본 논문에서는 가상훈련 기반 소방안전교육에 관한 것으로, 건물 내 화재 발생 시 대처할 수 있는 방안에 대한 방법론을 제시한다. 기존의 소방교육은 오프라인 형태로 여러 명이 모여 훈련을 받아야 하는 만큼 공간적, 시간적 제약이 많다. 이러한 시공간적 제약을 없는 체감형 훈련 방안을 시스템으로 구축하고, 소방 훈련 콘텐츠를 탑재한다. 건물 내 화재 발생시 5분내 초기 대처가 중요한 만큼. 가상훈련의 실제 5분을 기준으로 훈련 방법을 제시한다. 본 소방안전교육 시스템은 HMD(Head Mounted Display)을 적용하여, 3차원의 입체 디스플레이를 적용하며, 훈련자의 움직임에 따라, 가상공간 내 실시간 반영될 수 있는 기술을 포함한다.

실시간으로 건물의 소방시스템에 대한 관리를 위해서는 어느 부분에서 이상상태가 나타났다고 한다면, 그 부분에서 이상이 발생되었기 때문에 부분적, 그리고 전체적으로 화재안 전성능수준이 얼마나 하락되었는지를 나타 낼 수 있는 성능지수의 계산 체계가 필요하다. 이러한 성능지수의 체계는 정보를 받아보는 사람들이 시스템에서 발생된 이상이 전체적인 안전수준 하락에 얼마나 영향을 주는 것인지를 쉽게 인지할 수 있도록 하는 데에 기여할 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 건물의 화재안전수준을 나타내는 효율지표로 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 광대역규모의 소방 관리에서도 활용도 높은 지수로 사용될 것이라 생각된다. 본 지수 산정체계는 U-건물 소방방화시설관리 운용시스템의 성능 효율지수 산정을 위한 시스템으로 개발되었다.

For buildings where a large number of the evacuees who are restricted to evacuation behavior compared to normal people, evacuation safety zones should be secured against fire. In order to form a safe haven safety zone, we are going to predict the performance of the building and describe the plan to secure a safe haven zone accordingly.

사회복지시설 화재사례 분석과 국내외 화재시 피난의 문제점을 분석한 결과 현행 소방관련법으로 설치된 소방시설은 충분하다고 판단되었으며, 향후 개선되거나 보완하여야 할 조치로는 복지시설 이용자의 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 피난시설과 경보시설이었다. 본 연구에서는 시설별 특성에 맞는 경보시설의 설치를 제안하였고, 사회시설 건축시 내연재료 사용과 방염처리를 통한 원천적인 화재안전관리 방안을 제시하였다.

As the process of the Korea is highly industrialization and knowledge information the extent of fire fighting business is getting wide with the development and change. But work environment is not improved much compared with the past. For the situation that threaten life is exposed greatly, compared with the other profession there are also much stress. Moreover, the professional stress of fire official influence not only the safety of fire official. In this paper based on the reduction countermeasure for professional stress of fire official the following are proposed: Lively communication activity between constituents, application of people system as a result work field, improvement of treatment and welfare institution, safety of fire official and health rule enactment, the establishment of specialty hospital for fire fighting and appointment of fire medical specialist.

The present article reports the results of a basic study for improving the fire safety of postpartum care centers. In the case of postnatal care center facilities, newborn babies and mothers reside 24 hours a day, and as they are located in high-rise and multi-use facilities, measures for fire safety are necessary, but there are no domestic manuals. This study examined the problems of fire safety through an analysis of fire cases of postpartum care facilities and related regulations, and conducted surveys on the fire safety consciousness of employees and mothers regarding postpartum care management. The fire safety consciousness of the mother was analyzed.
