  • IT is the information in government/public policy and technological trends in the industry's R&D has a direct impact on its investment decision making of the very important information. Due to the nature of the information in this technical trend because essential information on open public data the technology by government departments and public institutions that are responsible for producing, on an ongoing basis. In this paper, it was confirmed through the experiment that the method and the possibility to integrate the technology trend information provided by the various agencies can be diagnosed as a maturity level. Also we propose a data collection and processing, storage, optimized service for technical maturity of diagnostic methods. The proposed method determines the overall system configuration and service data ITFIND overall maturity level diagnosis is enabled by leveraging the collected. In addition, through the compensation is considered to be able to proceed to a more accurate diagnostic level.

  • Excised cotyledon segments of ginseng zygotic embryos cultured on MS basal medium without growth regulators produced somatic embryos near the basal excised portion at a high frequency. The frequency of somatic embryo formation on the segments declined along with advancing zygotic embryo maturity. In immature cotyledons, all the cells of the epidermis and subepidermis were smaller and more densely cytoplasmic than those in mature cotyledons, and from which multiple cells participated in embryogenic division to form somatic embryos with multiple cotyledons and fasciated radicles (poly-embryos). But in germinating cotyledons, only the epidermal cells were densely cytoplasmic and singularly competent to develop into somatic embryos resulting in single-embryos with closed radicles. This result means that the origin and development of somatic embryos is determined according to whether the cells participating in embryonic division are in a single state or a massive state relative to cotyledon maturity.

  • There are two ways to assess data quality : measurement of data itself and assessment of data quality management process. Recently maturity assessment of data quality management process is used to ensure and certify the data quality level of an organization. Following this trend, the paper presents the process reference model which is needed to assess data quality management process maturity. First, the overview of assessment model for data quality management process maturity is presented. Second, the process reference model that can be used to assess process maturity is proposed. The structure of process reference model and its detail processes are developed based on the process derivation approach, basic principles of data quality management and the basic concept of process reference model in SPICE. Furthermore, characteristics of the proposed model are described compared with ISO 8000-150 processes.

  • Samplings have been monthly collected in Jeju Island, Korea, using ser nets. A total of 759 individuals were sampled from June to November 2006. We analyzed mantle length distribution, monthly changes in maturity stages, maturation size and sex ratio. Mean Mantle length of the female specimens ranged from 6.7 to 50.3 cm and that of the male specimens ranged from 6.7 and 50.0 cm. The spawning period was November. The Mantle length at 50 % group maturity was estimated to be 17.1 cm. Sex ratio was 1 : 1.3 (male : female), suggesting the female population may be predominant.

  • The 123 left hand-wrist radiographs and menarcheal ages attained by direct questioning to patients or her mothers are used, in order to exploit the relationship between the bone maturity and the menarcheal age of girls in adolescence. The results were as follows, 1. The mean age at menarche was $12.31{\pm}0.99$. 2. The onset of menarche occurred at SMI 7 and SMI 8 ($73.33\%$). The onset of menarche was correlated with skeletal age rather than chronological age. 3. There was statistically significant difference among the time passed from menarche according to skeletal maturity level. 4. The distal epiphyseal union of radius began at about 20 months after menarche. 5. In comparision of the time intervals from menarche to radial epiphyseal fusion among early, average, and late menarcheal age groups, late group had lesser time interval than other two groups.

  • This study was conducted with 202 elderly people aged 65 years or older (40.6% male and 59.4% female) participating in physical activities centered on line dance and rhythmic gymnastics. To achieve the main objectives of the study, a questionnaire for mature aging attitude, depression and successful aging was used. The results are as follows. First, matured aging attitude influenced negatively on depression. Second, matured aging attitude influenced positively on successful aging. Third, depression influenced negatively on successful aging. Based on the above results, it is necessary to encourage the elderly to participate in physical activities to achieve successful aging through active interventions against depression.

  • The study was carried out to investigate the effects of morphology, preservation and reproductive cycle of oocytes in vitro maturation of cats oocytes and development of IVM embryos. The results were summarized as follows : 1. Nuclear status of GV and MI of in vitro cultured(24 h) oocytes with and whithout cumulus cells were 74.3% and 25.7%, 28.6% and 11.4%, 77.1% and 5.7%, respectively, The rate of oocytes with cumulus cells was higher than that of denuded oocytes. 2. Nuclear status of GV and MI of in vitro cultured(24 h) oocytes recovered from ovaries collected at different stages of the reproductive cycle(inactive, follicular and luteal) were 88.6% and 6.5%, 60.0% and 11.4%, 77.1% and 5.7%, respectively. 3. Nuclear status of fresh and salts-stored oocytes with and whithout cumulus cells were 74.3%, 25.7% and 37.1%, 11.4% and 57.1%, 13.3%, 17.1%, 3.3%, respectively. The rate of oocytes with cumulus cells(13.3%∼74.3%) was higher than that of denuded oocytes(3.3%∼57.1%).

  • Indonesian varieties were compared with Korean varieties on three different sowing times, each of which had three different nursery periods, at Suwon, Korea (126$^{\circ}$ 19'E and 37$^{\circ}$ 16'S). Indica-type varieties with exception of late-maturing ones had heading regardless of sowing time and nursery period. As the Korean varieties com-pared with those, the earlier sowing plots with shorter period of nursery gave better result in yields and yield components.

  • Glucose, arabinose and total non-cellulosic neutral sugar contents of alcohol-insoluble substance were increased during maturation of persimmon, but arabinose, galactose and total non-cellulosic neutral sugar contents were decreased in soft persimmon. The main non-cellulosic neutral sugars of cell wall were galactose, arabinose and glucose. Arbinose and galactose contents were decreased during maturity and this tend was remarkable in soft persimmon. Pectic fraction contained $70{\sim}82%$ of uronic acid, and galactose, arabinose and uronic acid of pectic fraction were decreased. The main non-cellulosic neutral sugars of hemicelluloses were glucose, xylose, and galactose. Galactose was decreased during maturation and postharvest, and contents of non-cellulosic neutral sugar were decreased in soft persimmon.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among major satisfaction, career preparation behavior and career sense maturity of sports-related university students. To achieve the objective of this study 221 students in sports-related university were investigated with convenience sampling method. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis and structural equation model analysis were executed using SPSS Statistics v21 and SPSS Amos v21. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. First, it was discovered that the major satisfaction had static influence to the career preparation behavior. Second, it showed that the major satisfaction gave static influence to the career sense maturity. Third, it showed that the career preparation behavior affected the career sense maturity.
