In this paper, we propose a novel method to analyze and quantitatively evaluate the impression of landscapes and soundscapes about traditional area of Chungnam Asan city in Korea. For this, we collated data about impression evaluation of Korean and Japanese students and, based on these result, we proved the validity and usefulness of the evaluation system that we proposed through this study. The research process conducted in this study as follows: first of all, we had selected five traditional places of interest in Asan City, and investigated various conditional elements of the area including soundscapes which is forming the landscape using video camera. And we made both Korean and Japanese students evaluate the impression for these videotaped landscape data through using the SD(semantic differential) method. And then, we quantified these qualitative data through applying the quantification theory and cluster analysis method to them. Though this process, we could obtain both data as a result derived by classifying each sample and categorizing levels of those impression evaluation. Because of totally difference between those two analyzing processes, which one is for sample classification and the other is for determining impression level, we could validate the usefulness of our evaluation system through conducting comparative analysis of results from both methods. Analysis showed that our novel evaluation system for landscape is effective and, in most part of the traditional landscape, Japanese students' responses are different far from the Korean students' responses.

In order to survey anthraquinone productivity from in vitro root culture, transformed hairy roots of Rumex crispus were induced from leaf segments by infection with Agrobacterium rhizogenes strain $A_4$ and compared with adventitious roots. The optimum condition of adventitious root formation from leaf segments was 5 $\mu$M NAA added to MS medium. Mannopine was detected in the extract of hairy roots by paper electrophoresis, but not in adventitious roots. Secondary root tips of both adventitious roots and hairy roots elongated without lateral root branching in hormone free MS medium, but primary root tips showed more rapid growth with extensive lateral root branching. MS basal medium was the best for growth of the adventious roots and hairy roots for anthraquinone content. Adventitious root tips and hairy root tips cultured in liquid MS medium supplemented with 0.05 $\mu$M NAA and 0.1 $\mu$M kinetin (contained 5% sucrose) showed the maximal growth and anthraquinone content. Anthraquinone content of hairy roots was increased by the culture periods, but was reduced after 25 days of culture.

There is no method to control for the child efficiently when disease happens who cannot be able to express his symptoms. Therefore, doctor's diagnosis depends on inquiring from child's patients, that leads to wrong diagnosis result. For this, in this paper, we would like to develop child ocular inspection, auscultation diagnosis instruments, using Oriental medicine principle that living body signal of five organs and six hallow organs which reflects patients face and voice We would like to get more accurate diagnosis result for child's symptoms from doctor's intuition on the basis of diagnostic sight visualization, objectification, quantization itself. This paper develops color revision, YCbCr application, and face color selection and five sensory organs and nose or apex extraction method etc, in child ocular inspection by first work achievement sequence among the whole development systems. Also, in occasion of child auscultation, crying characteristics of colics through pitch, intensity and formant analysis is numerized and objectifies doctor's intuition through this. Finally, experiments are performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

충남 천안시 수신면에서 육계 5만수를 키우는 김영세 사장 부부는 사이좋기로 온 동네에 소문이 자자하다. 김영세 사장에게 금술이 좋은 이유를 물어보니 가끔씩은 싸워줘야 건강한 부부라고 한다. 살다보면 여러 가지 의견차이와 자녀문제 등으로 마찰을 겪을 때가 종종 발생하는데 큰 소리나 부정적인 말이 나와 힘이 들기도 하지만 부부싸움 후 서로를 더 이해하고 용납하면서 아름다운 관계를 만들어 오고 있다고 한다.

오늘날 우리가 사용하는 한글은 24자로 구성되어있고, 한국어만을 적기 위한 문자체계이다. 그러나 훈민정음은 28자소로 구성되어 있으며 한국어 이외에도 세계 모든 언어와 소리를 적을 수 있는 소리기호 체계이다. 현재 한글은 인터넷이나 컴퓨터에서 사용이 어렵고, 자판 구도가 불합리하며, 남북 및 세계 표준이 아직 정해지지 않고 있으며 정열방식이 불일치하고, 내부 처리 코드가 상이한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 기존의 한글처리로는 부적합한 것들을 종합적으로 해결하기 위하여 새로운 방식을 모색 하고, 미래의 방향을 제시한 목적으로 정음부호(OPA : Ortho Phonic Alphabet)의 코드 제안에 따른 기존 KS C 5601과 KS C 5700과의 코드 변환시 문제점과 OPA 표준화를 위해 이 연구를 수행한다.

정보 통신 기술의 발달이 인간 생활에 많은 편리함을 가져다 주었지만 개인의 정보 유출이나 소음 공해 등의 여러 가지 문제점도 야기 시켰다. 특히 휴대 전화 통화시 사용자의 개인적인 정보들이 공공 장소에서 그대로 노출이 되고, 또 그러한 통화로 인해서 타인에게 소음 피해를 주기도 한다. 이러한 병폐를 막기 위해서 휴대 전화 사용자는 최대한 작은 소리로 통화를 하되, 상대방에게 의도하고자 하는 바를 확실히 전달하여야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 휴대 전화에 근접 통화가 가능해야 하며, 일정한 방향의 방향성을 가져서 주위의 잡음에 대해 독립적으로 작동하도록 해야한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기능을 향상시키기 위하여 음향학적 이론을 바탕으로 휴대전화에 사용되어지는 마이크로폰을 새로 설계, 제작하고 그 성능을 시험하였다. 아주 작은 소리로 근접 통화를 할 때 발생하는 팝핑(popping) 현상이 최소한이 되도록 미세관 배열을 적용하였으며, 외부 소음 영향을 줄이기 위하여 방향성을 증폭시키고자 음원의 위치에 초점을 맞추는 기술을 적용하였다. 방향성 증폭은 4개의 마이크로폰 사용과 근거리 음원의 방향성 증가를 위한 신호 처리기술을 적용하였다. 이 기술의 적용 효과를 실험을 통하여 검증할 수 있었다.

자동차 키의 발전이 커지면서 만드는데 있어 드는 비용이 점차 증가하고 있다. 그럼으로써 자동차 키를 분실 시 따른 개인적인 비용 손실이 증가하고 있다. 자동차 키의 분실을 방지하고자 자동차 키에 BLE 4.0의 동글을 부착하며 BLE 4.0의 RSSI을 활용한 위치 기반 서비스 시스템을 이요하고 자동차 키의 실시간 위치 확인 가능하도록 하며 우리의 눈을 통해 더 정확히 위치를 파악할 수 있도록 소리/진동 알림과 LED를 동글에 부착하여 시스템을 구축하였다.

‘구민의 소리는 제가 직접 듣습니다.’ 서울시 양천구의 허완 구청장실의 문은 항상 활짝 열려있다. 그리고 그 문으로 수많은 양천구민이 들락거린다. 특별한 시간제한이 있는 것도 아니다. ‘구청은 구민을 위한 봉사기관’이라는 생각을 가진 허 구청장은 자신을 만나기를 원하는 사람은 100% 만나야 하고, 좋은 것이든 나쁜 것이든 구민의 소리를 직접 듣기를 원한다. 그런 만큼 직원들에게 요구하는 것도 많다. 구정 업무나 정책에 대한 제언 · 개선안 제출, 구민을 위해 더 많은 일을 하기 위해 구민 생활 속으로 찾아가는 일 등등. 이들의 수고로움으로 양천구민들은 깨끗하고 편안한 환경 속에서 생활하고 있다. 민선 시대가 되어 더욱 소신껏, ‘주민을 위한 것’에 대한 어떤 간섭도 없이 일할 수 있어 좋다는 허구청장. 더욱 활력적으로 일하기 위해서 건강관리에도 남다른 정성을 쏟고 있는 그를 만났다.
