  • 네트워크의 발전과 더불어 많은 응용 분야들이 연구되고 있다. 이 중에서도 특히 암호학을 이용한 전자 투표의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 전자 투표는 그 필요성에도 불구하고, 아직까지 취약한 점이 많이 산재해 있다. 투표권의 매매가 성립할 경우 전자 투표에 있어 치명적인 악영향을 미침과 통시에 전자 투표를 총괄하는 선거 관리 위원회가 부정을 저지를 경우 투표 자체의 신뢰성은 무너지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 일반 투표를 전자 투표로 적용시키는 과정에서 어떠한 요소들이 필요한지 확인해 보고, 투표 매매 방지 및 선거 관리 위원회의 부정 방지를 위한 요구 조건을 살펴볼 것이다 또한 기존의 전자 투표 방식들에 대해 고찰한 다음 더욱 효율적이고 안전한 전자 투표 방식을 제안한다.

A Study on the Prediction for Apartment Sales Price: Focusing on the Basic Property, Economy, Education, Culture and Transportation Properties in S city, Gyeonggi-do (아파트 매매가격 예측에 관한 연구: 경기도 S시 아파트 기본속성과 경제·교육·문화·교통 속성을 중심으로)

  • In Korea, despite much interest in real estate, it is not easy to predict prices. Because apartments are both residential spaces and investment materials. Key figures affecting the price of apartments vary widely, and there are also regional characteristics. This study was conducted to derive the factors and characteristics that affect the sale price of apartments in S City, Gyeonggi-do. In general, people diagnose that better subway accessibility leads to higher apartment sales price. Nevertheless, in the case of S City, the price was slightly lower as it was closer to Line 1, but the higher the subway accessibility at Shinbundang Line, the higher the price. The five-year average of government bonds and the price were inversely related, and it was found to be proportional to the M2 balance and the price. The floor area ratio and the total number of parking lots had a great influence on the price, and the presence of department stores and discount marts within 1.5 km were the most important factors in the area of cultural aspect.

  • Delay in the process of Information Extraction, IE, is largely due to inability to correctly recognize the user's information requirement of particular search factors. Especially if the wrapper rules are used in a search engine, the search generally fails to classify internet documents properly and efficiently since the application of the same wrapper rules lacks extensibility throughout various types of existing internet document. In case of buying or selling a ship, if the price range, type. place of delivery, inspection site and other information relevant to the sales would be available through the internet for proper retrieval the sales could more readily succeed by using Ontology relating to sales or purchase information and by selectively searching for the desired information through the content based retrieval system. This system proposes to improve various wrapper systems existing throughout different internet sites and to eliminate unnecessary information tagged on the existing internet documents in order to create a more advanced information retrieval system.

  • This study focuses on the judgement of Seoul High Court' regarding the formation and performance of contracts applying the CISG. The purpose of this study is to provide legal understanding to contracting parties involved in contract for the international sale of goods that can be considered in raising the understanding of the CISG within the scope of the subject. This study aimed at the legal validity of judgments, the defects in reason for judgments and legal standards that could be established. The main contribution of this study is summarizing the facts of judgments and arguments of the parties and furthermore, in accordance with the order, the judgment order of the court and the decision criteria of the application law, the CISG articles comment and interpretation on the formation of the contract, legal bases of fundamental breach of contract, termination of contract, concurrent fulfillment and other supplementary matters and so on.

  • Mobile agent is a software program that provides autonomy and mobility for the users in the networked computers by deciding its own movement place. Since mobile agent does not keep up the network connection and migrate its executable code under its own control, it can be often used in the unstable network conditions such as the wireless network and the heavy traffic network. In this paper, we show that the electronic commerce system can be developed efficiently to retrieve and trade the goods in the mobile computing environment by using the mobile agent paradigm. Multiple mobile agents migrate into the market directly, then negotiate and trade autonomously relevant goods and services. The execution result and executable code of the mobile agent are returned to the home place and reported to the users. We show that the mobile agent paradigm is suitable to build the mobile electronic commerce system by designing and prototyping the mobile market system.

Comparative Analysis of the Causal Relationship between Regions of Fluctuations in the Housing Market (주택시장 변동의 지역간 인과성 비교분석)

  • The housing market is changing continuously according to the place and time and these changes have a ripple effect across various fields. On the other hand, the amount of housing that is consumed in the region also acts as a central cause of price movement. Moreover, the cause of variations in the housing market can be separated according to the characteristics of the housing consumer. In addition, the individual characteristics of the consumer varies according to the region. As a result, a study on the regional causal relationship of the housing market is underway. Although significant research has been done on the domestic home sales market, there has been limited research on the housing charter market. Therefore, in this paper, regional causal relationship of the housing market in the Gangnam and Gangbuk area in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province was analyzed using the vector error correction model, and is segmented by housing sale market and housing jeonse market. In addition, housing sale and housing jeonse of Gangam, Ganbuk and Gyeonggi province are defined as analysis variables, and time series data is the monthly material of June 2003 to November 2015. The results of the analysis, in the case of the housing sale market, showed that fluctuations in house prices in Gangnam area have a major influence on the fluctuations in house prices in the surrounding region. Similarly, in the case of the housing jeonse market, it was found that the jeonse price of Gangnam area has a significant impact on the jeonse price of housing in the surrounding area.

The Effects of Sidecar on Index Arbitrage Trading and Non-index Arbitrage Trading:Evidence from the Korean Stock Market (한국주식시장에서 사이드카의 역할과 재설계: 차익거래와 비차익거래에 미치는 효과를 중심으로)

  • In the paper, the effects of sidecar on index arbitrage trading and non-index arbitrage trading in the Korean stock market are examined. The analyses of return, volatility, and liquidity dynamics illustrate that there are no distinct differences for index arbitrage group and non-index arbitrage group surrounding the sidecar events. For further analysis, we construct pseudo-sidecar sample and analyse the effects of the actual sidecar and pseudo-sidecar on arbitrage sample and non-index arbitrage sample. The result of analysis using pseudo-sidecar shows that the differences between index arbitrage group and non-index arbitrage group are larger in pseudo-sidecar sample than in actual sidecar sample. This means that former results can be explained by temporary order clustering in one side before and after the event. Sidecar has little effect on non-index arbitrage group, however, it has relatively large effect on arbitrage group. These results imply that it needs to redesign the sidecar system of the Korean stock market which applies for all program trading including arbitrage and non-index arbitrage trading.

Analysis of KOSPI·Apartment Prices in Seoul·HPPCI·CLI's Correlation and Precedence (종합주가지수·서울지역아파트가격·전국주택매매가격지수·경기선행지수의 상관관계와 선행성 분석)

  • Correlation of KOSPI from stock market and Apartment Prices in Seoul HPPCI from real estate market has been found from this research. Furthermore, from the comparison of those indicators' flows, certain precedence was found as well. The purpose of this research is to analyze correlation and precedence among KOSPI, Apartment price in Seoul, HPPCI and CLI. As for predicting KOSPI of stock market and real estate market, it is necessary to find out preceding indices and analyzing their progresses first. For 27 years from the January 1987 to December 2013, KOSPI has been grown by 687%, while CLI showed 443%, Apartment of Seoul showed 391%, HPPCI showed 263% of growth rate in order. As the result of correlation analysis among Apartment of Seoul, CLI, KOSPI and HPPCI, KOSPI and HPPCI showed high correlation coefficient of 0.877, and Apartment of Seoul and CLI showed that of 0.956 which is even higher. Result from the analysis, CLI shows high correlation with stock and real estate market, it is a good option to watch how CLI flows to predict stock and real estate market.

  • 주식 시장을 예측하는 문제는 금융 분야에서 중요한 관심이 되어왔다. 주식 시세는 시장 환경의 변화에 따라 급격한 변화를 갖는다. 따라서 주식 투자로부터 이윤을 창출하기 위해서 주식을 사고 파는 시점을 결정하는 문제는 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 주시 매매 타이밍을 예측하기 위해서 캔들스틱 차트(Candlesticks chart)분석을 이용한 전문가 시스템(Expert System)으로서 '차트 해석기 (Chart Interpreter)'를 설계, 개발하였다. 주식 가격의 변동을 예고하는 패턴들을 정의하고 그 패턴들의 의미에 따라 매미결정을 첨가한 규칙을 생성하였다. 정의된 패턴들은 의미에 따라 크게 하락형, 상승형, 중립형, 추세지속형, 추세 전환형으로 분류된다. 정의된 패턴과 지식베이스의 유용성을 검증하기 위해서 수행된 1992년부터 1997년에 걸친 과거 한국 주식 시장 실거래 투자 데이터에 대한 실험결과는 평균 투자 성공률이 약 72%로서 주식시장에서 투자자들의 투자를 돕는데 우수한 지표로서 사용될 수 있음을 보였다. 또한, 개발된 지식베이스는 특정 연도나 특정 분야에 따라 예측력이 크게 변하지 않은 시간 독립적이고 분야 독립적인 특성을 가짐으로 분야나 시간에 구애받지 않고 사용할 수 있다는 장점을 갖는다.

  • 자본주의는 시장 경제를 토대로 하고 있다. 시장 경제는 주식시장이 핵심이며, 주식시장의 위험회피를 위한 파생시장은 결국 자본주의의 가장 근본적인 요소이다. 다양하고 복잡한 파생시장에서 시스템 트레이딩의 중요성은 나날이 커지고 있으며, 감정을 극복하고 전략적인 매매를 하기 위한 최선의 방법이기도하다. 한국의 시스템 트레이딩은 전통적인 TS와 최신기술로 탄생한 Multicharts가 있다. Multicharts는 틱 단위의 신호데이타를 분석하여 실시간 거래를 할 수 있는 뛰어난 시스템이지만 아직 스마트폰 에이전트가 없다. PC에서는 Multicharts의 모든 기능을 수행할 수 있지만 관리자가 어디에서나 상황을 체크하고 제어할 수 있다면 훨씬 효과적인 운용이 가능할 것이다. PC에 기록되는 신호정보와 거래정보를 스마트폰으로 확인하고, 전략 실행을 스마트폰에서 제어하는 것만 가능해도, 보다 여유롭고 효율적인 파생거래를 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 안드로이드 폰과 PC간의 보안 연결을 설정하고 데이터 동기화를 구축하며, 이벤트 처리를 구현했다. 그리고 다수의 샘플 전략을 이용하여 스마트폰 UI를 구성하고 이의 효율성을 테스트하였다.
