  • Recently, the smart phone, a carrying along terminal connection technology such as Galaxytap/iPad etc. evolves, and supply is increasing rapidly, is included for smart phone because various sensor technologies are developed and service application that is acted in terminal with this is accompanied and grow. Continuously 4 generation to 3 Gs, Wibro Wireless network technology of communications a LTE technology from that is constructed, environment for Ubiquitous realization is being constructed fast. Therefore, in this paper it can inquire state of electronic, furniture devices through apartment complex web server and gear that control groove network at smart phone, and control, and confirms home state prevention of crimes state, and video inquiry of position that CCTV is placed in apartment complex was available. And it proposed integrated smart apartment with parking system and medical system using RFID system in ubiquitous environment.

  • Recently, automobile traffic systems are evolving toward Intelligent Traffic Systems(ITS) with smart sensor technology and collaboration between traffic systems and external ones. On the contrary, Korean ITS services have little improvement comparing with other communication services. The main causes of this phenomenon are due to already allocation of ITS recommended frequency band to broadcasting services, and also dedication of DSRC frequency band over ISM band resulting in interferences. This paper provides the analysis of current Korean ITS technology status, and two suggestions to activate the ITS industry. First, need to fix the ITS standard combining WAVE and DSRC specifications soon. Second, ITS frequency allocation to complete its standard implementation in near time frame.

  • The home network technology which used USN is developing quickly. Use yet line to a lot of part as home network technology. Recently be leap into prominence to technology core of home network as wireless technology a ZigBee. ZigBee Perceive with cognition from tag and sensor as use USN, and processing, save, integration, and provide information. Implement the access control system which used technology BigBee with design at these papers. The wireless-based construction that used ZigBee. The influence that can let you implement early a Ubiquitous society is technology there being. Also, show by a large spinoff in an allied industry field, and improve the quality of life, and invention calls value added of leading edge IT service and product. The implementation of mobile base on access control system using zigbee method is expected to be helpful for the convenience in home network use.

  • This paper describes a development of the operational architecture of a low altitude air defense automation system using a systems engineering approach. The future battlefield is changing to new system of systems that command and control by the network based BM/C4I. Also, it is composed of various sensors and shooters in an single theater. Future threats may be characterized as unmanned mewing bodies that the strategic effect is great such as UAVs, cruise missiles or tactical ballistic missiles. New threats such as low altitude stealth cruise missiles may also appear. The implementation of a low altitude air defense against these future threats is required to complex and integrated approach based on systems engineering. In this view, this work established an operational scenario and derived operational requirements by identifying mission and future operational environments. It is presented the operational architecture of the low altitude air defense automation system by using the CORE 5.0.

  • This work describes a derivation of functional architecture of Cooperative Engagement (CE) for a Theater Ballistic Missile Defense (TBMD). The TBMD is composed of multi-layered defense systems as system of systems which includes network-based sensors, shooters and battle management. The Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) is a typical real-time battle management system, and the key function of the CEC is CE. The CE is a warfighting concept designed to defeat threats through the synergistic integration of distributed resources among two or more units. In this point of view, this paper proposed functional architecture through analyzing the CE concept, and was conducted as a pre-study to develop a CE based combat system of TBMD.

  • Home-Network is an integrated network of the PC and all electric home appliances in the home so that they can communicate with each other. In the 21th century, here are various technology for home Network environment such as HomePNA, IEEE1394, Ethernet Lan and Bluetooth. For Home Network construction, generally, the standard series interface 'RS232' is used to make communication possible between electric home appliances. However Home network using RS232 has a problem. That is, All machines have to be connected to each other with RS232 using Point-to-Point mode. In this case, the system becomes complicated because we have to use circuits as much as there are machines and increased expenses. To improve this problem, In this thesis, designed home network using RS422 Multi-drop mode serial communication and controled it with embedded linux system. And connected RS422 with motors and sensors using PIC to make the home network virtual environment.

  • RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is appearing by point technology by Ubiquitous environment of new paradigm and Logistics' application. But, RFID chip of this is high price and short bandwidth, low power and interference etc. can become technological problem. This is getting into obstacle in common use. Reader and tag, Embedded software etc.. that is accomplishing standardization is imported paying most expensive Royalty. This paper is RFID cognition system that use PDA in Ubiquitous environment to apply to Logistics system. RFID cognition system processes input/output of fundamental information attaching tag to Logistics of products. And RFID cognition system supports quick and correct and safe synthetic Logistics managerial system through construction of database. This can prove minimization and customer service of Logistics expense. RFID cognition system is advantage that can widen range of application to area that cognition system of existent fixing style can not do. Also, It can expect economical effect through inexpensive system construction.

  • The policy of US DoD is moving towards implementation of Network Centric Warfare(NCW) concepts. NCW is commonly described as the integration and synchronization of four key interdependent elements such as command and control, sensor system, engagement systems and the network. Therefore the military policy of Korea military is needed to access and examine the policy of NCW communication environment and crypto communication, which is able to apply it. In this case study, We are reviewed the security framework of the concept of network centric warfare in the centering around the US. It is introduced the core technology in the network centric warfare, and it is reviewed the security framework such as, the requirements of security, the characteristics security of global information grid, joint tactical radion system, net centric enterprise services, transformational communication satellite, in the basis of core technology, and analysis the effect of crypto communication relay between command node and surbornate node in NCW environment. This report support the assistance, which is considered the elements of surrounding effects in the varied crypto communication research area of NCW.

  • 4대강 살리기 사업으로 인하여 4대강에 대한 전면적인 투자와 공사가 이루어지고 있다. 4대강 사업이 마치게 되면 전국에 많은 수의 대규모 보가 설치되고 설치되어진 보는 각각의 강의 관리에 많은 영향을 미치게 될 것이다. 그러므로 이 4대강 사업으로 조성되는 13억 톤 수자원을 융 복합기술을 이용하여 감시 및 관리를 해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서 실시간 수질 감시 및 모니터링 시스템의 개발과 그에 따른 센서들의 개발을 통하여 4대강 보 운영관리를 위한 통합관리 시스템개발(Ubiquitous River Management)이 이루어 져야 할 것이다. 그동안 계산 시간의 제약을 받아 오던 3 차원 수리동역학의 모의가 컴퓨터관련 기술의 발달에 따라 계산에 소요되는 시간이 계속 단축되고 있으며 이를 수질예측에 사용하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그에 따라 실시간으로 얻은 데이터를 이용하여 모델링 기법을 통해 예측을 해봄으로써 보 내부에 존재하는 여러 취수원 관리에 적용을 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에는 3차원 수리동역학 모델과 수질모델을 결합한 시스템이 저수지 내의 수리특성, 유사이동 및 탁수 현상을 모의하는데 사용이 가능한지를 알아보는 것을 주목적으로 하고 있다. 본 팔당댐 모의에서는 취수구에 따른 수질변화를 모의하기 위해 3차원모델의 사용이 필요하다. 따라서 본 모의에서는 미국 환경부에서 WASP에 이용하기 위해 수정한 EFDC1(2009, USEPA에서 입수)을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 팔당호의 2009년의 수위, 수온, 유량 및 농도의 실측자료를 이용하여 3차원 수리 모델링을 실시하고, 수위, 유사이동 및 탁도 예측 모델링을 실시하였다. 3차원 수리동역학 모델과 취수원의 적용에 적절한 모델을 구축하기 위하여 적당한 평면격자의 개수를 선택하여 선택되어진 평면격자에서 수직격자의 층수를 조절하여 매 층마다 DYE TEST를 하였다. 이는 각각의 유입 하천에서 오염물질이라 가정하고 농도가 유입되었을 때 수리특성에 의해서 연구지역에서의 농도 변화를 파악하여 미리 예측을 하여서 그에 따라 취수원에서의 취수 관리를 가능하게 할 수 있다. 이를 위해서 평면격자에 따라서 수직 층의 개수를 5층부터 40층까지 모의를 하여서 시간 및 이동변화에 따라 알맞은 모델을 구축하였다. 또한 층수마다 Sediment 모의를 통하여 호 내의 SS의 이동을 모의하였다. 이 역시 취수원의 관리를 가능하게 할 수 있다.

  • Recently, the direct georeferencing has been becoming a common method in the aerial photogrammetry. As this direct georeferencing method using converged sensor of the digital photogrammetry camera and GPS(Global Positioning System)/INS(Inertial navaigation System), more rapid and accurate aerial photogrammetry has improved following advanced performance in photogrammetry. Since the accuracy of EO parameters from the direct georeferencing is determined by GPS/INS accuracy, it is significant to calculate the exact attitude information using values of INS rotations. For following calculations, the misalignment, such as INS rotation and the gap of GPS/INS, has to be decided. Because the number of ground control points are used for tirangulation and boresight calibration, those results should be different according to array and location of ground control points. In the study, those location and array of ground control points were tested to be used boresight calibration. As a result, there is no significant change of misalignment and exterior orienation parameters in the case when ground control points were at all course. On the contrarily, the difference has been shown in the case of no ground control point at course.
