횟수, 동기, 결제 방식, 가격, 카달로그 이용여부)을 조사하고, 인터넷 쇼핑의 구매자와 비구매자의 특성(인터넷 사용 관련 사항, 인구통계학적 특성)을 비교하며, 인터넷 쇼핑시 소비자 만족/불만족 요인을 조사하여, 인터넷 쇼핑시 소비자 만족/불만족 요인과 구매의도와의 상관관계를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 설문조사 방법으로서 편의 추출된 인터넷을 사용하는 소비자 73명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석방법으로는 기술통계(빈도, 평균, 표준편차)와 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 구매 경험자가 가장 많이 구입한 품목이 남성상의 단품과 넥타이와 스카프의 구매가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 인터넷 사용 관련 상황으로 구매자는 인터넷 사용에 대해 전반적으로 비구매자 보다 훨씬 더 편리하게 느끼는 것으로 조사되었다. 구매자의 인구 통계학적 특성을 남성이고, 학력이 높으며, 전문직종으로, 한달 구매 지출비가 11${\sim}$20만원이고 한달 총수입이 높은 사람으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인터넷 쇼핑시 소비자의 만족/불만족 요인으로 주문처리 정확성, 인터넷 사용 용이성, 구매편의성/신뢰성, 상품의 다양성/합리성, 주문 방법의 편의성/경제성, 선호성, 상품의 혜택추구성의 7개 요인이 추출되었다. 넷째, 소비자 만족/불만족 요인 중에서 주문처리 정확성 요인과 상품의 혜택추구성 요인이 구매 의도와 상관관계가 있었다.

  • Despite the rapid growth and importance of social enterprises in recent years, most social enterprises have many limitations such as small business size, financial dependence on government, lack of professional management personnel and knowledge, and low consumer awareness. Therefore, empirical research in the field of marketing is needed for economic independence of social enterprises. This study is based on the following: First, the identity of the social enterprise and the self-image of the consumer, second, the functional correspondence between the consumer's expectation and actual performance of the social enterprise's product, and third, the social value of the social enterprise product, the purpose of this study was to examine the effects of consumer value consistency on customer satisfaction and loyalty to social enterprises. Finally, this study aimed to suggest the moderating role of social enterprise clubs in this process to give implications for the long-term marketing of social enterprises. The results of this study are as follows. First, self-image consistency, functional correspondence, and value correspondence all have positive effects on the satisfaction of social enterprise and its products and form a loyalty. Secondly, whether or not the social enterprise club belonged to them is a moderating variable that raises sensitivity in the effects of self image consistency and functional consistency on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction on loyalty.   • Recently, digital broadcasting service is growing as a TV-based commerce market spread. However, in previous studies, many researchers studied TV home shopping and T-Commerce separately each other, and there is little research on the attribute to increase the satisfaction of consumers. In this study, we analyzed the attribute to increase satisfaction of consumer using TV-based commerce, and we propose to the direction to move forward. We selected characteristics of TV home shopping and T-Commerce through previous studies, and analyzed satisfaction of customers with quality attributes of TV-based commerce using KANO model and ASC(Average Satisfaction Coefficient).

  • O2O services, a form of mobile commerce, are increasing due to the widespread use of smartphones and the rational consumption trend of young consumers. In addition, the introduction of Social Commerce's O2O service has transformed customer experience into innovation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of O2O service characteristics and social commerce provider characteristics on the social commerce 's O2O service as a social psychological image that consumers have at the point of purchase and use time, as a smart shopper feeling and a cheapness shopper feeling. And the relationship between consumer satisfaction and intention to use through Structure Equation Modeling, and to suggest the implications for O2O service management that can provide greater satisfaction to consumers by identifying the process of creating satisfaction of O2O service. The results of the study show that price discounts and scarcity of social commerce's O2O service characteristics have shown that it increases smart shopper feeling. Also, it was confirmed that brand awareness and ease of purchase, which are characteristics of social commerce, confirms the increase of cheapness shopper feeling. We also confirmed the effect of smart shopper feeling and cheapness shopper feeling on satisfaction. This satisfaction has a positive effect on the intention to use. The result of this study is that it is necessary to reduce the cheapness shopper feeling of consumers and to emphasize the price discount and scarcity so that the smart shopper feeling occurs in order to satisfy the consumers who purchase O2O service products.

  • In this era all successful organizations, whether profit or nonprofit, accept marketing concept as management philosophy and try to maximize consumer satisfaction in order to achieve their own goals. Libraries are no exception. A consumer decision process model is borrowed to explain how library service users act through five stages. Armed with information about library users, library management can be more user-oriented and bring higher user satisfaction. Some measures for effective library management are suggested.

  • Recently, developing information technology and increasing internet usage, e-Learning service industry is rapidly growing. However institutions and regulations related e-Learning service are insufficient. Users of e-Learning service were lower grade in school relatively, spent average 40,000won/month and used other private education service. Users answered that they were generally satisfied at e-Learning service but were not satisfied at e-Learning 'fee'and 'the contract process'. Specially, the result suggest that consumer's satisfaction is affect by experience of demage and complains related e-Learning usage.

Empirical Research on Structural Relationship among Service Quality, Service Value, Satisfaction, Relation Quality, and Re-Use Intention (서비스품질, 서비스가치, 만족, 관계의 질 및 재 이용의도의 구조적 관계)

  • This research aims to investigate the structural relationship among service quality, service value, satisfaction, relation quality and re-use intention and to establish the conceptual framework for the relationship between customer and service supplier. This research employs LISREL 8.30 for an empirical approach. With consumers in beauty shops supplying intangible and autonomous-oriented services, it was found that (1) perceived service quality was positively related to service value, satisfaction, relation quality and re-use intention, (2) service value encouraged satisfaction and relation quality, (3) satisfaction and relation quality showed relationship with re-use intention while no relationship between service value and re-use intention was tested, (4) re-use intention presented relatively strong relationship with relation quality geared from interaction between customer and service supplier than with customer satisfaction. Some implications of these results are discussed. Among others, it is noted that the small and customized firms must put their attention on relationship marketing.

The Effects of Attitudinal Ambivalence and Positive Mind for Smart Devices on User Satisfaction (스마트기기에 대한 태도적 양가성, 긍정적 마음과 사용자 만족 간의 관계)

  • Smart devices are playing an increasing important role in today's knowledge society. On the other hand, its adverse effects are creating social problems as well. Thus, users have diverse attitude toward smart devices. In this regard, this study is aimed at examining the impact of attitudinal ambivalence and positive mind for the smart technology on consumer satisfaction. In order to achieve the research objective, we formulated research hypotheses. Then we conducted a questionnaire survey using college students to test hypotheses, and analyzed collected data using regression analysis. The results of our analysis indicated two key findings. First, it was found that attitudinal ambivalence had a negative effect on consumer satisfaction. Second, positive mind was found to have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Our findings are expected to make an academic contribution by enhancing our understanding of what leads to consumer satisfaction with smart devices.

  • The purpose of this study to identify Japanese tourist's satisfaction and revisit after they were treated Korean skin care. The questionnaire was administered to 319 Japanese who had experience to take Korean skin care. The result of empirical study were as follows. First, the result of choice property toward the visit-motivation of skin care salon, it has difference by the visit-motivation type. Second, the result of affection on client's satisfaction, choice property is affected client's satisfaction. Third, the choice factor of affection on intention about revisit after skin care is related on facility, image and side-service factor than service and price. Forth, choice property after they visited skin care salon, client's satisfaction is affected revisit.
