  • Mainly in construction liens to four contractors do not receive your order is caused by construction. This construction does not receive construction compunction to protect the contractor, I guess. On the other hand, the medium and small construction companies and contractors that could threaten the order four can be a problem. In this study, small construction companies to the lien of the lien claim on the issue of case studies have looked for the study. Small construction companies, in your case through the litigation between the lien of the lien litigation perspective, the cause of four orders after the analysis step by step construction was listed in chronological order. Identifying problem was the result of a lien. This study to previous studies regarding the lien on the issue through case studies of one kind of lien was derived for the problem. A follow-up studies and more case studies and interviews are considered necessary in the study.

  • 이 논문에서는 비선형 마코브과정에 의하여 주가가 생성되며 비선형 마코브과정간에 공시운동이 존재하고 이 공시운동에 의하여 주가가 생성되고 있는지의 여부를 검토하는데 목적이 있다. 공시운동은 벡터시계열을 구성하고 있는 단일시계열들의 작용에 의하여 형성되는 관계이다. 종합주가지수를 비롯한 산업별 주가지수가 모두 41개인데 이 지수들의 수익률 시계열들이 비선형 마코브과정을 데이터 생성함수로하여 생성된다고 할 때 정상성 어고딕성이 성립하고 있는 지수수익률시계열이 있고 그렇지 않은 시계열도 있다. 종합주가지수와 대기업, 소기업은 정상적 어고딕 비선형 마코브과정을 따르고 있다. 비선형 마코브과정의 공시운동은 두 시계열간의 관계이다. 종합주가지수의 수익률 시계열과 각 산업주가지수의 수익률시계열간의 공시운동은 시장 1부, 시장 2부 등을 비롯한 산업에서는 존재하고 있지 않으며, 중기업 산업 등을 비롯한 산업에서는 존재하고 있다.

Analysis on Success Cases of Smart Factory in Korea: Leveraging from Large, Medium, and Small Size Enterprises (인더스트리 4.0시대의 스마트 팩토리 성공 사례 분석: 국내 대·중·소기업을 대상으로)

  • Recently, much attention in building smart factory have been dramatically increased. Despite the growing interest in smart factory, few guidelines exist how to successfully build smart factory. The purpose of this study is to investigate successful cases in building smart factory in Korea. Drawing on the analysis of successful cases, we suggest the valuable guidelines and directions toward success of smart factory. As a result, in the case of large-size firms, it is an effective strategy that expanding from a model factory to whole factory for successful smart factory building. In addition, in the case of medium and small-size firms, it is an effective strategy that upgrading from low-level step to high-level step for successful smart factory building. Therefore, this study provides companies and government with specific and practical success strategies as well as industrial policy improvements.

In this Study, we Focused on the Mediating Effect of Organization Commitment when the Company's Market Orientation and Learning Orientation Influenced on the Corporate Performance as a Differentiated Element of Research. Research results have Revealed that Surprisingly, Small Companies Market Orientation and Influence on Corporate Performance. This is an Empirical Study on the Influence of them. Small Companies have a Greater Impact on the Survival and Growth of Organization Commitment I Experienced that. In this Study, we Focused on the Mediating effect of Organization Commitment when the Company's Market Orientation and Learning Orientation Influenced on the Corporate Performance as a Differentiated Element of Research. Research results have Revealed that Surprisingly, Small Companies Market Orientation and Learning Orientation had a Significant Influence on Corporate Performance. It was also Verified that Organization Commitment had Partially Mediated Effects. In Conclusion, as a Prerequisite for Small Enterprises to grow, we have to Create Market Oriented and Learning Oriented Organization and at the same time we should Strive to Ensure that all Organization Members have Attachment Relationships with their Organization. It is Understood that it must be. The Results of these Studies will be Helpful for not only Individuals who Prepare for Founding and Founded but also Start-up Related Officials.

The Effect of Adversity Quotient of Small business CEOs on Customer Orientation: Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation (소기업 CEO의 역경지수가 고객지향성에 미치는 영향: 기업가지향성의 매개역할)

  • This study aimed to derive theoretical and practical implications by analyzing the relationship between adversity quotient, entrepreneurial orientation, and customer orientation, which are the internal competency of start-up entrepreneurs affecting the performance of a small business CEO. As in previous domestic studies, we deviated from analyzing internal competency as a single-dimensional functional relationship to business performance, and attempted to explain the relationship between the internal competences of start-up entrepreneurs. Empirical analysis was conducted by setting the adversity quotient as an independent variable, the entrepreneurial orientation as a parameter, and the customer orientation as a dependent variable. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that control and ownership, which are sub-elements of adversity quotient, have a positive effect on entrepreneurial orientation and customer orientation. Second, entrepreneurial orientation was found to have a positive effect on customer orientation. Third, it was found that only the ownership of the adversity quotient had a positive effect on customer orientation through the mediating effect of entrepreneurial orientation. In other words, it was found that the entrepreneur's ownership influences customer orientation through entrepreneurial orientation. On the other hand, endurance, sub-element of adversity quotient, was found to have no significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation and customer orientation. This means that in the rapidly changing New Normal era, endurance of entrepreneur can no longer have a large impact on entrepreneurial orientation and customer orientation. This study gives implications for the entrepreneur's competencies that must be developed first and the tendency to be developed together. Furthermore, it can be helpful in policy designing start-up support programs and guidelines for investors' investment standards.

Past, Present and Future of Geospatial Scheme based on Topo-Climatic Model and Digital Climate Map (소기후모형과 전자기후도를 기반으로 한 지리공간 도식의 과거, 현재 그리고 미래)

  • The geospatial schemes based on topo-climatology have been developed to produce digital climate maps at a site-specific scale. Their development processes are reviewed here to derive the needs for new schemes in the future. Agricultural and forestry villages in Korea are characterized by complexity and diversity in topography, which results in considerably large spatial variations in weather and climate over a small area. Hence, the data collected at a mesoscale through the Automated Synoptic Observing System (ASOS) operated by the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) are of limited use. The geospatial schemes have been developed to estimate climate conditions at a local scale, e.g., 30 m, lowering the barriers to deal with the processes associated with production in agricultural and forestry industries. Rapid enhancement of computing technologies allows for near real-time production of climate information at a high-resolution even in small catchment areas and the application to future climate change scenarios. Recent establishment of the early warning service for agricultural weather disasters can provide growth progress and disaster forecasts for cultivated crops on a farm basis. The early warning system is being expanded worldwide, requiring further advancement in geospatial schemes and digital climate mapping.

우수디자인제품 선정이 창업기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구에서는 한국디자인진흥원의 우수디자인제품 선정이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하고, 상대적으로 경쟁력이 낮은 창업기업을 중심으로 경영성과에 대하여 연구하고자 하였다. KIDP의 2013년 통계에 따르면 제품 판매에 미치는 요소 중 디자인이 27.53%로 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 기업 규모에서는 대기업과 중기업에 비해 소기업이 제품판매에 미치는 요소 중 디자인 요소가 제일 높은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 또한 이번 연구를 위해 수집한 데이터의 업종별 추이를 살펴보면 기술 기반 업종이 도 소매업을 비롯한 기타 업종에 비해 증가율이 상대적으로 높게 나타나고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 어려운 경영여건에서도 디자인의 중요성을 인식하고, KIDP로부터 우수디자인제품 선정을 받은 기업 중 186개(2013년, 2014년, 2015년)를 대상으로 업력이 7년 이하인 창업기업과 업력이 7년 이상인 계속기업의 경영성과에 차이가 있는지를 실증 분석하였다. 또한 우수디자인제품 선정기업 중 디자인의 역할이 상대적으로 크게 나타나는 제조업과 비제조업 간의 경영성과(매출액)의 차이에 대해서도 분석하였다. KIDP의 우수디자인제품 선정이 기업의 경영성과에 효과가 있는지를 선정연도를 전후 비교하여 "창업기업이 계속기업에 비해 경영성과(매출액)에 더욱 긍정적 효과를 미칠 것이다"라는 가설을 설정하고 실증분석을 한 결과는 창업기업이 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 우수디자인제품 선정이 제조업과 창업기업 내의 제조기업 경영성과에도 유의미한 영향으로 나타나고 있다.

  • The key aim of this research is to address the relationship between adoption level of e-commerce usage and performance based on Balanced scorecard perspectives. In order to identify the e-commerce adoption characteristics of small businesses, we carried out principal component analysis and cluster analysis by means of a survey with interview. The association of the e-commerce adoption level currently reached by a small businesses with internal process, learning/growth, customer perspectives performance is investigated and discussed.
