"The four types of temperament" (hereinafter "Sa-Sang Constitutional Medicine") is applied to not only medicine, but also various fields like management, politics, education, etc. Despite that "Sa-Sang Constitutional Medicine" is "Mind-Body Medicine" which is fundamentally based on "Controling Mind and Body", though, it was rarely used for psychotherapy in practical. Practical treatment on clinical medicine is limited to only medicine-treatment or acupuncture-therapy. However treatment on illness and pathological phenomenon suggested by "Sa-Sang Constitutional Medicine" keeps individual's nature in control, and it governs environmental facts: age, region, and socio-cultural factors: alcohol, debauchery, riches, authority(酒 色 財 權). Especially, "Moral Cultivation" in "Sa-Sang Constitutional Medicine" emphasizes the importance of properly understanding vice(邪心) and laziness(怠行) concealed in natural temperament of human being, and pursuing "Understanding Each Other(博通)" and "Upright Conduct by Oneself(獨行)". Furthermore, because "Sa-Sang Constitutional Medicine" is developing medical theory based on "Understanding Others(知人)" and "Straighten Oneself(正己)" doing try integral approach, it has great implications for the present generation that forms much of social connection. Similarly, Ken Wilber who is one of representatives of "World Philosophy" and "Integral Psychology" is suggesting "Integral Life Practice" (hereinafter ILP) - applies practical and heuristic "Integral Approach" to individual experiences. ILP is the only practical discipline for development of viable whole-area. ILP says that there are four core modules: body, mind, shadow, spirit(靈), and five auxiliary modules: morals(倫理), gender(性), work(일), emotion(情緖), relationships(關係性). These nine modules could apply mind-body treatment of "Sa-Sang Constitutional Medicine", and thereby more developed mind-body treatment would be found.

1. Objectives Sasang Constitutional Medicine is based on difference of Nature & Emotion(性情). The mind is held in high value to characteristics of each constitution's symptoms and prescriptions. This study is for psychotheraphy with Herbal medicines, Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 2. Methods Comparing with ${\ulcorner}$DongYi Soose Bowon Gabobon${\Ircorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$DongYi Soose Bowon ShinChukbon${\Ircorner}$, we research the principle of human's organization which is connected with their talent and will. 3. Results and Conclusions (1) Sasang Constitutional Medicine consider human being more than disease in medical science. A Human being works up to take a reasonable in modern societies, as making friends, a practice of his daily life, mentality. (2) Psychotheraphy is as important as each constitution's symptoms and prescriptions on clinical medicine (3) Taeyangin should be moderate when expressing their sorrow & anger(哀怒) and take a step backward for a real purpose(恒心). (4) Soyangin should be moderate when expressing their sorrow & anger(哀怒) and watch the interior for a real purpose(恒心). (5) Taeumin should be moderate when expressing their happiness & pleasantness(喜樂) and watch the exterior for a real purpose(恒心). (6) Soeumin should be moderate when expressing their happiness & pleasantness(喜樂) and go one step forward for a real purpose(恒心).

The Sasang constitutional Medicine is the original medicine that is created from the deep studies on former Eastern medical theories by Lee Jae-Ma in the late 19th century. This medicine deals with the interaction between mind and body in great depth. The temperament (the distinct nature and character of an individual, 性情) concept is the theoretical basis which divides man's constitution into four(Taeyangin, Taeumin, Soyangin and Soumin). This concept is derived from The old oriental Sung-Myung concept which has philosophical meaning. These terms of Sung and Jung also have metaphysical meaning and can not be explained easily. but roughly, The temperament is divided two concept. the distinct nature(性) means human's nature and the distinct nature(情) means human's desire. Besides, In Sasang constitution medicine, terms that traditionally represent emotions in asia are used as terminology of temperament. Altough too many aspects about Human's mind remains unknown yet, According to Neurological evidences, the brain is regarded as the main organ that produces rationality and emotion. Especially the way that brain produces an emotion provides some clues that can tell us how can mind affect body. Emotion is considered as evolutionary adaptation to response correctly against unexpected chaotic external changes. It is something that humans are born with, and causes physical responses simultaneously. Moreover, It can be come out with or without consciousness. The temperament(性情) concept and Emotion have similarity that both play an important role in mind-body correlation. Therefore Neurological researches on emotion were able to help reinterpret temperament(性情) concept. the distinct nature(性) seems to be the emotion that is come out directly from the brain stem, and the distinct nature(情) seems to be the emotion that is produced after neocortex involved thinking process. And the reason why Sung and Jung affect organs differently is explained from the manner that brain expresses emotion.

MMS(Mobile Mapping System) generates a efficient image data for mapping and facility management. However, this image data of MMS has many difficulties in a practical use because of huge data volume. Therefore the important information likes road sign post must be extracted from huge MMS image data. In Korea, there is the HMS(Highway Management System) to manage a national road that acquire the line and condition of road from the MMS images. In the HMS each road sign information is manually inputted by the keyboard from moving MMS. This manually passive input way generate the error like inaccurate position, mistaking input in this research we developed the automatic road sign identifying technique using the image processing and the direct geo-referencing by GPS/INS data. This development brings not only good flexibility for field operations, also efficient data processing in HMS.

배추 절임 공정에서 위해 미생물로부터의 안전성 확보를 위한 위생적 세척 처리기술개발로 효율적인 재활용 시스템을 개발하고자 전기분해수를 활용하여 실험하였다. 전기 분해수의 농도는 100 ppm 으로 염수와 전해수의 비율을 1:9, 2:8, 5:5로 20회 반복 실험을 하였다. 그 결과 기존의 절임수 재활용 횟수인 3~5회를 훨씬 초과하여 10회 이상 반복하여도 총균수가 초기에 비해 2 log CFU/g 이상 감소된 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 재활용 처리된 염수의 pH나 산도 또한 초기에 비해 큰 차이를 보이지 않아 기존의 재활용 방법에 비해 효율적인 결과를 나타내었다. 조사되어진 바에 따르면 절임 공정에서 사용되어진 염수의 회수율은 70~80%에 달했으며, 절임공정에서 본 연구에서와 같이 전해수와 사용된 절임수가 1:9 또는 2:8 비율이 효율적일 것으로 판단된다. 재활용 처리되어진 염수로 절인 배추로 김치를 제조하여 관능평가를 한 결과, 기존의 방법으로 만들어진 김치와 큰 차이를 보이지 않아 본 재활용 시스템 방법은 기존의 시스템의 문제점으로 제기되었던 절인 배추의 성상 변화와 김치의 맛의 변화의 문제점을 해결할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper, an epi layer and a device structure for InP/InGaAs p-i-n/HBT OEIC is designed for a receiving frontend of high speed optical communications. A 3 stage transimpedance circuit using the p-i-n/HBT device is also designed by SPICE simulations for a high sensitivity including ISI noises at a given bit rate. Our simulations show that the Personick's assumption which is not commonly satisfied have estimated a photoreceiver sensitivity too high, so thus we have to also consider ISI noises in OCIC receiver designs.

Applications of LCD panel are getting more increased for motion-image applications. However, when the motion-images are displayed on LCD panels, they may be blurred due to slow response time of liquid crystal (LC). One of the solutions of the problem is overdrive technique. The technique has a lot of memory usage. In this paper, we propose a reduction method of the frame memory that is required for LCD overdrive. Proposed overdrive architecture consists of line-based lifting integer (5, 3) DWT filter for image data reduction and BLI (Bi-Linearly Interpolation) LUT for pixel value accelerating.
