In this paper, we have introduced a new way to design low phase noise PLL which can apply to the Ultra wideband as meeting performance requirements based on structure improvement, circuit supplement, upgraded design method. Before development of the PLL, we simulated spectrum power, phase noise, harmonic characteristic by using ADS(Advanced Designed System). And, we compared result between measurement and simulation. Finally, we confirm a satisfying result which meet performance requirements between required standard and measured value. It will be useful for transceiver of service which operate in Ultra wideband.

Non-curable rubberized polymer asphalt waterproof coating materials in Korea and China are manufactured without advanced quality control techniques and common standard, And they are exposed consistent water leakage problems. Import and application of Korean waterproofing products and installation methods is difficult in the present situation as the Chinese standard(JC/T 2428) is different in nature with the Korean counterpart products, And quality assurance is inevitable based on mutual standards. In order to resolve this issue, alternatives such as using standards provided by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) are generally employed, but there is no such ISO standard as a waterproof material for non-curable rubberized polymer asphalt material. Furthermore, it is unreasonable to develop the ISO standard for rubber asphalt seals for exchange in terms of time and cost. This study proposes that the establishment of a quality standard that can be applied for both countries will be required via an joint international standard that outlines the properties of materials if applied in mutual trade exchange.

현재 우리나라의 유방촬영장치의 정도관리 항목에는 국제규격에서 원하는 직선성이 빠져있다. 직선성은 방사선량 및 방사선질의 조정을 위한 요구사항이므로 반드시 측정이 되어야한다. 본 연구에서는 유방촬영장비 5대를 대상으로 IEC 60601-2-45 규격에 맞는 직선성을 시험하고 평가함으로써 좀 더 발전된 정도관리방향을 제시하고자 한다.

By applying the test methods of "Protection Eyewear Standard (KS P 8147)", "Glasses Frame Standard (KS G 3306)" and "Lens Standard for Sunglasses (KS P 4404)", this study analyzed optical functions of sunglasses now being sold in a road shop (A shop), a fashion goods store (B shop), a shop of highway rest area (C shop) and an optical shop (D shop). When compared with sunglasses (UV transmittance rate 8.8%) of a road shop, UV Block effects of sunglasses (UV transmittance rate 0.7%) of an optical shop showed good results. In addition, the average surface resistance against abrasion for sunglasses which was sold at an optical shop was 1.4% that was much higher than that of sunglasses of a road shop(2.2%).

In this paper, we analyzed the performance of soft decision e-BCH codes which presented in DVB-RCS NG system. However, the performance of soft-decision decoding for e-BCH is not much improved as to increase the iterations. Therefore this paper proposed rate-compatible TPC which makes various coding rates by zero padding the row and/or column to adapt next generation (NG) DVB-RCS system. And so we proposed new model of extended BCH code and researches how to develop performance of extended BCH code.

The heating and cooling air conditioning field has been increasing the problems of energy consumption and global warming in the world. A geothermal heat pump has been known as one of the highest efficient heating and cooling system. In this study, the analysis about the test standards of the geothermal heat pump of the Republic of Korea was executed. From the research, the following results were given. It is needed to address the domestic test standard for direct heat exchange geothermal heat pump. Water to air multi geothermal heat pump test standard was only developed in Korea. The test standard to calculate a seasonal energy efficiency ratio for cooling period and heat seasonal performance factor for heating period should be newly developed to estimate actual annual energy consumption and $CO_2$ emission.
