The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotion regulation strategy on posttraumatic growth and to confirm serial multiple mediating effects of self disclosure on a traumatic experience and social support in relationship between suppression strategy of emotional expression and posttraumatic growth. A survey was conducted for adults over the age of 18. Data of 663 adults (222 men, 441 women) were analyzed. According to analysis by using SPSS Process Macro, the less suppression strategy of emotional expression was used, the higher posttraumatic growth was. Simple mediating effect of self disclosure was confirmed between suppression strategy of emotional expression and posttraumatic growth. Serial multiple mediating effects of self disclosure and social support were shown in relationship between suppression strategy of emotional expression and posttraumatic growth. It means that the more people who use less suppression of emotional expression as their emotion regulation strategy, the more they disclose on their traumatic experience, then, they will receive emotional comfort and support from the people around, finally reaching posttraumatic growth. The importance of self disclosure and social support on posttraumatic growth was verified. Counseling intervention method was suggested for involuntary clients who usually suppress emotional expression, to enhance their posttraumatic growth. Lastly, significance and limitations of this study were suggested for follow-up studies.

This study is to research the mediating effects of optimism and quality of relationship which interpersonal traumatic experience influences posttraumatic growth. It focuss on verifying the impact of interpersonal traumatic experience to optimism and quality of relationship and the influence of optimism and quality of relationship to posttraumatic growth. And also it is to verify dual mediating effect between optimism and quality of relationship. Data for this study were collected through the use of a survey instrument completed by 405 interpersonal traumatic experience, 30-60 age group. Collected data were analysed by AMOS program, Structure Equation Model(SEM) was implemented to verify the mediating effect between optimism and quality of relationship. Finally, Phantom Variable was utilized for verification of indirect influence of a multi mediating effects. The findings of this study were as follows, First, the result shows that the higher level interpersonal traumatic experience, the higher posttraumatic growth they have. Second, it shows that optimism and quality of relationship have partial mediating effect between interpersonal traumatic experience and posttraumatic growth. Third, it was analyzed that optimism and quality of relationship had double mediating effect. Based on these findings, the research discussion reinforced the importance of intervene with its optimism and quality of relationship in the site of those who experience interpersonal trauma. Theological, political and practical implications of this study are as follows. First, it has a series of significance in terms of that this study confirmed its influence considering the quality of relationship from interpersonal experience among relevant factors of traumatic accident, optimism among individual factors, quality of relationship among environmental factors based on 'the crisis of life and the theory of individual growth'. econd, even though optimism and quality of relationship were proved as major predictors for posttraumatic growth of those who experience interpersonal traumatic, psychological support center for traumatic experience is not operated systematically in Korea. Third, this study implies that it should intervene mainly with its optimism and quality of relationship in the site of those who experience interpersonal trauma such as any abuses including sexual abuse, bullying, and divorce.

The relationship between export growth and economic growth in developing countries has been one of the main issues in the growth theory field. Many of empirical studies have been done during the last three decades in order to investigate the export-led growth hypothesis using either time-series or cross-sectional data mainly in developing countries. This paper applies cointegration and error correction models to test causal relationship between export growth and economic growth in the Korean 8 manufacturing industries using the industrial time-series quarterly data over 1975-2010. The export-output relationship is tested by including industrial capital stock and the industrial labor force as exogenous variables. The cointegration and error-correction modelling technique with industrial export and output data have showed the strong evidence that there is a bi-directional causality between industrial export and industrial output in 6 manufacturing industries except wood & pulp and nonmetallic industries.

This study examines the types and characteristics of traumatic events middle-aged women experience and to explore the effects of attachment in the process of post-traumatic growth and forming a self-realization. 221 of participants were middle-aged women from the area of Seoul, Gyeong-Gi and the survey was composed of post-traumatic experience questionnaire, attachment scale, post-traumatic growth scale, self-realization scale. The type and characteristics of traumatic experience by middle-aged women were executed by frequency analysis and correlation with the structural equation model validation was used in order to analyze the relationship between each variable. the major findings are First, the loss of someone close(such as death, breaking up, divorce, breaking off) was reported as something general yet the biggest crisis event, Second, looking at the relationship between attachment, post-traumatic growth and self-realization, the secure parental attachment and spiritual transformation showed the correlation in all subregions except the subvariables of humanity and self-acceptance and Third, the results of Structural Equation Modeling shows that attachment has a static effect on post-traumatic growth and self-realization, and post-traumatic growth appeared to be the mediating factor of attachment and self-realization.

Estimated coefficients has serious problems including inconsistency, biasness, etc. because many researches about the effect of fiscal decentralization on a country's economic growth use the traditional OLS method. Researches use the data intactly so that so called "spurious regression" phenomenon exists. This causes fundamental fallacy. This research tries unit root test, cointegration test, and then estimates the United States' economic time series by using VECM. The analysis of the effect of the state level-fiscal decentralization on economic growth shows two long term-equilibriums. During short term-dynamic adjustment, fiscal decentralization and economic growth move the same or different directions. In case of prediction GDP increases steeply and then from 2015 gently; and fiscal decentralization index shows a general reduction trend and then decreases slowly. At local level it shows two long term-equilibriums. During short term-dynamic adjustment, fiscal decentralization and economic growth also move the same or different directions. Impulse response analysis shows the very negative effect of fiscal decentralization on economic growth.

For 6H-SiC crystals which was obtained by sublimation growth, the formation of micropipes and internal planar defects was discussed in consideration of the inter-relationship between mass adsorption behavior and the defects origin on the growth interface on the basis of KSV theory and the the step growth pattern on the vicinal plane. Micropipes and planar defects was formed in the region which the step could not be grown by impurities impinging. It was realized that the internal defects formation was related to the crystallographic step planes formed on the growth interface and the migration of the molecules adsorbed on it.

최근 비정질 SiC 박막은 열과 광안정도면에서 비정질 Si 박막에 비해 우수하며 공정변수들을조절함으로써 비교적 쉽고 다양하게 광학적.전기적 특성을 얻을 수 있고, 낮은 광흡수계수 및 105($\Omega$cm)1 이상의 높은 전도도를 가지고 있어 Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition(PECVD)을 통해 가전자제어 (Valency electron control)가 가능한 비정질 SiC 박막이 제작된 이래 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 결정성이 없는 비정질 물질은 상대적으로 낮은 온도에서 성장이 가능하며, 특히 glow-sidcharge 방식으로 저온에서 성장시킬 수 있음에 따라 유리등과 같은 다른 저렴한 물질을 기판으로 이용, 넓은 면적의 비정질 SiC 박막을 성장시켜 여러 분야의 소자에 응용되고 있다. 비정질 SiC 박막이 넓은 에너지띠 간격을 갖는 물질이라는 점과 화학적 안정성 및 높은 경도, 비정질성에 기인한 대면적 성장의 용이성 등의 장점이외에, 원자의 성분비 변화에 의해 에너지띠 간격(1.7~3.1eV)을 조절할 수 있다는 점은 광전소자의 응용에 큰 잠재성이 있음을 나타낸다. PECVD 방식으로 성장된 비정질 SiC 박막은 태양전지의 Window층이나 발광다이오드, 광센서, 광트랜지스터 등에 응용되어 오고 있다. 본 연구에서는, RF-PECVD(ULVAC CPD-6018) 방법에 의하여 비정질 Si1-xCx 박막을 2.73Torr의 고정된 압력에서 RF 전력(50~300W), 증착온도(150~30$0^{\circ}C$), 주입 가스량 (SiH4:CH4)등의 조건을 다양하게 변화시켜가며 증착된 막의 특성을 평가하였다. 성장된 박막을 X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS), UV-VIS spectrophotometer, Ellipsometry, Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM)등을 이용하여 광학적 밴드갭, 광흡수 계수, Tauc Plot, 그리고 파장대별 빛의 투과도의 변화를 분석하였으며 각 변수가 변화함에 따라 광학적 밴드갭의 변화를 정량적으로 조사함으로써 분자결합상태와 밴드갭과 광 흡수 계수간의상관관계를 규명하였고, 각 변수에 따른 표면의 조도를 확인하였다. 비정질 Si1-xCx 박막을 증착하여 특성을 분석한 결과 성장된 박막의 성장률은 Carbonfid의 증가에 따라 다른 성장특성을 보였고, Silcne(SiH4) 가스량의 감소와 함께 박막의 성장률이 둔화됨을 볼 수 있다. 또한 Silane 가스량이 적어지는 영역에서는 가스량의 감소에 의해 성장속도가 둔화됨을 볼 수 있다. 또한 Silane 가스량이 적어지는 영역에서는 가스량의 감소에 의해 성장속도가 줄어들어 성장률이 Silane가스량에 의해 지배됨을 볼 수 있다. UV-VIS spectrophotometer에 의한 비정질 SiC 박막의 투과도와 파장과의 관계에 있어 유리를 기판으로 사용했으므로 유리의투과도를 감안했으며, 유리에 대한 상대적인 비율 관계로 투과도를 나타냈었다. 또한 비저질 SiC 박막의 흡수계수는 Ellipsometry에 의해 측정된 Δ과 Ψ값을 이용하여 시뮬레이션한 결과로 비정질 SiC 박막의 두께를 이용하여 구하였다. 또한 Tauc Plot을 통해 박막의 optical band gap을 2.6~3.7eV로 조절할 수 있었다.

This study aims to identify the change of customer participation(CP) which is essential to the service industry as the relationship between the customer and the employee develops. The latent growth modeling analysis based on the longitudinal data is utilized to examine the pattern of the change. This is based on the fact that CP needs to be understood in the relationship and is to confirm the change in CP by the development of the relationship. Given the dynamics of the relationship, we intend to overcome the limitations of previous cross-sectional researches by revealing the trajectory of CP in the relationship through the longitudinal data. We also want to examine which variables in the relationship can facilitate changes of CP. Research has shown that CP is significantly changed with the development of the relationship when we analyzed it through latent growth modeling. This confirms that CP needs to be understood in the relationship. In addition, 'relationship proneness' variable and 'dependence to provider' variable have positive effects on the initial values of CP, but they have not been established to promote the changes of CP. Consequently, when considering the dynamics of relationships, it is important to recognize that CP is also dynamic. This study sought to get out of the cross-sectional and fragmented understanding of CP that is dynamic. Through this, we would like to propose the successful operation of the customer management program of service firms in relation to CP. This will lead to the success of service encounter where appropriate CP levels at each stage of relationship development can be achieved.

중소기업청은 현행 소기업 범위 제도가 기업의 성장 여부를 판단하는데 한계가 있어 기업이 인위적으로 성장을 꺼리는 부작용이 발생하거나 실제로는 성장한 기업이 소기업에 잔류하는 등의 문제점이 있어 이를 개선하고 더불어 필요성이 감소한 관계기업 명단 인터넷 개시 규정을 삭제하기 위해 중소기업기본법 시행령 일부개정령(안)을 입법 예고했다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

최근 IT 기술과 녹색성장의 연관성에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이뤄지고 있다. 산업별로 IT 기술이 접목되고 있는 상황을 감안할 때 당연한 현상이다. 그렇다면 여기에서 한발 더 나아가 정보보호는 녹색성장과 어떤 관계이고, 또 어떤 역할을 할 수 있을까. 지난 5월 9일 프레스센터 국제회의장에서 개최된 '인터넷 정보보호 세미나'는 그 해답의 실마리를 제공하고 있다.
