Social Behavior and Perceived Playfulness according to Personality Types of SNG Players (SNG 플레이어의 성격유형에 따른 사회적 행동과 유희성)

  • This study is aimed at comparing and analyzing the response of playfulness level by personality type of players, according to the observations and results of behavior shown in SNG (Social Network Game) players during their play, in particular based on social behavior of SNG players. For this, the behavior of SNG players is classified into SC (Social Connectedness) and NC (Non-Social Connectedness) by space where they play games and the relations between behavior of each SNG player and their playfulness are confirmed by empirical experiment based on big-five personality traits possible standards of disposition expected from players. The results are presented that the playfulness for behavior of SNG players has distinct features by personality types and there is a significant difference between personality types for SC behavior. It could be useful for determining the proportion of playing behavior for Social Connect, generally known as one of main sources SNG provides when designing SNG play and considering personality types of players.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of emotional labor behavior of employee at geriatric long-term care(LTC) facilities on job burnout and service quality focusing on the emotional leadership of superior to improve the working environment of LTC employee and provide the high-quality service to seniors. First, it is appeared that between emotional labor behaviors deep acting has a negative effect on job burnout, in contrast surface acting has a positive effect on job burnout. and, emotional labor behavior has positive influence on service quality. Second, self efficacy has partial mediating effect of tangibility, reliability, assurance and empathy on service quality only for the deep acting between emotional labor behaviors. Third, between emotional labor behavior, emotional leadership has moderating effect on emotional depletion and deterioration of personal accomplishment. In contrast, moderating effect of emotional leadership is not appeared on surface acting and depersonalization. In conclusion, further study is required to improve service quality of elderly in LTC facility and working environment of LCT facility workforce.

  • 로봇이나 가상 캐릭터와 같은 지능형 에이전트가 자율적으로 살아가기 위해서는 주어진 환경을 인식하고, 그에 맞는 최적의 행동을 선택하는 능력을 가지고 있어야 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 지능형 에이전트를 구현하기 위하여, 외부 환경에 적응하면서 최적의 행동을 배우고 선택하는 방법을 연구하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방식은 강화 학습을 이용한 행동기반 학습 방법과 기호 학습을 이용한 인지 학습 방법을 통합한 방식으로 다음과 같은 특징을 가진다. 첫째, 외부 환경의 적응성을 수행하기 위하여 강화 학습을 이용하였으며. 이는 지능형 에이전트가 변화하는 환경에 대한 유연성을 가지도록 하였다. 둘째. 경험들에서 귀납적 기계학습과 연관 규칙을 이용하여 규칙을 추출하여 에이전트의 목적에 맞는 환경 요인을 학습함으로 주어진 환경에서 보다 빠르게, 확장된 환경에서 보다 효율적으로 행동을 선택을 하도록 하였다. 제안한 통합방식은 기존의 강화 학습만을 고려한 학습 알고리즘에 비하여 학습 속도를 향상 시킬수 있으며, 기호 학습만을 고려한 학습 알고리즘에 비하여 환경에 유연성을 가지고 행동을 적용할 수 있는 장점을 가진다.

The Structural Relationship of Golf Participants' Basic Psychological Needs, Exercise Emotion, and Exercise Adherence Behavior (골프 참여자의 기본적 심리욕구와 운동정서, 그리고 운동지속행동 간의 구조적 관계)

  • This study investigated empirically the structural relationship of golf participants' basic psychological needs, exercise emotion, and exercise-adherence behavior. Using two-hundred thirty questionnaires, the results were as follows. First, golf participants' autonomy, competence, and relatedness had a significant impact on the positive emotions. On the other hand, only competence lowered the negative emotions, and the other variables did not have a significant impact. Second, golf participants' autonomy, competence, and relatedness increased the exercise-adherence behavior. Third, golf participants' positive emotion increased the exercise-adherence behavior but a negative emotion decreased it. In terms of the indirect effect, golf participants' autonomy, competence, and relatedness influenced the exercise-adherence behavior, which was mediated by exercise emotion. This study is useful to sports participants interested in real value and a happy life through exercise-adherence behavior.

  • This paper examines the structural relations among choice attributes, brand image, and buying action of restaurant customers, using a structural equation model. Based on the analysis of one hundred fifty cases, the following results were found First, it was found that the choice attributes of accessability, materiality, and kindness have positive influence on the differentiation, brand image and buying action of restaurant customers. Second, the choice attributes of accessability and styles have positive influence on the familiarity, brand image and buying action of restaurant customers. Third, the choice attributes of styles have positive influence on trust in brand image and buying action of restaurant customers.

The Effects of Early Childhood Teachers' Playfulness, Teachers'Positive Play Beliefs and Teaching Efficacy on Play on Teachers' Strategies of Problem Behavior Guidance (교사의 놀이성과 놀이신념, 놀이교수효능감이 문제행동지도전략에 미치는 영향)

  • This study focused on the relationships among teachers'playfulness, teachers'positive play beliefs, teaching efficacy on play and teacher's strategies of problem behavior guidance, and especially the mediating effects of teaching efficacy on children's play. Subjects were 151 early childhood teachers in Seoul and Chungcheungnam-do. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression, hierarchical multiple regression and the Sobel test. The main results of this study were as follows. First, teachers' playfulness and teachers'positive play beliefs had a positive influence on their proactive, positive reactive strategies of problem behaviors. On the other hand, teachers' positive play beliefs had a negative influence on their negative reactive strategies of problem behaviors. Second, teachers' playfulness and teachers'positive play beliefs had a positive influence on their teaching efficacy on play. Finally, the effects of teachers' playfulness on their proactive, positive reactive strategies of problem behaviors of preschoolers were totally mediated by their teaching efficacy on play.

The Impact of Chinese Cultural Dispositions on the SNS eWOM Behavior (중국소비자의 문화성향이 SNSs 구전행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigate the impacts of Chinese consumers' cultural dispositions on the WOM behaviors in SNS. Specifically, cultural dispositions in the individual-level, collectivism and uncertainty avoidance, were examined as potential predictors of eWOM behaviors in SNSs. Hypotheses are tested with a sample of 164 university students in Shanghai, China. The results of the structural equation analysis reveal that chinese consumers' collectivism in the individual-level positively affects the opinion seeking behavior. And chinese consumers' uncertainty avoidance in the individual-level positively affects the opinion seeking behavior and negatively affects the opinion giving behavior. Lastly, the opinion giving behavior positively affects the pass along behavior. Theoretical and managerial implications for Internet marketers in China were presented and discussed.

Understanding Students' Beliefs about Actions and Willingness to Act on Global Warming in Korea and Singapore (지구 온난화 완화를 위한 행동에 대한 한국과 싱가포르 학생들의 신념과 행동 의지)

  • The purpose of this study was to look into students' understandings of environmental issues, especially issues on global warming in South Korea and Singapore. We surveyed students (n=2,389, from 6 to 10 years) from 12 schools in South Korea and 5 schools in Singapore on how useful students believe various actions might be in reducing global warming, and their willingness to undertake such actions. We employed questionnaires developed by Boyes, Skamp, & Stanisstreet (2009), which consists of 44 questions on 16 pro-environmental actions. We analyzed the degree of students' beliefs, willingness to act, and the relationship between the believed usefulness of action and willingness to act. Differences between the two countries were determined by Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) using the ordinal data and the potential effectiveness of education was explored by plotting the measures of the degree of willingness to act for a particular action against the value of the believed usefulness of action and fitting the regression line. The degree of willingness to act and their beliefs in the usefulness of action was different from question to question between the two countries, however, the overall relationship between willingness to take action and beliefs in the action has shown to be stronger among Singaporean students than those of South Korean students. Based on the findings, we attempted to discuss about how environmental education needs to take into account the complexity of beliefs, willingness to act, and action taking.

  • 통신기술의 발달로 무선단말기의 보급이 급증하고 무선 네트워크 사용이 일반화됨으로써, 최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술이 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅은 시간과 장소의 한계를 넘어 사용자가 하고자 하는 일을 컴퓨팅 환경이 상황을 인지하여 돕는 것을 가능하게 한다. 상황인지를 위해 순차패턴과 시간 연관규칙 탐사를 이용하여 사용자의 행동패턴을 추출하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 연구를 통한 행동패턴은 사용자의 특성을 간과하게 되며, 각 사용자에게 더욱 유용한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 사용자를 분류하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 기존의 연구는 단지 통계적인 사용자의 빈발 행동패턴만을 추출하여 각 사용자의 관심사와는 무관한 서비스 제공이 이루어질 수 있다. 성별, 나이, 직업 등의 개인정보와 위치를 고려하여 사용자에게 더욱 더 효율적이고 유용한 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 행동패턴을 유형별로 분류할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 위치에 따른 사용자의 연령대별 유용한 행동패턴을 추출하여 정확한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 마이닝 기법을 제안한다.
