The multicultural society under globalization have made an impact on the education since the end of 20th century. This study is for the theoretical approach and presentation of method about global citizenship education in globalization & multicultural society today. As an education which is suitable in the globalization & multicultural society I present 'cultural diversity' education. The 'cultural diversity' education for fostering global citizenship is needed to enhance the cultural sensibility while learning other cultures. The 'cultural diversity' education is having the values of human rights, fairness, diversity respect and living together. So I present the study lesson plans of 'cultural diversity' education for a global citizenship education from elementary school 6 grade social studies "Natural environments and cultures of world regions" chapter.

교통수단을 효율적으로 잘 활용하는 나라가 세계의 주도권을 행사해 왔다면 지나친 비약이라고 생각하는 사람이 있을지 모르겠으나, 해가 지지않는 나라로 찬란하 문화와 부를 구가했던 영국은 19세기 산업혁명에 의해 세계 최초의 증기 기관차를 개발했고, 20세기초에 들어 세계의 부를 누렸던 미국은 그야말로 자동차의 나라라고 할만큼 많은 자동차를 개발해왔다. 이제 맞이해야 될 21세기의 세계 역시, 어떤 나라가 새로운 교통 system을 개발하느냐 하는것도 관심의 대상이 아닐 수 없다. 앞으로는 지금까지 살아온 세대보다도 더 많은 사람의 교류와 정보의 전달 및 물자의 이동이 필요하기 때문이다. 지금 연구에 박차를 가하고 있는 21세기의 항공분야도 초음속 여객기가 상업화되어 그들의 주장대로 서울에서 Losangeles 간을 4시간대에 비행한든지, 뉴욕과 파리간이 2시간 이내에 비행된다면 세계는 어떻게 변모할 것이며, Europe 대륙에서 영국 Dover 해협을 해저로 통과하는 초고속 열차에 의해 Europe을 한 덩어리로 묶고, Europe 대륙에서 Asia 대륙을 횡단하는 초고속 열차가 실용화된다면 세계는 어떻게 변모 할 것인지를 생각해 볼때, 일일 생활권에 놓인 세계는 사회, 경제, 문화면에서 급속한 변화를 겪게 될 것은 분명하다. 이러한 시대적 변화에 순응하기 위해 우리나라에서도 서울, 부산을 2시간대로 운행 할 수 있는 초고속 열차가 추진되고 있고, 이 서울, 부산간을 축으로 하는 경부 고속전철이 완공된 후 서울에서 광주, 서울에서 강릉을 연결하는 국토종합 개발권의 고속전철이 운행된다면, 지역간 시간적 거리가 단축되고 국토 구조도 많이 변모할 것이며, 행정기관의 지방이전이나 서울 중심의 경제적, 문화적 기능들이 지방으로 많이 분산되어 좁은 국토지만 보다 효율적으로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. 이러한 명제를 안고 추진되는 우리나라의 고속전철사업을 생각하면서 이미 실용화된 선진각국의 고속전철에서 사용되고 있는 중전기기들이 어떻게 응용되고 있는지 살펴보기로 하자.

우리나라의 명실상부한 최고 휴양지. 외국인들이 가장 찾고 싶어하는 곳. 바로 제주도를 이르는 말이다. 제주도는 지난 11월 12일 '뉴세븐원더스(New7wonders)'에 의해 '세계 7대 자연경관'으로 선정됐다. 이를 통해 제주도는 우리나라 국민들은 물론, 전세계인들에게 관광지 및 자연유산의 산실로 더욱 큰 사랑을 받을 것으로 전망된다. 최근 이곳에 아주 의미있는 건물이 들어서고 있다. 바로 제주세계자연유산센터다. 제주의 관광을 상징하고 국제적 위상에 걸 맞는 탐방인프라를 구축하고자 추진해 온 세계자연유산센터는 지난해 8월 착공에 들어가 내년 6월에 준공될 계획에 있다. 이 센터는 제주 자연유산의 관리 및 보전을 위한 연구와 모니터링 활동을 하게 된다. 쉽게 말해 제주도의 모든 자연 문화적 유산을 이 제주세계자연유산센터에서 통괄적으로 관리, 운영하게 되는 것이다. 이렇게 사회적으로 큰 의미가 있는 제주세계자연유산센터가 만약 안전하지 못하다면? 안전이 확보되지 않는 공정과 시민들의 안전을 담보지 못하는 시설이라면, 전세계인은 물론 지역민, 국내관광객 모두에게 외면 받을 수 밖에 없다. 때문에 이곳 건설현장은 '안전'을 최고의 가치로 여기며 공사를 진행하고 있다. 제주도를 찾는 국내외 관광객들의 쉼터이자 길라잡이 역할을 하게 될 제주세계자연유산센터가 안전하게 만들어지는 과정을 한 번 들여다 봤다.

Purpose of this study is to develop the proceeding strategies for establishing of the DMZ World Peace Park in Korea which is one of projects of the Park Geun-hye's Government. We basically dissolute the conflict between the South and North Korea, and we build the atmosphere reconciliations and cooperation between two Koreas, and go forward the peaceful unification. And thus we make ultimately the world peace and establish enduring peace in the Korean Peninsula. Through the analysis the 8 proceeding strategies. Results of this study, I verified possibility of proceeding for establishing of the DMZ World Peace Park, and urgent need of policy development and support by the local governments, and we need to start the project in the South first.

This research was conducted in an attempt to understand changes and growths of the self in on-line game world. Q methodology was used to investigate players in Mabinogi, which is an on-line game(MMORPG). Based on 57 behavior statements, Players distributed their changing experiences from when they were novices in on-line game world to the current state. In early start phase, they recognized that on-line game world was different from the reality. And they perceived their experiences in on-line game as separated from the real ones. However, as they spend more time in on-line game world, they began to realized that on-line game world is as real as the world because they function as an individual living in a society in both the game and the real world. They felt and learned that in on-line game life, they also need to follow the rules and order. In addition, trust and politeness were essential in order to live with other players. As time passed, the players realized that on-line game experiences have the same meanings and values as the real life ones. 3 types of self-changing patterns were found : Achievement change, Control change, and Relation change. The behavior patterns of the 3 types were then compared to Identify similarities and differences amongst them in psychological meanings and values in the on-line game life. This result illustrates that on-line game world can be defined as new behavioral setting or developmental context established by digital technology. In this new setting, people can experiment and understand their behavior patterns and also experience changes and growths of the self.

The data processing of this study is based on the word data search in social media through textom and the big data analysis is carried out and three areas (2019 Gwangju World Swimming Championships, 2019 Gwangju World Swimming Masters Competition, 2019 World Swimming Championships Problem) was consistently handled through data collection and refinement in the web environment. We applied the collected words to the program of Ucinet6, visualized them, and conducted a CONCOR analysis to grasp the similar relationship of words and to identify the cluster of common factors. As a result of the analysis, the clusters related to the 2019 Gwangju World Swimming Championships mainly consisted of four major areas of recognition and perception, mainly searching for operational aspects related to the swimming championship, and the community related to the 2019 Gwangju World Swimming Masters Competition Is mainly searched for the promotion of the Masters Competition and the aspect of the competition divided into two areas of major recognition and peripheral recognition. The cluster related to the problems of the 2019 Gwangju World Swimming Championships is divided into five areas, And they are mainly searching for the place, operation, institution, event, etc. of the problem of the swimming championship.

중국은 최근 급속히 진행되는 도시화와 소득 증대 철도 도로 항공 등 교통 인프라 개선에 따라 중국 여행업이 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 중국 사회과학원이 최근 발표한 <2011년 중국 관광 그린북>에 따르면 중국 여행객 수는 연평균 11.7% 증가하여 21억 명을 돌파했고, 관광 수입도 연평균 18.9% 증가해 1조 2,600억 위안에 달하고 있다. 세계경제포럼에서 발표한 세계 관광국 경쟁력 순위에서 중국은 2007년 71위에서 2010년에 39위로 성장하였고, UN 세계관광기구의 보고서에 따르면 중국은 세계 4대 해외관광시장이자 아시아 최대 해외관광 자원국이 되었다. 그리고 미국 보스턴컨설팅그룹이 발표한 보고서에 따르면 2013년 중국은 일본을 제치고 '세계 2 대 관광시장'으로 부상하여 세계 관광시장의 8%를 점유하고, 2020년에는 세계시장 점유율이 14%에 달할 것으로 전망하고 있다(대한상공회의소, 2011). 이러한 중국의 여행지 중에서 중국의 전문여행서적에서 추천하고 있는 중국외 관광명소 중 20대 명승지에 속하는 광서 계림, 호남 장가계, 안휘 황산, 절강 항주, 북경, 내몽고 호화 호특, 백두산 등을 배낭여행을 떠나 구석구석 살펴보았다.

The blocks world is the primary problem domain in the artificial intelligence. Many planners have been developed in domain-independent. Gupta de fined the deadlock in the blocks world, and he proved that decision making in t he blocks world is NP-Complete problem. In this paper the properties of the dea dlock are analyzed, and a heuristic algorithms which can handle the deadlock of the Gupta's nondeterministic algorithm is proposed.

한국광학기기협회가 격월간으로 발행하는 광학세계가 창간 20주년을 맞아 독자 대상의 설문조사를 실시했다. 1989년 4월 창간되어 2009년 3월로 통권 120호가 되는 광학세계는 그간 광학분야 전문잡지로 자리매김을 해왔다. 20년 동안 내용적인 변화는 물론 외형적인 변화도 있었다. 초기 $4{\times}6$배판에서 $5{\times}7$국배판으로 변화됐으며 협회 홈페이지를 통해 온라인상에서도 과월호를 볼 수 있게 되었다. 설문분석 결과 응답자들은 대체로 현재의 편집스타일과 기획에 만족하고 있다고 답했다. 대부분 광학세계를 통해 산업 및 업계 동향 파악의 활용이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났고 더욱 다양한 산업분야의 기술 및 시장 동향 소개를 바라는 요구가 있었다. 광학세계는 이와 같은 독자들의 생생한 평가와 제안을 수렴하여 앞으로 더욱 독자들의 요구를 만족시켜주는 광학전문잡지로 거듭나기 위해 노력할 것이다.
