To protection of fire accident and to minimize danger of spreading the disaster. in railway tunnel, MCT (the Ministry of Construction and Transportation) published "Rules about the Safety Standard of Railroad (2005.10.27)" and "The Detailed Safety Standard of Railroad (2006.9.22)". QRA(Quantitative Risk Analysis) results are applied to establish the fire protection facilities in railway tunnel so that institute the reasonable application about the fire safety facilities However, it is difficult to perform the fire safety design due to lack of the detailed standards about event scenario, fire intensity, incidence rate of accidents etc. Therefore, This paper introduces the practical method about detailed standards of QRA.

정부는지난2.15일축산법개정을통해 2003.12.27일부터시행되고있는 축산업등록제의세부시행지침을마련해발표했다. 동지침에따르면등록대상이되는가축사육규모는 한육우의경우사육시설이 $300m^2$이상(30두규모)인농가, 젖소는 $100m^2$(10두규모), 돼지는 $50m^2$이상(50두규모), 및닭은 $300m^2$이상(3,000수규모)으로규정하고있다.

본 연구에서는 승선환경에 관한 기초연구로서 승선 및 유람선 터미널의 공간 및 시설과 관련된 법적 문제에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 육상대중교통의 탑승과 관련된 법령과 규정에 비해 시설별 세부규정이 미흡하고, 유람선터미널 역시 탑승객 수용능력별 시설기준이 요구된다. 2) 터미널의 대기공간과 승강장은 법에 따라 기본시설이 갖춰지지 않은 곳으로 탑승능력을 수용할 수 있는 좁은 공간이다. 3) 현측 접안과 선수측 접안을 유람선 선착장의 승강 공간과 사용 시설 등을 고려하여 적절히 사용해야한다.

A number of construction companies in Korea invest considerable human and financial resources to construct a system for managing apartment defect data and for categorizing repair tasks. Thus, this study proposes machine learning models to automatically classify defect complaint text-data into one of the sub categories of 'finishing work' (i.e., one of the defect repair tasks). In the proposed models, we employed two word representation methods (Bag-of-words, Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF)) and two machine learning classifiers (Support Vector Machine, Random Forest). In particular, we conducted both binary- and multi- classification tasks to classify 9 sub categories of finishing work: home appliance installation work, paperwork, painting work, plastering work, interior masonry work, plaster finishing work, indoor furniture installation work, kitchen facility installation work, and tiling work. The machine learning classifiers using the TF-IDF representation method and Random Forest classification achieved more than 90% accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. We shed light on the possibility of constructing automated defect classification systems based on the proposed machine learning models.

최근 국내 지진 발생 위험이 높아짐에 따라 지진 시 소방시설이 정상적으로 작동할 수 있도록 규정할 수 있는 개정법률안이 발표되었다. 소방시설설치유지 및 안전관리에 관한 법률 제 9조의 2에 신설되어 있으며 지진이 발생할 경우 소방시설이 정상적으로 작동될 수 있도록 내진성능이 확보된 소방시설을 설치하도록 규정하고 있지만 그 세부기준은 아직 제시되어 있지 않다.

먹는물 생산용 역삼투법 해수담수화 시설의 도입에서 시설은 원수의 수질에 대하여 먹는물 수질기준을 충분히 달성할 수 있는 능력을 가져야 하고, 또한 시설의 배치, 유지관리 및 경제성을 고려한 최적공정이 선정되어야 한다. 역삼투법에 의한 먹는물 생산용 담수화시스템의 설비는 기본적으로 막의 성능을 안정적으로 유지하기 위한 전처리설비, 역삼투막모듈로 원수를 공급하기 위한 고압펌프 및 용존염의 제거하기 위한 역삼투막모듈 등의 세부분으로 구성되지만, 실용화 장치에서는 원수를 공급하기 위한 취수설비, 막으로 처리된 생산수를 먹는물로 급수하기 위한 후처리설비, 기타 세정설비 및 세정배수처리설비 등으로 구성된다.

In this study, in order to improve the installation periodical inspection method of waste treatment facilities, we conducted on-site surveys of waste treatment facilities classified into six fields, grasped the problems of inspection methods, and made improvements accordingly. And revised the inspection method for waste treatment facilities. As a result, in the field of incineration and incineration heat recovery, inspection methods such as total temperature measurement and one-year TMS data comparison using a thermal imaging camera were established. And for the safety of the inspected person, it was applied so that the waste can be replaced with a document without opening it. In the case of landfill facilities, the details regarding the use of video information processing equipment and the management of facilities covering the upper part of the landfill facility are presented in the law, but the items that do not have a inspection methods were applied to the inspection method. In the case of Food Waste Treatment Facility, inspection methods were put in place to ensure compliance with standards for foul-smelling fish in odor control, a major cause of complaints. As a result, 10 out of 18 improvement proposals were reflected in the incineration and sterilization grinding, cement kiln, and incineration heat recovery facilities, and 11 out of 12 improvement proposals were reflected in the landfill facility. In the case of food distribution waste treatment facilities, 10 out of 12 improvement proposals were reflected, and a total of 31 inspection methods were improved.
