Given the trend of increased apartment buildings and high-rise buildings, the maintenance of apartment buildings has been set a higher value. For this reason, a total performance evaluation model of the existing buildings has recently been developed. But, it has a lack of the management work analysis. The purpose of this study, therefore, is the management work analysis for items selection of maintenance performance evaluation of apartment buildings. Candidate items of Maintenance performance evaluation was made with the existing literature and business system analysis. Easy, systemicity of performance evaluation supplemented doing question to academic experts and housing managers. Finally decided maintenance performance evaluation items are to classify 14 administrative and 15 technical items.

대용량의 데이터베이스에서 여러 트랜잭션에 동시에 나타나는 항목들의 모임인 빈발 항목집합을 찾아내는 데이터 마이닝 방법을 연관 규칙 탐사라고 한다. 빈발 항목집합을 찾아내는 데이터 마이닝 방법을 연관 규칙 탐사라고 한다. 빈방 항목집합을 찾아내는 문제는 항목 집합들의 후보 집합을 생성하고 빈발 항목집합의 조건을 충족시키는 후보 집합을 추출함으로써 해결된다. 그리고 이러한 작업은 각각의 빈발 k-항목집합에 대해 k가 증가함에 따라 반복적으로 수행된다. 그러나 연관 규칙 탐사에 관한 기존의 연구는 주로 데이터베이스를 이루는 항목들의 수가 많거나 트랜잭션의 길이가 긴 경우의 대용량 데이터베이스에서 빈발 항목집합의 발견에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터베이스를 이루는 전체 항목의 수가 적거나 트랜잭션의 크기가 작은 경우 효과적으로 빈발 항목집합을 찾을 수 있는 연관 규칙 탐사 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 성능 평가를 통하여 제안하는 방법의 성능 및 타당성을 보인다.

내진성능평가 시스템은 구조시스템의 합리적인 분류, 적절한 평가 기준, 그리고 종합적인 평가방법을 포함하여야한다. 외국의 현행 내진성능 평가방법은 데이터의 수집과 주요 평가 항목을 위한 약산식 그리고 평가 점수를 이용하여 전문가의 판단에 근거한 평가 방법을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 건축구조물에 예비 내진평가 방법에 중점을 두고 퍼지추론 시스템에 근거한 내진평가방법의 전형을 개발한다. 평가항목의 위계는 건무의 수직, 수평방향을 불규칙성, 비대칭성, 여용성, 그리고 건물 연한을 포함한 전체적인 특성과 부재 단계에서의 상세한 평가 항목으로 구성한다. 퍼지추론방법에 대한 기존의 연구결과를 근허가혀 이용한 내진성능 평가방법에 적절히 적용하기 위하여 4가지 주요 모듈을 설정한다. (1) 퍼지 입력 (2) 퍼지에 근거한 규칙기반 (3) 퍼지추론, 그리고 (4) 퍼지출력으로 구성된다. 더욱이 개별적인 성능 수준에 종합적인 평가지수를 끌어내기 위하여 퍼지추론방법을 적용하였다.

본 논문에서는 신규 개발품인 자동 싱킹시트의 구조와 작동원리를 파악하고 새롭게 개발하는 제품에 대한 새로운 성능평가 방안에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 기존 시트와의 변경 사항을 고려하여 자동 싱킹시트의 개발 단계에서 성능을 평가할 수 있는 항목을 도출 하고자 하였다. 이 는 자동 싱킹시트의 특성상 모터가 부착되고 부품이 변경되는 부를 고려하여 3가지 대표 성능 평가항목인 고정부의 유격, 작동력인 토크, 자동 싱킹시트의 작동시간을 주요 평가항목으로 도출하였다. 또 한 각 항목별 성능평가방법에 대해 적절한 방법을 모색하고 자동 싱킹시트에 대한 성능지수로의 적용방법을 연구하였다.

In this study, the performance-based evaluation factors for rock slopes have been deducted using Delphi-method. Validity of the result was verified through factor analysis. Performance of rock slope is classified as soundness, stability and durability. Through the Delphi survey, 17 factors including discontinuity orientation are deducted for soundness, 4 factors and 3 factors are selected for stability and durability, respectively. Validation is conducted using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) for 24 factors, and all factors are found to be valid. As a result of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), 3-types of performance were subdivided into internal soundness, external soundness, risk, damage and durability of slopes and protection (reinforcement) facilities.

실생활에서 사용되는 은행전표에는 많은 숫자 항목이 포함되어 있다. 이 항목들에 나타나는 숫자들은 단순히 숫자들의 배열이 아니라 콤마나 하이픈 등이 포함되어 있으며 많은 경우 숫자들끼리 서로 접촉되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 시중 은행에서 사용되는 전표의 필기 숫자 항목을 처리하기 위한 시스템을 제안하고 이 효용성을 확인하기 위한 실험결과를 보였다. 실험은 크게 숫자분할 알고리즘에 대한 실험과 전체 시스템 성능에 대한 실험으로 나뉜다. 접촉된 두 숫자의 분할 알고리즘 성능 결과는 78.1%의 분할 성공률을 보였고 은행전표의 필기숫자 항목에 적용 결과는 53.5%였다.

User's requirements are rapidly diversed by economic and social changes. Architect, however, doesn't well reflect user's required performance on the drawings in practical business, so that it causes many change orders. For this reason, this paper identified user's requirements through extensive literature review and convert users' requirements into the performance items in order to measure the weight through the survey from users and experts. The purpose of this paper is to provide a guidance for design through the comparing and analyzing the user's weight and expert's weight.

방사선치료의 최적화를 위하여 위치결정장비로 이용되고 있는 simulator에는 gantry와 couch, 콜리메이터와 같은 기계적으로 운동하는 장치와 엑스선 발생장치, 투시용 영상증강관, 기계적 운동 장치의 위치를 알기 위한 지나 거리표시기, 각도 표시기가 포함되어 있다. 충돌에 의한 위험을 막기 위한 충돌 방지장치도 포함되어 있다. 여기에서는 정확한 시뮬레이션을 수행하기 위해 필요한 검사항목과 성능과 유지, 안전성 확보에 필요한 사항을 논의한다. 대부분의 검사항목에 대해서 검사기준을 제시하며 항목에 따라서는 검사방법을 예시한다. 이와 같이 다양하고 정밀한 장치의 성능관리업무는 전문가인 의학물리학자의 책임하여 수행되어야 한다.
