A Study on the Distribution of Startups and Influencing Factors by Generation in Seoul: Focusing on the Comparison of Young and Middle-aged (서울시 세대별 창업 분포와 영향 요인에 대한 연구: 청년층과 중년층의 비교를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the spatial distribution and location factors of startups by generation (young and middle-aged) in Seoul. To this end, a research model was established that included factors of industry, population, and startup institutions by generation in 424 administrative districts using the Seoul Business Enterprise Survey(2018), which includes data on the age group of entrepreneurs. As an analysis method, descriptive statistics were conducted to confirm the frequency, average and standard deviation of startups by generation and major variables in the administrative districts of Seoul, and spatial distribution and characteristics of startups by generation were analyzed through global and local spatial autocorrelation analysis. In particular, the spatial distribution of startups in Seoul was confirmed in-depth by categorizing and analyzing startups by major industries. Afterwards, an appropriate spatial regression analysis model was selected through the Lagrange test, and based on this, the location factors affecting startups by generation were analyzed. The main results derived from the research results are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in the spatial distribution of young and middle-aged startups. The young people started to startups in the belt-shaped area that connects Seocho·Gangnam-Yongsan-Mapo-Gangseo, while middle-aged people were relatively active in the southeastern region represented by Seocho, Gangnam, Songpa, and Gangdong. Second, startups by generation in Seoul showed various spatial distributions according to the type of business. In the knowledge high-tech industries(ICT, professional services) in common, Seocho, Gangnam, Mapo, Guro, and Geumcheon were the centers, and the manufacturing industry was focused on existing clusters. On the other hand, in the case of the life service industry, young people were active in startups near universities and cultural centers, while middle-aged people were concentrated on new towns. Third, there was a difference in factors that influenced the startup location of each generation in Seoul. For young people, high-tech industries, universities, cultural capital, and densely populated areas were significant factors for startup, and for middle-aged people, professional service areas, low average age, and the level of concentration of start-up support institutions had a significant influence on startup. Also, these location factors had different influences for each industry. The implications suggested through the study are as follows. First, it is necessary to support systematic startups considering the characteristics of each region, industry, and generation in Seoul. As there are significant differences in startup regions and industries by generation, it is necessary to strengthen a customized startup support system that takes into account these regional and industrial characteristics. Second, in terms of research methods, a follow-up study is needed that comprehensively considers culture and finance at the large districts(Gu) level through data accumulation.

  • With the development of the IT industry and the growth of the cultural industry, the game industry is becoming an important industry. In this regard, the study seeks to differentiate the generation of video games based on technological characteristics from the perspective of technological innovation. SEGA, Nintendo, MicroSoft, SONY, and ATARI were chosen as research subjects. The survy was conducted from ATARI to 2017. The results of the study are expected to help develop the technology strategy of the future video game industry.

  • Recently, the health-pleasure trend, which means enjoying health care through exercise or diet and certifying it on SNS is spreading to the MZ generation. This study examined the effect of personality traits on SNS upload behavior and subjective well-being related to health care. As a result, 1) parallel comparison and narcissism had a positive effect on the SNS upload attitude and intention, and the downward comparison had a negative effect on both SNS upload variable. Self-esteem had a positive effect only on the attitude of uploading SNS. Next, 2) self-esteem had a positive effect on both subjective well-being, while narcissism had a negative effect on stress, and parallel comparisons had a positive effect on life satisfaction. In other words, it was confirmed that comparisons with similar people had a positive effect on SNS upload behavior and their subjective well-being, while health care for self-show or recognition of others had a negative effect on their subjective well-being. The results of this study should be actively reflected not only for the marketing market but also for a media and cultural environment in which the MZ generation can lead a healthy life.

  • 원자력발전소의 안전성분분석보고서(SAR) 작성시 이용되어온 USNRC의 RG 1.70을 참고로 하고, 신형 원자로와 관련된 최신의 규제 정보와 차세대 원자로의 설계 특성에 근거하여, 차세대 원자로 표준 설계용 SAR 작성 지침(안)을 개발하였다. 개발된 지침(안)은 RG 1.70에 비해 상당히 많은 추가적인 안전 설계 정보를 제시하도록 구성하였으므로, 이 지침을 표준 설계에 대한 안전성 심사에 이용할 때 효율적이고 일관성 있는 안전성 판단을 할 수 있고, 이에 근거하여 향후 통합 허가(COL)용 SAR 작성 지침을 쉽게 개발할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 일부 산업 기술 기준의 준용을 제외하고는 국산화를 실현함으로써 우리 고유의 지침 역할을 할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 지침(안)의 객관성과 일관성을 보장하기 위하여 향후전문가 검토가 수행될 예정이며, 검토 의견을 반영하여 내용을 보완한 후 차세대 원자로 표준 설계의 인$\cdot$허가 심사에 활용될 예정이다.

  • This study is aimed to suggest the core elements of instruction and development program through understanding the generation Y's characteristics and examining the standards and education models for information literacy. Concretely, this paper is comparatively analyze and customize the successful online information literacy tutorial models adopted by university libraries in U.S.A, Japan, and Korea. As a result of research, the outline of the needed procedure and required contents for the improvement of the online tutorial in the university of our country are suggested.

  • 지금 전 세계는 3세대 및 후속세대의 이동통신서비스의 조기 활성화와 이를 통한 유관 산업 활성화를 위해 각국의 정부들이 각고의 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히, 2세대로부터 3세대 IMT-2000서비스로 전환해가는 과정에서 가장 시급히 해결되어야 할 문제가 이동통신주파수 배분 문제이다. 이동통신용 주파수는 대역폭 소요량이 급격히 증가하는 문제도 있지만 빠른 시간 내에 효율적이고 경제적으로 인프라를 구축하기 위해서는 저대역주파수의 활용이 매우 중요하기 때문이다. 저대역 주파수는 전달특성이 고대역주파수에 비해 우수하므로 동일한 전력으로 큰 서비스 커버리지를 확보할 수 있어 기지국 인프라 구축 및 운용비용에 있어 절대적으로 유리하다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 따라 일본과 유럽의 대부분의 국가들은 저대역주파수와 고대역주파수를 함께 활용하는 이동통신시스템 구축을 허용하기 위하여 새로운 주파수분배 정책을 수립하고 추진 중이다. 이러한 정책은 기존 주파수 분배 과정에서 발생한 주파수 불균형 현상을 시정하려는 목적도 포함되어 있다. 따라서 국내에서도 이러한 국제적인 주파수 정책 흐름을 적극 수용하여 국내 이동통신 산업의 경쟁력 제고에 노력하여야 할 것이다.

  • The market participation and development of major manufacturers of next-generation green vehicles is accelerating in recent years. The results of this study are as follows: Consumer type (personal value pursuit type, price value pursuit type) was significant difference between consumer. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was no significant difference in the characteristics of consumers (gender, age, monthly average income) and purchase intention according to age, gender and monthly average income, Image has a positive (+) impact on eco-friendly vehicles. This suggests that the development and market participation of next - generation green vehicles is accelerating and consumers 'interest is increasing, and the characteristics of environment - friendly vehicles and the government' s policy support are important factors.

A Case Study on the Next Generation Library Catalogs (차세대 도서관 목록 사례의 고찰)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the major features of Next Generation Library Catalogs. 'Next Generation Melvyl Pilot' of University of California Library System and 'SearchWorks' of Stanford University Library are examined. While the former is developed, based on OCLC WorldCat Local, the latter is based on the Blacklight, an Open Source Catalog Software. Both commonly provide the features, including enriched contents, facet navigation, keyword searching, relevancy ranking of search results, and user contribution, etc., but some functions vary in scopes and contents. Also, it seems that both are in process of development rather than complete implementations.

  • 현재 정보통신시장의 추세는 유선의 무선화 현상과 데이터서비스의 급성장이라는 양축으로 압축하여 설명할 수 있다. 인터넷의 등장과 이의 급격한 파급은 전세계를 하나로 묶고 있고, 정보화 구축의 정도가 국가의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 중요한 잣대가 되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 통신 및 타산업의 경쟁력 및 국가 기반의 체질적 강화를 위해서는 차세대 인터넷의 조기구축과 정착이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현재 인터넷의 현주소를 짚어보고, 차세대 인터넷(광인터넷)의 개념을 바탕으로 시장의 특성과 진화방향을 규명한 후, 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
