The effects of Growth Needs and Job-esteem on Customer Orientation (호텔직원의 성장욕구와 직업존중감이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구는 호텔직원의 성장욕구와 직업존중감이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향과 심리적 주인의식이 직원의 고객지향성의 관계에 미치는 매개효과에 대해 연구하였으며 서울지역에 소재한 특급호텔 직원을 대상으로 실증분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과, 직원의 성장욕구와 직업존중감이 고객지향성에 유의한 영향력이 있고 심리적 주인의식이 직원의 성장욕구와 직업존중감과 고객지향성의 관계에 완전한 매개효과를 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 호텔 인사담당자를 위한 직원관리에 대한 이론적 의미와 시사점 그리고 향후연구방향을 제시하였다.

The Impacts of ERG Factors on Organizational Attachment: Focused on the Mediating Effects Job Fit (ERG요인이 조직애착에 미치는 영향: 직무적합성의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This research emphasized that the importance of ERG elements such as existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs. Moreover, it focused on verifying the effects of these three elements on organizational attachment through person job fit. In addition, the mediating role of person job fit was clearly identified as a key variable that can lead to organizational attachment. To verify this, an empirical analysis was conducted on workers engaged in state-owned company, service, manufacturing, and distribution industries in Korea. Through empirical analysis, it was found that all three elements of ERG improve person job fit. Furthermore, person job fit was found to increase the level of organizational attachment. Thus, it was found that person job fit played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the three elements of ERG and organizational attachment. This research also identified which element has the strongest influence on person job fit. Through these results, practical implications were presented and future research directions were discussed.

  • The purpose of this study is to research service industry employees performance in Seoul's deluxe hotels can improve based on aspects of growth needs in professional development, job esteem, and customer orientation. How growth needs and job-esteem affect employees' customer orientation is important to try and discover the mediating effect that the employees' psychological ownership contributes to the relationship between growth needs, job-esteem, and customer orientation. According to the results, growth needs and job-esteem effect to customer orientation and an employees' psychological ownership has a mediating effect between growth needs, job-esteem and customer orientation. Based on these findings, critical theoretical and practical implications, as well as future research suggestions, have been provided for hotel managers to aid in employee management.

  • This study is to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between elements of the ERG and organizational attachment. To verify this, a survey was conducted on employees working at companies in Korea and the research found that all three elements of ERG have a significant effect on self-efficacy, and self-efficacy also have a significant effect on organizational attachment. Thus, it was found that self-efficacy played a mediating role in the relationship between the three elements of ERG and organizational attachment. Based on these findings, we present practical implications while also presenting future research directions.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify influences of growth needs of staff at the welfare center for people with disabilities on customer orientation and mediation effect of participative decision-making on this relationship. For this purpose, we conducted a survey of 900 staff at welfare centers for people with disabilities nationwide, and 847 data were finally analysed. In order to verify mediation effect of participative decision-making, the hierarchical regression model proposed by Baron and Kenny was conducted. The main results were as follows. First, growth needs influenced positively on customer orientation. Second, participative decision-making mediated this relationship. Based on findings, this study suggested alternatives in terms of individual and organizational aspects to improve customer orientation of them.

  • This study proved that the importance of Alderfer's ERG theory. it checked the effects of these three elements on organization-based self-esteem through resilience. In particular, the relationship between the ERG and the psychological factors of the members of the organization is investigated. Moreover, we attempt to verify the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between ERG and organization-based self-esteem. This study was used for analysis a survey on data 265 employees in 10 organizations. The major finding are as follows. it was found that all three elements of ERG was positively effected resilience. Furthermore, resilience was found to improve the level of organization-based self-esteem. Finally, it was found that resilience have played a mediating role on the relationship between the ERG and organization-based self-esteem. In the conclusion, the summary and implications of the study and the future direction of the study were presented.

  • This study aims to prove the relationship between a TPB(theory of planned behavior) variables (subjective norms, attitudes, and self-efficacy), need to belong and personal growth initiatives to explain the reasons for users' shared behavior. 959 participants who had shared online video were collected as a sample through an online survey and the collected data were analyzed through structural equation modeling. The study found that need to belong affected attitudes to online video sharing and subjective norms, and that personal growth initiative also affected attitudes to online video sharing and self-efficacy. In addition, all three variables of TPB were affect the intend of online video sharing, and attitudes to online video sharing were affecting subjective norms and self-efficacy. This study is meaningful in that it demonstrated the user's intention to share online video through variables of TPB along with their need to belong and personal growth initiatives.

국민보건증진을 위한 장기보건교육계획 구상

  • 우리나라는 그동안 급속한 경제성장의 결과 국민들의 경제사회 생활이 향상됨에 따라 건강에 대한 국민의 관심이 고조되었고, 보건의료를 비롯한 복지욕구도 해마다 증대되어 왔다. 이러한 국민적 욕구에 부응하여 정부는 2000연대를 향한 기초사업을 이미 제사차경제개발 5개년 계획시부터 사회개발정책의 일환으로 시작 하였으며 금년부터 시행하고 있는 제6차 계획 가운데 사회개발정책의 주요과제의 하나로서 국민보건의료의 확충사업을 채택하여 경제성장의 혜택을 모든 국민계층에 형평되게 배분함으로써 국민건강증진을 통한 복지사회 구현을 도모하도록 하고 있다.

라이프스타일과 자기표현욕구가 비건화장품 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 최근 기초화장품 트렌드로 클린 화장품, 비건 화장품 등이 브랜드별로 새롭게 출시되고 시장내 성장하고 있다. 한동안 화장품의 성분에 대한 관심과 영향이 커지면서 기능성화장품, 코스메슈티컬화장품, 더마화장품들이 신뢰를 얻고 인기가 있던 가운데, 효능 외의 요소를 소구하는 브랜드와 제품에 대한 관심이 커지고 있는 중이다. 본 연구는 이러한 변화에 있어 소비자의 라이프스타일과 소비가치의 상관관계가 영향이 있을 것으로 보고 이를 분석하고자 한다. 또한 ESG가 강조되는 사회 분위기 속에 클린 화장품 또는 비건 화장품의 소비가 일종의 자기표현의 욕구를 충족시켜주는 역할로써의 관계가 있는지도 알아보고자 한다. 따라서 기초 화장품을 사용하는 소비자들을 대상으로 라이프스타일과 자기표현욕구가 비건화장품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 및 소비가치를 매개변수로 하여 라이프스타일과 자기표현욕구와 구매의도 간의 영향을 살펴하고자 한다. 독립변수는 라이프스타일의 하위변수인 외모관리 지향형, 질적건강추구형으로 구분하였고, 자기표현욕구를 사용하였다. 설문조사는 대학생, 직장인, 주부등 20대부터 40대까지 연령층을 대상으로 진행하여 실증분석에 사용할 예정이다. SPSS v22.0을 사용하여 3단계 매개모형을 기반으로 회기분석할 예정이다.
