ITA Maturity Integration Model for Govemement (공공부문 정보기술아키텍처 성숙도 통합 모델)

  • 정보화발전과 함께 정보시스템의 투자규모가 확대되고 무분별한 점보시스템의 구축으로 인해 체계적인 정보화 투자 및 관리가 필요하게 되었다. 이로 인해 ITA의 도입 및 활용이 의무화되었다. 더불어 ITA의 지속적인 발전 및 고도화방향 설정을 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 도구로 성숙도 모델이 각각 정보통신부와 행정자치부에서 개발되었다. 2종의 상이한 성숙도 모델로 인해 개별기관에서 적용에 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 성숙도수준에 대한 서로 다른 측정결과가 도출되는 문제가 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 2개의 상이한 모델의 장점을 통합하고 국내관점들 적극적으로 적용하는 등 문제점들 개선한 단일 성숙도모델인 범정부 ITA 성숙도모델을 제안한다. 또한 개별기관의 성숙도 수준들 단일 성숙도모델로 측정하여 ITA 수행 및 활용 능력을 파악하고 문제점을 사전에 발견하여 향후 범정부 차원의 지원방향을 결정하는 등 많은 효용성을 기대한다.

  • Organizations of Software development are very important issue on enhancement of a software quality as rapid progress of software industry. Especially there are diverse attempts for enhancement of test maturity of the software organization through some kinds of the test maturity model. But the current test maturity models based on CMM(Capability Maturity Model) lack part of actual testing measurement and only measure level of test maturity. To solve these problems, we suggest 'double V-model' to execute both software development process and test process simultaneously, and also 'test attributes to Maturity Levels Correlation Matrix' for evaluating level of test maturity included with definitions of test attribute and level. That is, we enhance TMM(Test Maturity Model) adopted with 'Improvement Suggestion' of TPI(Test Process Improvement) which is easy the evaluation of test maturity of organization and gives the direction of improvement to level up the test maturity for the measured organization. As a result, we will contribute to level up the test maturity of the organization.

  • Enterprise architecture is a business transformation effort. In an effort to assess an organization's EA effort and to identify complementary measures, most of countries utilize an EA maturity model. In Korea, the EA maturity model v2.1 has been used for this purpose. Since some limitations in the model were reported recently and there was much change in EA-related policy or approach with the advent of the new government, the need of modifying the current model has occurred. In this regard, our paper proposes an improved EA maturity model. The new model was developed through a series of systematic analysis such as an in-depth comparison of existing EA models, elicitation of alternatives for each decision-making element, and interviewing of experts.

  • In companies competing for today's information society, Data quality deterioration is causing a negative influence to generate company competitiveness fall and new cost. A lot of Preceding study about data qualify have been proceeded in order to solve a problem of these data qualify deterioration. Among the sides of data qualify, it has been studied mainly on qualify of the data valve and quality of data service that are the results quality concept. However. this study studied structural qualify of the data which were cause quality concept in a viewpoint of meta data management and presented data quality management maturity model through this. Also empirically this study verified that data quality improved if the management level matured.

  • The data center has become an increasingly important part of most business operations. An increasing demand for computation has led to increasing industry energy consumption. Therefore, higher-than-normal rates of energy efficiency have become a core issue in the life cycle of data center. In this paper, we proposed the framework of level diagnosis for green data centre that can be used to diagnose the levels of capability maturity model. This framework contains the 5 key areas such as construction, air-conditioning, electricity, information technology, organization and indicators that can be applied as basic level diagnosis guide for green data center.

  • IS 15504 and CMMI, etc are already proven models as a framework to improve the maturity of enterprise software development. However, these process maturity models can't present the detail and practical methods with which people can enhance the development competence and efficiency of an enterprise. Each company or organization should develop its own model or tailor the above models to make them suitable to its unique environment such as product or technology domain, scale of business or organization and cultural environment, etc for the practical application. This study introduces experiences that organizational and technical capability was reinforced based on our own process capability improvement model to improve software development strength in Samsung Electronics. We modeled our own improvement model which is expanded from IS 15504 against our experience. Our SPI model expanded its capability to organizational and technical issues including newly introduced capability level for evaluating its implementation. We expect that our study would give contribution for presenting industry experience and reference model for reinforcing software development competence.

  • In an environment transformed by smart factories, measuring the current level of the manufacturing system, deriving improvement targets and tasks and increasing the level of manufacturing competitiveness become the basic activities of the company. However, research on the component analysis and maturity assessment to ensure the future competitiveness of the company is in progress and in the early stages. This study analyzed the existing research on various models, development process, and framework for manufacturing system. In addition, we designed a structural model by deriving the components of future manufacturing system through smart factory related maturity assessment studies. We designed a meta-model that includes an assesment model and a transformation model, and derived the framework development process to propose an integrated framework for the maturity assessment of the future manufacturing system. We verified it by applying it into an actual evaluation project of smart factory.

  • In this paper, it will improve in quality to adapt a right test process which is formalized from certification of TMMi Level. To do this, we suggest correlative relation through analyzing associations between TMMi and TPI next based on the previous research[10], which provides the guideline for enhancing test process level with measuring Test maturity model. Also schematize test maturity measurement through refining and improving the previous test maturity correlation metrics[6,8,9]. As one example with limited level, it shows the guideline to improve test process of one testing organization through improved correlation metrics with TMMi and TPI next.

  • 최근 들어 보안사고의 대응 방식이 네트워크 보안이나 운영체제 보안과 같은 전통적인 방법에서 벋어나 개발생명주기보안이나 SW 공급망 보안으로 확대되고 있다. 이러한 흐름에서 주목받는 것이 BSIMM과 같은 소프트웨어 보안성숙도 모델이다. 보안성숙도 모델은 소프트웨어 시스템의 보안성 향상을 위해 관리자와 개발자가 중점을 두어야 할 부분을 스스로 평가할 수 있도록 하는 프레임워크이다. 본 고에서는 BSIMM을 통해 보안성숙도 모형이 갖는 특징을 소개하며, 이의 활용에 대해 살펴본다.

  • 최근 국내 기업들은 소프트웨어 프로세스 심사를 통하여 기업의 프로세스 성숙도 향상과 개발되는 제품의 품질을 향상시키고자 하는 관점에서 CMM과 SPICE와 같은 프로세스 모텔을 적용하고 있다. 이 모델들은 소프트웨어 프로세스가 일정 수준의 성숙도를 지나면 측정을 활용하여 성숙도를 높일 수 있도록 모델을 제시하고 있으며, 이는 소프트웨어 개발의 지표들을 정량적인 수치로 객관화하여 관리하도록 권고하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Embedded 소프트웨어를 개발하는 기업에서 측정을 통하여 지표들을 정량적으로 관리하고 각 지표들 간의 상관 관계를 분석하여 메트릭스와 시장 점유율간의 의존도 분석 사례를 제시한다.
